I was having vibrations in my shower. Gave Frank a call and he diagnosed over the phone.  Was a easy fix by me.  Frank was upfront about it being an easy repair and not wanting to schedule a visit just to charge me.  I would use Frank in the future

had them put in a new boiler and oil tank they did such a great job. I could not believe how quiet and efficient they were  they left the place cleaner than when they came. All workmanship was top notch and very professional .If you need service or a new boiler these are the people to call. Thanks to all the crew and the girl who called from their office you are the best

I own an old multi-family home in Dorchester and Larry Darcy has been my plumber for many years.  As I said, my house is old, and the pipes are called galvanized.  I'm not sure what that means, but I don't think it is good. Its just old.  Anyhow, Larry and or his son, Larry Jr have been to my home often - so much so I've given them keys.  

They installed 2 new boilers which have saved me a ton of money, they've cleaned out my shower and sink drains.  Larry and his son are both excellent plumbers.  They are reasonably prices and show up when they say they will.  They are also very pleasant and trustworthy.  I highly recommend them,

If you have an issue use them! They are very friendly, responsive, and professional. Came for a toilet issue and fixed it within an hour. I guess the flushable mark is not true because we were told only toilet paper. Great service after hours and great customer service. 10/10.

TWO problems.

I called for a backed up toilet on a weekend. I was not able to get an hourly rate from the plumber but was told it would be in the range of $200 to $400 depending on how big the job was. The plumber snaked the toilet and was done in 15 minutes, a week later I get a $300 bill. I don't understand why this is $300 when you are there for 15 minutes and in the same town and told me it would be in the range of $200-$400. Would a 5 minute job be $200?

I called a few times trying to get an answer on the bill and was never able to reach a representative (only an answering system) .

Plumber diagnosed issue as an incorrect flapper. Even after installing a new one, the toilet still backed up. Come to find out after calling in someone else, there was an object that was in the drain.

I had a very last minute gas stove installation that I needed done right away. One quick call and all was explained and the price seemed quite reasonable. Even on what I assume had to be short notice they were not only able to fit me in but fit me in early so as not to impede on the pickup of the uninstalled stove. The man who came this morning was very polite and helpful when I asked a few questions (and even pointed out a small fire hazard I was unaware of)  Even with a small snag he had the job done in no time and the price was under the estimate - Will definitely use them again when the need arises

I'm super impressed w Andrew! Smart, honest, arrived exactly on time and fixed all of my little plumbing problems. My house is going through the beginnings of a move and renovation, and he was super patient w the craziness and clutter, and remedied a problem that two other plumbers couldn't solve, in minutes. He was friendly and pleasant to boot! I'd definitely use him again. Thank you!!!!!

Beantown Drain is awesome--they do great work and they are great people, period. They've solved a number of more complex drain-related issues at my house that no one else could. Messy, tough jobs--they came in and got it done for us. Friendly, honest, worth the money.

I called for central air service. I was asked to send an email describing the problem, which I did. I provided two phone numbers. I was told they would come one of two nights. No calls, no show for repairs. Dissapointing.

When our water heater broke, they responded quickly and came on the same day. Welter was super nice and explained everything what was wrong and how to fix if the same thing happens next time. He never pushed / forced to buy or replace anything and gave us some options. We had a great experience with them and definitely we will use them whenever we need! Highly highly recommend!!!

Great job! Responded right away can right on time. Charlie was personable and I could tell he really took pride in is work. The fee was reasonable and even told me what not to do. Would definitely use again!

Pat and his team were the most responsive of all plumbers that I called. We felt that our toilets were clogging very easily so Pat and his colleague came and increased the water flow on all of our toilets. Any other plumbing issues I have I will definitely be reaching out to Casper!

we had an oil burner service company for 20 years and the owner retired a few years ago.  we thought we would never find that level of service again. we decided to convert to natural gas, and we used mainstream mechanical. we also installed a whole house generator.  these guys do great work, are professional, and know their stuff!  we are always assured that no matter what time of the year, day or night, if we have a problem they are there!  we highly recommend mainstream.  Lisa and Richard M.

