I called Pat during the COVID quarantine, and before he suggested having someone come out, he tried to help me repair my garbage disposal over the phone so that I didn't have to spend any money.  With his assistance, I was able to easily repair our garbage disposal, save money and not have to worry about breaking quarantine.  This is truly above and beyond!  I will never use another plumber as long as I live in Chicago!

Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber.  He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable.  He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work.  What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work.  He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings.  He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure.  He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building.  In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things.  I can not recommend him too highly.

I sent a message to the business on Sunday asking for an estimate to install a water source for a hose. I received a response on Monday, and by Friday I had a plumber at my house. The service was courteous and scheduling the appointment was easy.

I was expecting to receive an estimate and have to schedule another appointment, however Sam was able to figure out what I needed and complete the project that day. He was so helpful in providing a lower cost solution for what I was trying to do. He was very professional and very friendly.

Truly an amazing company.  I originally called Chicago sewer and Drain for an issue I was having relating to my furnace drain in the wall.  My home warranty company later assigned their own technician, so I cancelled my appointment with Chicago sewer and Drain.  The company selected by my warranty,  didn't do anything so I called Chicago Sewer and Drain back and they were able to come same day.  That was truly amazing.  With in a matter of minutes he was able to diagnosis the issue and give me an upfront transparent price with no hidden hourly rates or fees.  The technician was honest, transparent, and confident.  I also forgot to mention I'm active duty military and this is a rental property, so we were able to complete the entire experience via phone.  He additionally documented his work by allowing me to see the issue via video and to hear the problem.  I've never had any technician go above and beyond like them.  They are trustworthy, honest, fair and I will use them again and highly recommend.

These guys were great! Chris and his partner that worked on my house we very professional and really wanted to fix the issue. I had two other companies tell me 2 different reasons for the stoppage in my house. Neither were correct. Chris diagnosed the the problem within 10 mins and fixed it within an hour. I would of spent thousands of dollars if I used the other plumbers. I highly recommend Windy City and will use them again for any issues down the road.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and had a lot of issues with our basement, including bursting sewage pipes, flooding, etc. Eugene was incredibly helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He was also willing to come by on a short notice, even on weekends, and did very good work. In addition, Eugene also installed a laundry box in a unit we rehabbed, and did a terrific job. I called Jesus because my neighbor below reported a leak coming from my bathroom. Jesus responded immediately, and was out the next morning. His assessment was correct, leaking wax ring under the toilet. Replaced it and re set the toilet in no time. He does not overcharge, and he communicated everything to you so you understand the problem. He also gave me some other plumbing tips for the house. I will be calling Jesus when I replace my toilet and tub this summer.

This company is fantastic. Back in March we had a major issue on the weekend of course. I messaged them through yelp in the middle of the night and got an immediate response: these guys don't sleep. The plumber that came out was knowledgeable and super friendly. They did not overcharge and they came out quickly. I would and will recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Adam did an excellent job with excellent customer service.  Also the plumbing job was last minute and he had no problem fixing the basement that flooded.

These guys are great. I called in the middle of the night and they came out right away. They were at my house in less than 30 minutes of when I called. The serviceman came with a fully stocked van and was ready to tackle anything that could have been wrong. I am really glad I chose this company. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

I had a great experience and result. They aren't cheap at 250 for first hour and 185 for additional hours, but the work was excellent and for a licensed plumber you probably won't get cheaper. They were very responsive, scheduled me right away, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me some DIY advice on some of the trouble I had with my old faucet. Though, I didn't feel comfortable changing the faucet myself as the pipes I had were old, I decided to have him come over and do it. During the process, I was able to watch and he answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and he answered all the general plumbing questions I had. I would highly recommend him as he's very knowledgable and patient.

Read all the great reviews via Yelp and decided to contact Juan to replace/install of our kitchen sink and faucet. SO glad we did! Got an accurate quote immediately and got the job done very quickly. Juan and his team did a very clean and professional job (they even cleaned the area when done).  Couldn't be happier. They also wore shoe covers and masks on the job which I greatly appreciated. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a plumbing job done right and at a reasonable price.

I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.
