Excellent service by Pat and Drain-Eez plumbing! Pat was so quick to respond when I first reached out via yelp.

We had a leaky faucet that a previous plumber said he couldn't fix. Pat came in assessed the faucet and ran to the store to get the right part to fix it. He was on time as well!

He is so professional and helping. I highly recommend them.

Could not have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time needing a plumber in a high rise. Scotty was able to come out within 24 hours of the first call, and not only fixed our clogged sink but also gave us a few tips on other things around the sink that could be improved and even helped us do it right then and there. He was in and out, very nice, and charged a better rate than some of the other plumbers I talked to. Great experience and will use again for all plumbing issues!

Man alive! I didn't know what I did to my toilet, but Rocket Plumbing intrepidly ventured forth and repaired it anyhow.  I'm pretty sure my wife has confused the toilet with the garbage can and flushes trash down it: dental floss, junk mail, dead batteries.  That or she just gets bored and wants to see what that toilet will take down it.  So that thing clogged up pretty bad.  I called Rocket and they sent out Marlin(?).  He asked a few questions and got right on it.  My wife appreciated how he wore shoe coverings so as not to get the floor dirty (funny how she cares about the floor but not the toilet).  Marlin fixed that toilet right quick.  He even educated my wife on the dangers of using the toilet as a trash can!  Thank you Rocket!!!

First Chicago Plumbing easily exceeded my expectations. Did the job right, quickly, and were easy to work with. Their communication by phone and through email regarding the appointment and on the service appointment was very clear. I thought they would have to replace the main valve where the hot and cold enter my condo but they repaired it instead, saving me extra expense. Glad to find such fine, experienced plumbers. Very reliable. No attitude. I know I'll call them in the future.

I reached out to J Sewer & Drain for a quote on a new water heater. I sent some photos and a brief description of what we had and what we were looking for. From the photos alone, they were able to identify a potential issue given that my water heater was in a closet with some piping that would have to be removed. Because he identified this in the beginning, there were no hidden costs or issues when the crew arrived. The price was competitive with other quotes. The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

My sewer line along the house was blocked and required hydro-jetting. It was starting to become an emergency.

I had reached out to these guys because my regular plumber kept blowing me off for over a week.  Then the Arctic deep freeze came and nobody was working outside.  Every time I flushed a toilet I feared the backup into the tub.  My 15yo was restricted to 5 min showers which was a miracle in itself.  
Luckily, Jesse got his guys over the same day to clear the line.  The line was cleared quickly and efficiently.

Our bathroom sink became completely clogged on a Saturday morning. It's the only upstairs bathroom in our home and needless to say - a nightmare when unusable. I called Hristo at ABV and he was able to come out and clear the drain in a matter of hours. He also repaired a leaky drain in another washroom. Price was very reasonable with excellent customer service. Highly recommend ABV!!

CJ plumbing is one of a few business I would recommend. When I called about relocating a copper pipe they were able to come out that same night and give me a very reasonable quote then came out the next morning to do the work. Lenny did exactly what I asked for and did a great job. I will call only them for my plumbing needs from now on.

We love Mike The Plumber and highly recommend him.  He just assisted us with two small plumbing problems at our new house in Rogers Park.  He was so pleasant to work with, fixed the issues quickly, fixed a few other issues in the process, recommended some changes, and was so reasonable in his price.   He also loves dogs, and took time to pet and play with our two pups in the back yard.  Mike is now our go to plumber, and I suspect our pups will be trying to clog our pipes so that Mike gets a call to come back.

Juan is the consummate professional. He was the quickest to respond to my request for a plumber to fix my leaky / noisy toilet that I had tried everything under the sun to fix myself. Alas, he was able to diagnose the issue via text with some photos and truly went out of his way to source the parts needed from a specific dealer before arriving. He is friendly, clear about cost, and timely - and gets the job done efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Noel came on short notice and was friendly, prompt, efficient and did a great job resolving my old building's drain issue.  One of the best plumbers I've ever had to use for an emergency repair.

Wonderful experience this week with Apex. First, their answering service is very thorough and professional. (I didn't know anyone still used answering services!)  Jon came out to help with a toilet tank that wasn't filling. I appreciated that he explained everything that was going on in the tank and how he was going to fix it. Very professional demeanor, knowledgeable and friendly. Well done.

Jan is prompt, thorough and cleans up very well.  I found a small water spot on my basement floor.  It took longer than I liked (given hourly rate) to find and fix the leak.  After removing and resetting my powder room toilet, it was ruled out.  After cutting open the walls under the powder room sink, to inspect the pipes, that was ruled out.  It was finally determined to be a pinpoint leak in the overhead copper pipe in the basement.  All fixed.

So excited to have found Fixer! I've been so pleased with the initial process - easy and thorough communication, and quick availability. And I had a great experience with Chang this morning.  We scheduled him to swap out our (very) old shower fixtures and install a new valve.  He was extremely helpful in explaining the challenges and risks of the job, and ultimately steered us to a better solution even though it meant him not doing the work today.  He was more interested in helping us understand the real issue than in charging us for hours of work that might end up with an unsatisfactory result.  His time and honesty goes a long way in building confidence in the business and I will definitely be calling Fixer again!
