Called on a Saturday with an overfull underground septic tank and a clog in the line it turns out. They were at my home within an hour of calling and even though he had locate and dig, had the whole ordeal complete in under 2 hours. Very courteous and professional and gave us tips for maintaining the tank as well. And quite a decent price! I had expected this would have to happen on a weekday so this was a huge relief! If we need septic service again I will definitely be calling. Thank you!

They were contracted to install a new water line to a home I purchased. After getting into home, noticed water was leaking from line entry into the basement. They came out about 4 times in the course of the summer and fall to try to patch. They eventually stopped answering phone calls. I reported to BBB and they said they would be out in January to try and fix again and never showed or responded. Over a year later and water is still leaking into my basement with every rainfall.

Never EVER use this company.  They will take a job, knowing it is an emergency situation, and then not show but tell you they are on the way.

Was told someone would be here withing 2 hours today for emergency.  Got call after call that I was next in the queue and someone would be here shortly.  Now more than 10 hours later my basement is flooded, sump pump not working, water still coming in, and they can't even tell me if someone will be here tonight.

No apologies.  They just don't care about you but will take a job without regard for you or your house.  After a couple of hours I called and asked if someone was coming and they said yes I was next.  I don't even blame them for this because I'm the idiot who believed them.

Just stay away from this fraud of a company.  You may get lucky but more than likely you will get screwed.  I had no option to leave a less rating.  I could only do 1 star but if I had an option for zero or negative I would have taken it.

Scheduled an appointment, was confirmed, then 2 weeks later they call and say they do not handle my service type during the time requested.

How is it that I could not be contacted earlier?
I had to take off work to make the appointment during that time.

On Friday night our kitchen sink plugged up.  My husband tried snaking it but  no remedy relief.  I searched online for plumbers and called Drainmaster first.  No answer, no reply to message left.  So after an hour, we called Roto-Rooter.  Phone was answered immediately, they offered to come out between 8 p.m. and midnight.  We didn't feel that urgent, so scheduled for next morning (Saturday of Labor Day weekend).  Scheduled between 9 a.m.-1 p.m., they called first thing and even came earlier than 9 a.m.  John explained process, followed Covid protocols, and work is guaranteed for 6 months.  Very helpful and professional.  Thanks John.  Also nice that a company is so responsive and dependable.
