After every other company told us they could not fix our problem or lied to us and tried to over charge us for questionable repairs, Rick at Ericson has solved our issue.  Rick has a no nonsense down to earth approach and his game plan for our property makes sense and we highly recommend his service.  Please do not hesitate to call them if you have a septic problem

DO NOT HIRE BING UTILITIES! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! We hired them to do a whole water line replacement from the road (curbside) to the house (foundation). They left our front yard COMPLETELY torn up saying they would be back to grade and seed our yard (it was part of our contract). Then they DOUBLE CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE JOB! After repeated attempts and phone calls they STILL HAVE NOT GRADED OR SEEDED OUR YARD OR REFUNDED OUR THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! It has been THREE MONTHS!! We have been calling them nonstop with no results. Our next step this week is to contact the BBB, Attorney General, our credit card company for the refund (which they said they would plus the interest accrued because they have already seen the double charge), and I'm planning on contacting 6 On Your Side as well. They're POOR BUSINESS - what a CON JOB! AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE CHASING THEM AND BEING EXTRA CHARITABLE AND PAYING THEM DOUBLE!

Never EVER use this company.  They will take a job, knowing it is an emergency situation, and then not show but tell you they are on the way.

Was told someone would be here withing 2 hours today for emergency.  Got call after call that I was next in the queue and someone would be here shortly.  Now more than 10 hours later my basement is flooded, sump pump not working, water still coming in, and they can't even tell me if someone will be here tonight.

No apologies.  They just don't care about you but will take a job without regard for you or your house.  After a couple of hours I called and asked if someone was coming and they said yes I was next.  I don't even blame them for this because I'm the idiot who believed them.

Just stay away from this fraud of a company.  You may get lucky but more than likely you will get screwed.  I had no option to leave a less rating.  I could only do 1 star but if I had an option for zero or negative I would have taken it.

Scheduled an appointment, was confirmed, then 2 weeks later they call and say they do not handle my service type during the time requested.

How is it that I could not be contacted earlier?
I had to take off work to make the appointment during that time.

I was told I would need an entire toilet rebuild and quoted just under $400. Turns out, I needed an $8 rubber gasket which solved the problem immediately. Absolutely unbelievable.
