After feeling pretty stressed that a leaky pipe may be causing damage to a unit below me, I was happy to find Pat with Drain-EEZ plumbing. In addition to being great at his trade, he was very prompt, friendly, and professional. For any other single ladies in the city looking for someone that they can trust at an affordable price, give Drain-EEZ a try!

Wow, to change the leaking wax ring seal on the toilet they wanted $799.  It was hello and good bye.
Fortunately I have experience, most home owners don't.   A simple job with a newer toilet that was not leaking but needed a new seal due to very heavy person twisting the  toilet base when getting up, it happens.  I am not a handyman, just in the know.

It's not easy finding a good plumber but super glad we had a good experience with Scotty. The gentlemen is knowledgeable, inquisitive, listens, and gets to work. He is able to anticipate the problem, explain it directly, and offer suggestions and tips for maintenance.

It was a very good all-around experience and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him in the future. Thanks Scotty.

I've used this business twice now--once in an emergency when my washer decided to spew GALLONS of water into my kitchen & once to have them assess a possible leak in my bathroom wall.

These guys are great.  They're very kind when you call and take time to answer questions and gather as much info as they can.  The response time is crazy fast.

The plumbers themselves are such professional, kind people.  They took the time to explain to me what the issue was.  They even looked at a much smaller issue I showed them (it prolly wasn't even worth their time) & told me how to fix it--down to the store I should go to--just because they knew I'd save money fixing it myself.  

10/10 would recommend.

Windy City Plumbing are an amazing group of people. We have an ongoing issue with some back-flow from on of our drain pipes and Chris has come out a number of times to help us relieve the issue. They have gone out of their way to help us keep our building honest and stress that it's a building issue and not a local issue. They are courtesy and always go out of their way to make sure we are being taken care of. We will definitely be calling them for any future needs. We appreciate them greatly!

We hired First Chicago Plumbing to install the necessary plumbing, laundry box, vents and drains for our electric washer and dryer. Eugene and team were highly efficient in terms of email communications and were able to answer any questions I had regarding permits, inspections, licenses, etc. The team visited 3-4 times to ensure everything was done to the highest standard, permits were passed and inspections completed. The work was performed high quality work, ensured I was kept updated throughout, and made sure to clean up after themselves on all occasions. Since I used Yelp to find Sound Plumbing, I thought it was only fair to register and echo the reviews of others.  Despite it being Saturday afternoon, Kevin responded to my voicemail promptly, arrived at our place in Edgewater just a little later and had our kitchen sink up and running (with a much-improved pipe assembly) in no time.  Icing on the cake was a his incredibly reasonable price for a job well done.  HIGHLY recommended!!

Highly recommend Jesus!  Had an ongoing water issue in our basement and I finally called to get an estimate.   I was impressed with his quick response as he was able to come out within a couple hours.  Once he got here, he was friendly and courteous and thorough.  He identified the problem and had the tools to fix it on the spot.   He did his thing and that was it.  No hassling or trying to recommend other services.  Definitely will be a repeat customer for our future plumbing needs.

Guess what I didn't check Yelp on this company. I just saw some reviews online elsewhere and decided to try them. Glad I did try them- I should have checked Yelp and I would have found them quicker and used a coupon too! Kevin and Mike were total professionals and didn't rush anything - the double water heaters were expertly installed and the whole house water filter also done beautifully. Oh well I didn't see the Yelp coupon- my fault! But I am very satisfied and I know quality work when I see it.

Our outside sewer line was draining very slowly after the rain. I requested a quote on Yelp and received reply from Mike in a day. He is able to give ma a quote after I showed him several photos. The repair was scheduled in several days because it was not an emergency. Daniel and Jose called 15min in advance and showed up on time. They were able to get a bunch of roots and dirts out of the drain and used snake to go all the way to clear the drain. Our drain was clear and flow very well after the cleanup. They also explained to us how to keep the drain clean and some maintenance tips. They also offered a 30 day warranty which is really nice. I am very happy about their service and highly recommend Midwest Hydro Jetting to anyone who wants an affordable and reliable service. Five stars!

The customer service and professionalism we received from this place was top notch! We called for an emergency plumbing issue and needed someone out as soon as possible to take a look and hopefully fix. The 2 service techs, Jesse and Joel, arrived within an hour and a half of calling. Then, they had the issue identified and fixed within an hour of being at the house. Not only were they timely, friendly and knowledgable, they were very clean as well! A huge plus!

I would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing issues -- we will definitely be using them for any future services we need.

We had a great experience start to finish with ABV. When my in-laws' shower faucet began to get too loose and stop working, my husband tried to fix it. This, of course, resulted in the faucet breaking off completely and our need for some immediate help and repair. My husband sent out a yelp inquiry to a number of plumbers and ABV was the first to respond and also give us a flat rate of $125 for the repair. No one else would give us a flat rate and were also charging just to have someone look at it.

We set up an appointment the next morning with ABV. The plumber showed up right on time, giving us a text when he was 20 minutes away. He came prepared with the parts needed, was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes, and as a result only charged us a third of what his original flat rate we agreed on was since the repair was so easy and quick. You don't see that kind of honesty these days! The job was done with excellent quality and the faucet works like a dream now.

Great service, quality and price! We had an emergency sewer back up and needed to replace 8ft of cracked clay pipe. Called CJ Plumbing late on Tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving,  and he had Tylers Underground come out the next morning and replace everything for a great price. He checked in throughout the day to make sure things were going well and I was happy. Then on top of all of that he had a plumber come out within 15 minutes to help us with a completely separate issue. Highly recommend CJ Plumbing.

Believe the 5 star reviews, Mike is awesome! It's so nice to have a plumber in my contacts who I not only know will do great work, but is also fair and 100% trustworthy. Mike is also super responsive, dependable, and takes great pride in his work. And to top it all off, we actually had a really fun day together when he came by! Great guy + great work = no brainer on reaching out to him for your plumbing needs.

Juan replaced my 75-gallon water heater. It was a more complex job than initially thought, as it required numerous adjustments to existing gas and water pipes to accommodate the new unit (of a different brand), but Juan was patient and thorough to make sure the job was done right (despite the extra time commitment required). This was the third large plumbing job that I've hired Juan to tackle. I always find him to be extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and more affordable than others. He takes tremendous pride in his work and never looks for the easy shortcut, which is why I continue to make him my first/only call when a plumbing issue arises. You won't regret doing the same.

Noel was responsive and friendly, and he took as much time as needed to answer all of our questions during the inspection. His rates are very reasonable for the area, and he was willing to come out on a holiday, when we were home from work. We would certainly engage his services again.

These guys were quick to quote and provide the service. Had a leaky outdoor spigot that could only be replaced by cutting a hole in the ceiling and removing it from inside. It took a bit longer than Jon thought due to the tight space, but he kept the same price quoted and did a clean cut so replacing the drywall was easy for me to do solo.

They are friendly, quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They always clean up very well and have always fixed our plumbing problems the first time. We use Vanguard for our unit and building plumbing issues.

I sent out request for quotes to several plumbers and Victor responded right away with a reasonable range of what he'd charge.  Others wanted to charge me even to get a quote.  He came out sooner than planned when I requested a rush.  He was able to fix our kitchen drain right away and was very quick and professional.  He'll be my plumbing go-to from now on!
