Best Water Heater Repair in Chicago IL

Great company!!! My garbage disposal wasn't working and I called and spoke to Pat to set up an appointment.  Rather than charging me to come out (over $100) he gave me a quick recommendation on how to fix it and I was able to handle it on my own!  THAT is service and integrity!  Definitely calling them for any of my other needs.

Mac is highly recommended. Came to my restaurant after hours when we were in need the same day and helped fix the issue. Very accommodating and will use again!

Our hot water heater blew at 5:30am on Monday morning and the Rescue Plumbing team was on site almost immediately.  I worked with Dex throughout the entire process and he was amazing.  Very responsive, flexible with the other mitigation work being done, and very knowledgeable.  I would work with Dex and the RP team again in a heartbeat!

Scotty fixed my sink, which wasn't code-compliant, and helped me get rid of the sewer smell in my bathroom. He's a super friendly and knowledgeable guy, and he was very patient with my rambunctious puppy! Will definitely give him a call if something else goes wrong.

I just had Rocket Plumbing out this morning!  With this rain storm last night, our sump pump failed at the worst time.  Ugh!  I called Rocket this morning at 6am and Brian (the owner) actually answered on the second ring.  He had a plumber at my house by 8am this morning and switched out my sump pump in less than an hour.  I am sooooo thankful right now I can't explain!!  Our basement would have been trashed had Rocket Plumbing not come so fast!

If you need a plumber look no further and call Windy City Plumbing!!  Very responsive, fast working, professional and reasonable!!  We had sewage backing up in our basement and within 30 min the guys had it cleared and cleaned up!  Thank you Windy City!

I found First Chicago Plumbing on yelp and requested a quote.  I received a response within 15 mins asking for a picture of the valve that needed to be replaced before i could have the dishwasher installed and 5 minutes later I had a quote that was lower than the other quotes. I was able to call and had an appt scheduled the next day.   They sent me a text letting me know that they would be here in 30 minutes and were on time.  They explained what they needed to do and why and got it down quickly. i will absolutely use them again for my future plumbing issues.

Kevin is a amazing.  He's helped us a few times with plumbing tragedies.  When we first called him to figure out why our washing machine wasn't draining he fixed the problem and rerouted the mess of pipes under our sink in a more efficient way.  He's done some other work for us, always friendly, and always reasonably priced.  He responds quickly and always tries to work us into his schedule whenever we have an emergency.  He's a great find.

Very Inconsistent estimates and when asked questions, the answers did not sound genuine. Not interested.

I wish there was a ten star option because Green Tech deserves it.  I've been utilizing Green Tech for plumbing issues since I moved to the neighborhood last fall.  In typical fashion my ejector pump went out a day before I was leaving to go out of town for two weeks.  Kevin fit me in on a Saturday and installed a new pump for me. When it came to choosing a pump, Kevin gave me the options and there was never a sales pitch which you may get with other companies.  

Recently Kevin stopped by to discuss my options on a battery back up for the pump they installed.  Once again Green Tech showed me my options and took the time both in person and over the phone to answer my questions.  

Green Tech is top notch and they will be getting my business and referrals in the future!!

Mike and team are extremely responsive, professional and accommodating. They do an excellent job in troubleshooting and explaining to you the actual problem and your potential solutions and options.

After the gas co. found a leak in my line on Friday eve and I started to fear cold showers all weekend, I called Captain Rooter on Saturday. Adam was responsive about letting me know when he would arrive. Adam and Hector came out within a couple of hours, did a pressure test on the system and found the leak behind the stove, which the gas co. had overlooked. They repaired it, re-tested the line and I was able to get my gas turned back on the next day, before the hot water ran out! Thanks guys.

Excellent service. Plumber went to store to pick up new kitchen faucet and installed after diagnosing issue. Can't imagine better service.  Will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

The toilet tank had a corroded bolt that was crumbling, causing a leak.  I called CJ Plumbing & Heating at 9am, was scheduled for a technician by 10am, Lenny arrived around noon, and by 2pm the whole thing was fixed.  I couldn't have asked for better service, clearer communication, or a more pleasant experience all around.  Highly recommmend!

Awesome service, called him answered right away, I had called others no answer. Explained the problem said he would be here later in the day called me back moved his schedule around to accommodate us sooner very much appreciated.  Unclogged the outside connection and showed us everything he did step by step, first time home owners so appreciate the time he took with us. Noel was great. We were in a bit of an urgent situation and Noel was punctual, calm, professional and able to meet our unique needs whereby he needed to complete tasks at different times during the day due to other work we had being done. Super diligent and explained everything he was doing and immediately felt we were in good hands. Will 100% use Noel again and definitely recommend him!

Called to have a leaky toilet fixed.  Geoff was out the next morning, on time, called to let me know they were on their way.  He showed me the problem from the last plumber and he fixed everything!  Great job!  Will definitely be using Apex for ALL my plumbing needs from now on!

Had an immediate need to have someone come and look at some noise related to my sump pump. Called on Thursday and they came on Friday and did the work immediately. Very customer service oriented. Also appreciate it when anyone comes into your home and respectfully protects your floors and carpet by putting slippers on thier shoes and cleaning up after the servicing. Highly recommend. Found them through Yelp and am very pleased.
