Pat was great! From my initial call, all communications with him were on point and very professional. I called Pat for a drainage issue in my kitchen, and given that his quote came out in-line with a few other quotes I'd received, I took advantage of the positive reviews I'd seen on Yelp. He got to work quickly, was efficient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also gave me advice/tips on how to proactively avoid the problem as well. Absolutely would recommend and will use Drain-EEZ for future plumbing issues.

I need to start by saying I do not normally give reviews-but this is an exception. I live out of state and have a senior parent who called me on a panic due to an issue with a bathroom faucet that wouldn't cut off. I called Mack after a quick search on Yelp. I can not thank him enough for his professional and exceptionally prompt service. He not only made it to my dad's home to diagnose the issue and is repairing the problem all within an hour of my initial call. My dad raved about how at ease he was and how professional and nice Mack was upon arrival. I highly recommend Mack and his team for your plumbing needs! I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Scotty is great! He's always arrived on time and is very communicative. I was making some updates to my kitchen and needed him to install a new sink. He even advised on the size of the sink (he was familiar with my kitchen from a previous visit) and suggested a company to purchase the sink from since I was having trouble finding what I wanted at Home Depot and Lowes.

This is my first time writing an interview on Yelp ever! I even had to create this account just to write, but I was so pleased and happy with the Job, I couldn't ignore how well the service was. It was literally the Job from HELL! My 11 year water heater died and instantly made an appointment with Rocket Plumbing. Anthony came the same day and diagnosed that I needed a new Heater. We scheduled and appointment and the day come where we had to change it out. The previous owners of my condo were idiots due to the horrendous placement of the old heater. What was suppose to be a 2 hour job ended up being 6 hours, but Anthony pulled through. One of the best service men I have met, he will always work with you to make the smoothest job possible. These guys are legit! We were experiencing issues after a remodel where we weren't getting any cold water. Kevin and his team were very thorough and was able to locate the issue. Unfortunately we had to cut some walls and break down some tile, but Kevin was able to fix it in little time. I would certainly recommend Sound Plumbing! The team from J Sewer & Water came over on short notice to unclog our kitchen sink and repair some parts that were leaking water. The results looked great.

We had a water shutoff valve that was leaking. Unable to get it to stop, I figured we needed to have it replaced.  Eric came by to do the job. He tightened the nut to the housing and the leak stopped.  Job done.  No need to replace the fitting!  The highest praise goes to the company that will fix rather than replace a part.  In the future we know which plumbing company to trust.

Super fast response and service. Workmanship was excellent and cleaned up perfectly after the job as well.

Previously I wanted to install a ejector pump with a check valve. They quoted $5000. This was after them visiting my property and assessing the situation. On the day of the job they said that they wont be to install the pumps and charged me $4700 just for the check valve. Of course only having the check valve didn't solve the issue. And I again flew all the was from San Francisco to meet these guys to come up with a better solution. They said that installing a lift station will solve the problem. And it has been 3 weeks and i am yet to receive a quote or a start date for the work. Wasted $4700 and flight tickets. Very unprofessional behavior. Now they are not responsive at all. Never trust these guys!

Chris came exactly on time to fix a clogged drain in our bathroom sink. He did the job quickly and charged a very fair price for his work. I would highly recommend ABV and definitely will use them again.

Dmitry responded immediately to my phone call. He requested that I send photos of the problem so he could know in advance what they would be dealing with and be prepared. He explained the pricing clearly. He was accommodating about the appointment time. Lenny came on time, did nice work and was neat. I will be using them again.

Juan was a pleasure to deal with!  Knew he was going be late for my appointment and called me 10 minutes ahead of time to apologize for the delay and make sure it was still ok for him to come out.  Then did the job quickly and explained what he had to do as he did it!  Then charged less then half of other quotes I received!  Would highly recommend Juan for all your plumbing needs!

I would HIGHLY recommend Noel to any Lakeview homeowner. The basement toilets in our duplex down suddenly stopped flushing today.  I called Noel at 2 PM thinking it was just a clog.  He arrived less than 2 hours later and uncovered that we had a broken ejector pump. He offered to wear a mask (We have a baby at home.) and took the time to educate me on our home's mechanicals. He even gave me good tips to keep our plumbing in tip top shape!  He had a replacement pump and all the tools necessary to finish the job in 3 hours.  We have a very tight mechanical closet so it wasn't an easy task.

Noel is a consummate professional and a very kind person as well.   We will be repeat clients!

Plumber was very condescending over the phone and clearly did not want to take on the work. I was told that free estimates don't apply to condominium buildings. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and transparency with Apex.

In selling my home I needed Jan to investigate a suspected leak.  Jan was attentive and did a thorough investigation and validated that there was no leak.  I needed his typed-up inspection report quickly and Jan fulfilled my request.  I would recommend Jan based his professionalism and the great customer service I received from him.

Could not ask for better service! I reached out via Yelp at 10pm on a Sunday when we had water in our basement and Victor responded right away helping to diagnose the problem using pictures. He offered to come at night be I chose to wait and he came first thing the next morning. Professional and took precautions (mask, shoe covers, used side entrance) he also explained the problem to me and showed me what he did to fix it which I found helpful. Would not hesitate to contact Victor again for plumbing needs!
