I needed help with two things - problems with a hot water heater and a broken fill valve in one of the toilets. I received a very prompt reply from Apex and was able to get an appointment within a day.

The plumber arrived on time. His name is Dusty and he reviewed the two problems. He provided clear information regarding his assessment and potential options. Because I had similar problems with the hot water heater several months back and got a similar recommendation from a plumber from a different company, I chose to go with Dusty's recommendation for getting a new heater.

Dusty came back with all the materials he needed and worked for several hours straight. He was conscientious and professional. I was very happy with his work and would request him in the future.

And all those problems with not having hot water, a mother board that gave confusing error messages, and a fill valve that jumped up into the air every time the toilet was flushed are now fixed. I have hot water in every shower and in all faucets - the first time since moving here about a year ago. Although it cost more than I had anticipated, it was well worth the money.

Nicked my water line while doing a project at home. They arrived within an hour of calling, were personable, professional and helpful. They wrapped up the job in under an hour and the price was very reasonable. Water back on and disaster avoided. Highly recommend.

I needed hot & cold water piped from basement to enclosed  porch.  House is over 100yrs. old.  I had no idea how that could be done, but OWH did exactly what I wanted and needed.  Chris (OWH) was right on the job.  He figured out how it could be done.  I wanted my washing machine on porch from the basement..  Also, needed drain hooked up.  Chris and Garrett were here today and did an excellent job.  I'm so happy,, now I can do all my laundry up here. After researching and researching and having multiple plumbers to my house to quote what should have been an easy job, Discount Drains not only delivered superior service but also quoted me a fair price.  I had several companies come to my house to quote an easy small sink install with water lines and drain located on the other side of the wall in the basement.  After having several OVER PRICED quotes and one plumber actually show up, cut a huge hole in my wall and decided he wasn't interested, Discount Drains picked up the slack.  Austin came to my house and was dumb founded why another REPUTABLE plumber and plumbing company told me they couldn't do the job.  Three days later, Discount Drains showed up and installed the sink without any issues.  I can't tell you how professional Trevor, the plumber was!  Completed the job in a timely manor, communicated with me and installed the sink and roughed in the pluming with ease.  Can't say enough of my experience.  If you are looking for a quality company that will not price gouge you, call these guys.  TRUST ME, I called all the other guys in the Columbus, OH area!  Thanks Discount Drains.

Hot water tank sprang a leak and I called several 24 hour emergency plumbing companies with no luck - leave a message, we will call you when a tech is available, the first I can get a tech there is Monday, etc., etc. (then why are you considered 24/7 service??)  Anyway, Mann Plumbing was recommended so I called them and they were out within the hour and a new hot water tank was in an hour and a half later.  Great service and very professional.

We had water hammer, I thought, or at least loudly banging pipes.  Started happening after we had a new high-efficiency washer installed, so I blamed that.  But it turned out to be more of an underlying issue that the new washer (and the way they installed it) brought to the surface.

These folks were super helpful on the phone, and easy to schedule when I wanted them to come.  Not a rush, so it took about a week.  They probably could have come sooner but we were busy and it wasn't an emergency.  Plumber showed up on time, laidback, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our dogs and cats.  He ended up securing a bunch of our pipes.  60 year old house, so many had come loose or had one screw, and the washer installers had messed with things a bit at that end.  No noise now.  

Price was reasonable.  Glad it turned out to be a relatively easy fix.  Definitely keeping them in mind for next time.

I have had to call Eco Plumbers in two different occasions now and I have to say I will continue to use them for my plumbing services! The first time I used them was back in April 2018 when I moved into my condo. Unfortunately before move in I noticed my water tank was leaking. Eco Plumbers were actually not the first company I called. After a bad experience with another company who refused to do the work because they didn't like my lines and tried to get me to work with an uninsured person the tech knew, I called Eco Plumbers. I think I had less than a week before move in and they got the job done! They sent someone out the day I called and got the work done right before I moved in and while I was at work so I didn't have to take a day off. Both guys who stopped out were awesome!!! I wish I remembered the techs name who did the survey (not actual removal and replacement of the tank) because he was awesome and super funny.

I again had to call this past week for lack of hot water and a clogged bathtub. Eco Plumbers were the only ones I called this time. At first I was bummed because the soonest they could come on my schedule was after hours which was a $75 fee but luckily(???) I was still sick from work the day they were to come out so I called and asked if they could come earlier (they did and since it was during normal hours there was no fee!) Problems were immediately taken care of (nothing was wrong with the water tank). Chris and Taylor were my techs this time around and they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Make no bones about it, they are expensive but I think it is worth it when you have professionals who are good at their job and deliver great customer service. They have definitely earned my business!!

I called and made an appointment for the next day, the scheduler was thorough and the plumber showed up on time and made much needed repairs quickly.

The bill was on target with my over the phone estimate. If I were to need a plumber, this location and company would be my go-to.

Our water heater broke overnight and I needed someone to replace it ASAP.  I called several plumbers and eventually found Hesson Plumbers.  They came out within hours, did a quality installation and we couldn't be happier with their service and workmanship.  In the future, they will be the first people I call for all our plumbing and drain needs.

John and his brother did a super job diagnosing and replacing an old toilet in our basement. Efficient in his work and very fair priced while being Covid proper, I am very happy with the job. We had a little glitch with the new toilet seal dripping and he came back to make it perfect. John is my new plumber on call.

I called Mike's Plumbing by just finding him on a Google search yesterday.  I talked to him on the phone and he gave me a quote.  I needed a minor leak fixed under my kitchen sink.  I told
him I would like him to fix it.  He said he could come right over.  He was prompt and very
pleasant, wonderful personality.  The basket had come loose and needed replaced which he
did in about 1/2 hour.  No more leak!  His prices are low compared to two other plumbing
companies that I called for a quote.  Mike's Plumbing is who I will call for all my plumbing
needs from now on.  I had good luck finding Mike's Plumbing and I give him 5 Stars!

I want to like them, but each time we've contacted them for service their plumbers fail to show anywhere near to on time.  And woman who answers their phones is extremely rude!

Since moving to the Delaware area five years ago, I have had five experiences with Amanda Plumbing, three of which were emergency call-outs. In each case, their rep arrived quickly - most recently, within ten minutes! - was very thorough, totally professional, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Each one explained what was needed before proceeding, and showed me the completed work. In every case, I was pleasantly surprised with my bill; not cheap, but very reasonable; even more so for the after-hours call. I would recommend Amanda for all your plumbing needs.

Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

CLB Plumbing replaced two hot water tanks in my Columbus,Oh house on May 27, 2020. On Sunday, August 16, 2020 the discharge tube from our electric tank was leaking. We called the owner and had to leave a msg. As of Tuesday, August 18 we have never heard from the owner. We
had to turn off water to house, so we called another plumbing company for emergency service call. It was pointed out that the leak was caused by poor workmanship. Due to the leak it shorted out the elements in hot water tank and now that tank needs replaced.. It cost $1,200 to replace in May.  DO NOT USE this plumber!
