Best A/C Repair in Chicago IL

I realized water pooling around the ejector pit cover every time we ran the washing machine in our basement *probably* meant our ejector pump was malfunctioning. I called Drain-EEZ and within 1 day they had the old pump replaced and the new one up and running. Katrina took my call and helped triage; Pat was very efficient to diagnose over the phone; Pat & Kevin worked quickly and efficiently to get it done (they even showed up early to start working....that's a first for me). Before leaving they cleaned up after themselves and cautioned me about hazards related to the waste. Pat also diagnosed a small gas leak from our gas dryer that we had missed (completely unrelated issue). These guys go above and beyond...highly recommend..!

On December 9th 2022 I had an emergency toilet situation and I turned to Emergency Plumbing.  Within a few hours Pete and Noah show up, fix the problem, and provide additional direction for issues my condo association may face in the future.  These guys are consummate professionals  and outstanding plumbers!!!

Scotty fixed my sink, which wasn't code-compliant, and helped me get rid of the sewer smell in my bathroom. He's a super friendly and knowledgeable guy, and he was very patient with my rambunctious puppy! Will definitely give him a call if something else goes wrong.

I had a very simple issue with a leaking faucet.  I called another plumber in Chicago who came highly recommended, and they quoted $188 just to visit me.  I called Rocket, and spoke to a plumber who explained a very simple fix over the phone that I could do myself.  I appreciate their honesty and integrity to not make a cheap buck for a simple problem, and will definitely use them if any larger situations present themselves.

Thanks fellow Yelpers! This one is a keeper. I needed help quick to resolve a backflow problem in the basement. David, Dan and another guy ( sorry I didn't get his name) came right on time as scheduled and started up their magic to analyze and resolve the immediate problem and identified what will continue with the city. At least I know what's going on and feel educated enough from my crash course w/ these guys to talk to the city. They explained and answered all our questions. I'm happy now, lol.

Promptly set up appointment to install garbage disposal. My mistake though, because I did not already have it purchased. Jose's crew were polite and recommended brands for me to buy. They came later and installed it well.

There aren't enough stars to provide an accurate rating for First Chicago Plumbing. I reached out with an immediate need, our water heater had decided to go out on one of the coldest days in chicago. The entire group of people was the most friendly and accommodating to work with. They had someone out within the same day, had the quote for the new unit within minutes of the site visit, and the new unit was installed within 48 hours. There were several follow ups from them after the installation making sure everything was working properly which was awesome! Everything was explained throughout the work that was being done. I cannot stress this enough, if you need a plumber in the city of chicago you have found them. Highly recommend this group!

Our management company has always been extremely satisfied with Sound Plumbing's service.  They are quick to respond and extremely experienced with all plumbing matters.  The Sound team is friendly, communicative, and very expert.

Diego came out this morning and completed the inspection of the building's main sewer line in an efficient manner while explaining everything he is doing and looking for. I will have no doubts about using J Sewer & Drain if I ever have plumbing issues. Communication and scheduling the appointment was spot on as well.

Just moved about a year ago. Have had Green Tech out a few times - most recently today - for different issues each time. Kevin and his guys could not be more customer-focused and responsive. They are all very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Extremely honest and will not suggest things you don't need. Pleasure to deal with them. And, they are very neat and tidy. 5 stars! I had a toilet giving the phantom flush and it was loud and annoying! I found ABV and decided to give them a call, based on stellar google reviews. Amazingly, Chris was able to come over in less than an hour. He needed a new part, and was back in a flash. From calling to finish, it was less than 2 hours!

I really appreciate the attentive service and ability to address my problem right away. Not only am I keeping his card for all future plumbing needs but will be recommending his fine service to everyone.

Mike and his partner repaired the work done by two separate Angie's list plumbers (one sent to repair the errors of the first) who removed my outside faucet pipe through a wall behind a built-in television console, and then shoved it back through the bricks without any attachment, leaving leaking water inside my home.  The resulting water seepage into the cabinet was causing significant damage.  Mike responded to my urgent call, notified me he would have to cut inside the cabinet to fix the problem.  I agreed and he then made fine interior cuts that are not visible from outside the cabinet and are easily repairable inside.  In short order, he then replaced the pipe to perfection!  He also repaired the upstairs sink faucet the prior plumbers had left open pouring into the cabinet also!

Read all the great reviews via Yelp and decided to contact Juan to replace/install of our kitchen sink and faucet. SO glad we did! Got an accurate quote immediately and got the job done very quickly. Juan and his team did a very clean and professional job (they even cleaned the area when done).  Couldn't be happier. They also wore shoe covers and masks on the job which I greatly appreciated. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a plumbing job done right and at a reasonable price.

Noel was quick to respond (unlike a few others I called). He let me know the few things I could do myself and what he really needed to take care of professionally. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

There is nothing more disheartening than getting water in your basement, especially when you thought precautions to prevent that had been taken. :(  Chuck and Chas both came out promptly. Ended up opening and diagnosing a broken back water valve. They rodded and then did a camera inspection from the catch basin to the house and from the house to the street. Every step along the way, they answered my questions, offered their professional advice/opinion and worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. I would heartily recommend them without reservation.
