As usual, I wait until the last second to do any home repairs and this was no exception. I had the day off the next day and hoped to get some work done. I just had the best experience working with Kevin from Sound Plumbing. Due to a leak and some minimal water damage, I needed both my bathroom toilet and sink replaced. Kevin was prompt in returning my call, coming in for an estimate and getting the work done in a jiffy. His work is top notch. Last but not least - Kevin's prices are beyond reasonable. I can't wait to have a friend who needs a plumber so I can send him their way!

We had a clogged sink and J Sewer was out within 15 minutes of our request and completed the work in under an hour. Very professional and would recommend for any plumbing issues!

Called Green Tech for trouble with a boiler. They came first thing in the morning, solved the problem in less than 15 minutes, and refused to charge me. Danny and team did a very good job. Mike the owner was very pleasant and nice They are very knowledgeable and skilled in this field. Adam did an excellent job with excellent customer service.  Also the plumbing job was last minute and he had no problem fixing the basement that flooded.

I recently purchase a new toilet. Although, I have installed dozens of toilets in my lifetime, I recently met my match, with this new purchase. It was heavier than most other models and the bolt holes are hidden from view.  I called ABV plumbing after several attempts at installing it myself. My level of frustration, prior to calling, was off the charts.

The gentlemen from ABV was able to come out within hours.  He took a look at the toilet and my current plumbing. He then immediately went to work. He was courteous and was vigilant about any covid concerns. He even donned protective shoe covers.

He needed to sweat some copper fittings and add a new valve. This was done in under 10 minutes. He then prepared the toilet for install. His associate came and together they lifted the 118 pound toilet onto the bolts in one shot. I would have been jealous if not for the fact that I was so relieved to see this done so swiftly.

The toilet and surrounding area were then wiped clean. I took 59 minutes from start to finish. This would be impressive for even the simplest toilet installs.

I found ABV by using Yelp. I seriously expected him to say the job was too difficult. I am very happy to say I am wrong.

Poor communication also. Dimitri said he'd think about it, when I proposed a resolution where they paid for part and I'd pay for part of it. Then ghosted me. Also was very aggressive and mocking on the phone. Not someone you want to do business with.

A friend tried to help us fix a water filter issue and inadvertently caused a leak that made the kitchen unusable so we needed to call a plumber as an emergency that could be dealt with immediately. Juan & coworker assessed what was needed and were able to do a repair quickly and at reasonable price. While they were fixing it they noticed a problem with dishwasher hook up done by prior owners likely as a DIY job as it was done incorrectly (hazard). They went to buy a part, and came back and did that in the same visit. 100% recommend.

I hired Five Plumbing to perform a check of eight condominium units to determine the source of excess water usage.

- Communicating with Noel was easy. He was quick to respond
- The price was reasonable
- Noel was available, on a Saturday, with only a few days notice
- Noel arrived on time
- Noel was efficient but thorough
- Noel provided a lot of excellent advice for unit owners: know where your water valve is, turn it off if you'll be gone long, place a pan under your water heater, place water sensors near your water heater, change out your toilets and water heater every X years, etc.

Bathtub was not draining on Friday night, Called them on Saturday @ 7 AM, by 8 they showed up and fixed the problem PRONTO. Good service , and would use them again!

we feel very lucky to have found Jan and George. We just bought an older home and needed quite a few things updated. Jan made an incredible impression on us right off the bat by calling and talking to us over the phone a few times to make sure we were buying the supplies that would be exactly what we needed. He advised on everything from the brand of toilet to the type of valve and everything in between. We felt really confident in our choices knowing that they were recommended by the plumbers. George was our plumber for most of the work and he is awesome. Always on time, friendly, kept workspace super clean, and most importantly was focused on doing things right. Our toilet ring wasn't in good shape from a previous install and he instead of just dropping a new one in, he stopped and ensured that a repair collar was added so that it was done correctly. Jan is the same. He could have just installed the drain I bought online but he advised that the type I bought would not last- keep in mind I'm supplying the stuff so it's not like he profits in any way- he just gives good advice. He then went the extra mile and found a drain that would do the trick and sent us the link. Guys are always on time, price is transparent and fair, work is high quality, owner stands by the work. What else can you ask for!?
