We had a great experience with Pete, Noah, Paco, and Dex. They were all incredibly responsive and helpful with taking care of our emergency. Pete and Noah did a great job getting to the bottom of our problem and were very patient and helpful with walking us through every step in the process so we understood everything that was going on. We felt very well taken care of and that the work done is high quality and will last. We will definitely use them again if we ever have any other issues.

I had couple of issues at my place from shower not working to kitchen sink.  I was looking for a plumber who was reliable and did a good job after having some bad experiences in the past with the quality and reliability.  Scott was recommended by a friend.  He called me prior to his appointment to let me know that he is running 30 minutes late and he did get at my place on time.  He was able to get all the job done within few hours. Now I can enjoy my shower again!!

I had a very simple issue with a leaking faucet.  I called another plumber in Chicago who came highly recommended, and they quoted $188 just to visit me.  I called Rocket, and spoke to a plumber who explained a very simple fix over the phone that I could do myself.  I appreciate their honesty and integrity to not make a cheap buck for a simple problem, and will definitely use them if any larger situations present themselves.

They responded quickly, explained the problem and their pricing, and addressed the issue in an efficient and professional manner.

First Chicago did great work installing plumbing to our new bathroom and fixing an issue with our gas pipes. They were very organized and responsive and answered any questions I had. They are a super nice, hardworking team and I will definitely hire them for future projects!

Kevin has done 2 repairs for me over the past year and they were both great experiences. He's very professional, reasonable and helpful. The most recent repair got a little complicated due to my building's water pump system. He came in the next day after the repair was completed to help us figure out the water pump - something that my own building maintenance man was unhelpful with. Now, not only is my bathtub faucet working, our building's water pressure is amazing. Very happy.

Called this company for a sewer scope on a property I'm purchasing. He said he would be able to come today and to just text him the address of the property. I did so right after we got off the phone, no response.

I'd venture to say this company is not too reliable.

Greentech has been our go-to company for our plumbing needs ever since we found them on Yelp about 6 years ago.  Over the years, we had them rod a sink and bathtub, install a new bathroom sink and toilet, replace a sump pump, and put in a new kitchen faucet.

Today we had Greentech install a new water heater.  When we started hearing unusual noises coming from our old water heater (crackling and sizzling noises), it was very quick and easy to get an estimate and to get installation scheduled. Chris did the installation, and he was very professional and courteous. Turns out our old water heater was overdue to be replaced by about 10 years! We appreciate the thorough explanation Chris provided on the new unit. We have a good understanding of what is needed to make sure the water heater operates as it should for many years to come.

We highly recommend Greentech. They do great work and they stand by their products and labor.

Connected with Mike to try to get quotes for our HOA. Sent a video of the issue, but he would not provide quotes for issues without coming in person and charged a fee to come for a quote. It is possible that he was frustrated by some of the text messages I was saying and that our HOA would not pay for him to come for a quote, which is his company's usual protocol. When I asked for referrals to another plumber when he would not provide any additional quotes, he would not supply any additional plumber company contacts. I was very disappointed with his communication and will never reach out to this company again.

This group has been responsive and their work is very good! Prices are reasonable and they genuinely care about making sure a job is done right.

We called at 3pm on a Saturday and Darrell not only picked up his phone but was at our place by 4pm to fix 2 rooms that the lights had cut out. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He took the time to make sure I understood what the issue was and what our options were to fix the issue. He also we incredibly considerate with COVID -- he wore his mask and sanitized before entering our house. I would recommend Darrell to anyone looking for an electrician!

Demetri answered my weekend call quickly and came out soon after. Lenny was very professional and cleared my basement drain with no issue. Will definitely work with them again.

Our outdoor spigot was leaking and I was hoping to get it fixed quickly because our outdoor watering system for plants is attached to it so needed to keep it on during hot season. I called and someone was able to come out the same day (no extra charge to come so quickly). Geoff was our plumber and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous when he said he had to cut a hole in the ceiling but he made a very minimal, clean cut hole and even offered to vacuum up after! He showed me the how to work my new spigot and charged me what I thought was a very fair price... also it was what he quoted to start with which I appreciate. Highly recommend apex and Geoff!

Jan and George unclogged a deep clog for me. They gave me an appointment within 24 hours, were courteous throughout, and explained what they were doing throughout.

I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them in the future.

Having said all of that, the price was a bit out of my range, but I needed the work done. $150/hr. Took five hours.

I needed a new water heater, I called them and they were here within the hour. I had a new water heater installed and they were out the door two hours later! Great team! Great response time! Very attentive! Thanks Victor!

Had All Rooter come out to my house for a clogged kitchen drain. Bert was very professional and on time. He even reminded me about a coupon that was on Yelp for $50.00 off. He unclogged the drain and gave us a warranty. I would use them again if I have another plumbing problem.

I created this account to review Walter and his plumbing business. I am saying from the bottom of my heart thank you to him and his assistant. I had a major plumbing issue at a new building I recently purchased, I call him to have the water turned on, and BOOM burst pipes everywhere. These guys stayed until nearly midnight after and already long day of work for them, to fix every single pipe in the building. On top of that he charged me an EXTREMELY reasonable rate. I recommend him whole heartedly for any project you have on mind, hes honest, hard working, very very reasonably priced, and gets the job done. I'd give no stars if I could!  Came out over a week ago & charged $89, to say I don't know, let me call my boss, I sent him a picture, I never saw this before. It was a Saturday not sure what kind ofplumber would say that!!  I'll get back to you on Monday I'll make myself a note.  Never heard from him it's been well over a week!  Beware

Well Mr Szabo, any concerning owner,  would've come out to access the situation, instead of sending 2 unprepared guys, and would've refunded the $89

Gary was the best!!!! We had purchased a new water softener when our old one broke thinking it was going to be an easy swap.  Boy we were wrong!! Called Gary and he said no problem and was super reasonably priced!  Glad we found a plumber in our area for any other future occurrences.
