Saved me so much money and did such a great job! He knows what he's doing. We couldn't even find the septic when we moved in but he did and he was able salvage what we had.  I couldnt be more pleased with his work

They were contracted to install a new water line to a home I purchased. After getting into home, noticed water was leaking from line entry into the basement. They came out about 4 times in the course of the summer and fall to try to patch. They eventually stopped answering phone calls. I reported to BBB and they said they would be out in January to try and fix again and never showed or responded. Over a year later and water is still leaking into my basement with every rainfall.

Overall all had a positive experience they came right away on time and fixed our issues.

Scheduled an appointment, was confirmed, then 2 weeks later they call and say they do not handle my service type during the time requested.

How is it that I could not be contacted earlier?
I had to take off work to make the appointment during that time.

Terrible. I had an appointment on Wednesday from 5:30-9:30. I called at 9:30 and they had to reschedule for Friday from 5:00-8:00. I called at 8:00 and they had to reschedule for Saturday from 10:00-12:00. I called at 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00. The first three times they said they were running late and the last time they claimed they tried calling me at 6:00, when I was on the phone with them, and when I didn't answer, they went on to the next job.