I have had 2 very positive experiences with Tim. He snaked a nasty blockage in our kitchen drain and more recently came to address a leaky disposal. Turned out I needed a new one and he had it right on the truck. Lucky for me he was able to diagnose and replace in the first 30 minutes. I am not sure if they are competitively priced but they are professional, prompt and honest. I hate having to call the plumber but these guys make it easy.

Their plumbers seem great. Mike is definitely an expert in his field and goes the extra mile to do things the right way. John also clearly knows what he's doing, but as the business owner, seemed rushed to get in and out and I don't think his work was as refined as Mike's.

My biggest issue with them is their office staff. They do not return phone calls or emails, no matter how urgent or what the subject is. It took me about 10-12 phone calls just to pay them. Unfortunately, about a week after the project finished, we started having issues, most notably a leaking dishwasher and frozen pipes. Despite several calls, I never heard back from them. I fixed these issues myself, but considering I paid a lot of money for their services, I wasn't happy about this. I also worry about other quality issues propagating.

Price seemed high, but my GC insisted on them. Getting them on the schedule was difficult and we saw project delays as a result.

This is a most outstanding company- the integrity is unsurpassable, and the people are honest, personable, and beyond helpful.  They did a most outstanding job in my 1000 year old brookline bathroom, and they stick by all of their work.  There is nobody better than this company for your plumbing needs....I am really grateful to have had their service.
They call you when you leave a message promptly and with courtesy...this is a business with standards that rates 5 stars!

Mike Richard has done outstanding work at our home over the past 8 years. He works so efficiently he actually jogs to his truck and back to get any needed supplies. Mike is always timely and communicates about any issues that he finds, offering various solutions. Most recently, he put me in touch with other contractors that have also done superb work.

AA Zack Plumbing was used at my former residence as a go-to for all plumbing needs because of their great service.  When I moved locations and had plumbing needs, it was my first call.  I really am happy with the service: knowledgeable, reliable, efficient.  5 star and highly recommend.

On 12/10/18, Cranney came to my condo.  I've been 'contracted' with this Co. maybe 2 yrs.? as I pay annual fee. Initially, I assumed when Cust. Service signed me up: I'd receive check/some maintenance on my furnace (yearly) and 2nd check (summertime?) on A.Condition unit which is atop furnace.  
To save my $ cash, I bought new Furnace filter (14 x 24 x 1), to prepare for worker on his arrival--to install this (correct filter size).
Justin frm. Cranney arrived on time. He's very friendly, capable worker, and responds well to any Questions RE: system that I have. Due to (nearby Lawrence, 2 Andovers' MA--explosions/fire in September 2018) he answ. a few my Q.'s on gas meter pressure/ or lines, and difference of out street gas pipes, versus inside..my home gas.
 He completed invoice, which I read/signed: his Observations:blower clean, system runs well, no issues, but Recommended get 'tune-up' -seeing no history of tune-ups performed by Cranney.
Next part: his Findings. heat tune-up price $225. entails: Pull ignition parts & check connections, check gas pressure, check all electrical parts, change filter, check overall operation.  
Last sentence (invoice) I can always obtain a free estimate to replace 14 yr. old Furnace sys.  All of above, fine & good; but I truly thought in sign annual 'contract' in beginning, that the two annualmaintenance check-ups visits...were covering the 'tune-ups', checks on gas pressure, connections. In other words. the recent visit 12/10/18..was nothing..but 'a change of furn. filter' look over sys. ? I doubt I get much of maintenance check-up dur. summer (on A.C. portion of system).  Customer should be able 'distinguish' what they're paying for, contracts: annually--a vague 'check up' or a real work or maintenance on system, updates.  ?? I'll decide soon --If I want stay w/ this Cranney Co. or not.  From G.S.
