Called Drain-EEZ for a toilet repair.  The came out quickly and repaired it in no time.  Spoke with Pat who was professional and took care of it right away.  I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.  Highly recommend!

Rescue Plumbing came right away! I was panicking because sewage was coming up fast in my basement shower.  Fred explained the problem very clearly.  There was blockage in the main plumbing line underneath the house.
They cleared everything out efficiently and now all is functional in the plumbing system.  Also, this crew cleaned up the laundry room very well after the routing was finished.  I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks!

We noticed water leaking from our garbage disposal on Sunday evening and contacted Scott based on his Yelp reviews. He responded quickly and made time for us with short notice. He asked great questions and for pics of the sink ahead of time so he was prepared with all the replacement parts right away. He was fast, professional and gave great recommendations for improving the safety of the wiring to our disposal. I'm so glad we hired him, Scott will definitely be our go-to for any future needs!

We had some water on the ceiling in our garage and had no idea where it was coming from.  Tyler and Jake came out and did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing what turned out to be a leaking pipe.  They explained everything well and gave us options and helped us decide what was best for our needs.  They did great work and were very friendly too.

Look no further, these people are amazing.  After rejecting three other plumbing contractors who were either too expensive or too flaky, we hired First Chicago to replace all of the steel water pipes with copper in our 1904 house and install a new water heater.  They showed up on time, explained everything, involved me in decision making, and did a really solid job. Eugene, who I think owns the business as well as works onsite, was very good natured and took delight in problem solving.   When a couple of punch list items came up after the job, they came back within a week without argument to handle it.  The woman working in their office was smart and pleasant.  Their online customer interface sent detailed estimates, scheduling confirmations and text alerts when the plumbers were on the way.  I was expecting this job to be awful but in fact it was wonderful.

Kevin was the only person in this 10 Yelp list of plumbers in the area to pick up the phone and come out within 30minutes of helping to fix the leaking problem! The job was well done, neat, careful, this is an old building and he knew how to manage the job! He gave me an estimate of low to high and it came under! Quick in texting and was able to pay through quick pay with bank! 21st century plumbers! Highly recommend and already now our plumber!

We had an unfortunately Christmas day pipe break for a fridge water line from post freeze thaw (fortunately we were home to see it happen!).  They answered the phone on Christmas Day  - and we didn't need them to come immediately because we had turned off the main water valve, but they came out first thing the next day, fixed the pipe and discussed longer term solutions for prevention. Second time using them - they are responsive, punctual, communicative and very nice people.

I reached out to Kevin to get a second opinion about a VERY expensive proposal I had received from another plumber.  So glad I did - turns out there was an easy, cost-effective fix and Kevin and his team got it taken care of very fast.  Was so appreciative!  And his communication and follow up are great.  Highly recommend him!

I requested a quote on Yelp to find a plumber for a line backing up with raw sewage into a walkway. Mike and another guy came and rodded out the main line and found a problem with a small sidewalk drain also.  They responded and came within a couple of hours.  Were knowledgable, fixed the problem right away, were very fair and also so pleasant.  Their work was guaranteed. I wont use another plumber after this.

This company broke a line while cleaning and caused another trouble.
Water got stuck in my bathtub and called them right after Christmas. The guy came to fix it  quickly. He charged me $350. One month later, I found water leaking from hallway and living room. I actually found out that one joint under bathtub was broken. It was obviously that the damage was caused by their repair guy but the customer service said they were not responsible for any damage. High cost and no warranty at all after the job. I had to spend another $1,000 to replace the piece. M worst experience ever in repair.

These guys are great. I called in the middle of the night and they came out right away. They were at my house in less than 30 minutes of when I called. The serviceman came with a fully stocked van and was ready to tackle anything that could have been wrong. I am really glad I chose this company. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The plumber was on time, he was courteous and even covered his boots with booties so as not to track into our house. He took pictures of the work and showed it to me when the job was finished. The internet said the job would take a few hours, he was done in 40 minutes. He cleaned up nicely. You wouldn't even know he had been there.  
So far, the repair of our toilet has held up and I expect it will. Should we need a plumber again, ABV will be our first call.

Great service! Would do 4.5 stars if that was an option because the plumber was 2 hours late but he was in and out quickly and was honest about what needed to be done by him and what we could save money on doing it ourselves. Love that they are open on Saturdays to answer calls. We've scheduled them twice, once during our home inspection and this time when we closed on our house and both times were Saturdays. Nice to not have to wait until Monday to get them scheduled!

I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

He advised that the issue likely should not be my sole responsibility in my condo building as it was 50 feet away from my place. He offered to speak to my landlord/building manager for me & then provided further detail on a 2nd revised invoice nearly immediately. I will likely be reimbursed and I'm thrilled, I wouldn't have known it wasn't my problem if he hadn't told me.
