I had a bust pipe and needed help ASAP. Derek was great, he came by explained the issue, fixed it and made other recommendations. Highly recommend!

Had a pinhole leak near our water main. They came out within 90 minutes and had us back up and running in an hour! Highly recommended.

It's 2022, and Derek and his crew continue to provide top service. There was a leak in our ceiling, the crew came over within half an hour to address this issue. The issue is ongoing so I will update this review right after, but so far, I'm very impressed by how well Derek handles complex issues like this one.

Very frustrating dealing with this company. Waited on estimate, showed up, didn't have a definitive answer on what needed to have done. They said they'd be back on early the next week, then no show. I texted, it was one calamity after the other. I stayed patient as they promised to come back the next day, then the next. No follow up now. Very disappointing as the issue was time sensitive and now I've wasted even more time not calling other plumbers. I'm glad for them they're busy, but not someone I can endorse, to say the least.

We just moved into our house and noticed a leak in the cold water line of the washing machine and we couldn't even turn the hot water line on because it was so badly corroded. I reached out to Zeolla after business hours and they contacted me the very next day to set up an appointment to come out and look at the issue. They were able to send two people out on the day that worked best for my husband and I. Charles and Mark were by far the best plumbers we have ever worked with. They were knowledgeable- explaining everything to us and answering our millions of questions, professional and funny. They finished the work super quickly and the price was way lower than we had anticipated. We got an estimate to install a toilet and a vanity in a half bath we're looking to finish as well as install a garbage disposal. Without a doubt we will call them when we're ready to do that work and we hope that we can get Charles and Mark again because they were so awesome. Moving to a new area and trying to find a plumber is stressful but we were amazed at the quality of work that they did and it feels like such a relief to know we have reliable plumbers to use in the future.

Arlene is very pleasant, responds within the same day and sets up service ASAP. Pleasant and efficient plumbers. Highly recommend.

Super hard to get ahold of.  Numbers don't work; no call backs.  No idea if messages are even retrieved.  I heard good things, but apparently they aren't in need of any business.

Installed our garbage disposal and bathroom vanity.  Quality, quick, clean, and fair price.  I plan to use Zeolla plumbing again.

Couldn't be happier. We used Zeolla for an issue we were having with our toilet flange. Roger showed up on time, happy, ready to work & wearing a mask. He clearly explained what the problem was and what he needed to do to repaired it.  Price of service seemed fair and reasonable. Excellent customer service. We had a gas leak emergency where Columbia gas shut off our gas, leaving us without heat. Having a newborn this was less than ideal.
After calling Zeolla, Derek and his team were at my house within an hour, and were able to isolate the issue. They helped coordinate with Columbia gas and the city inspector, saving me so much hassle. I felt like I was treated like family, and charged incredibly reasonably for what was an emergency situation.
I will certainly be calling them fo me any future plumbing needs I have!

Zeolla will now be our go-to for plumbing needs. Although they were swamped, they were able to fit us into their schedule. I received a follow up text to a voicemail I left (literally thank you because I'm on the phone all day for work and hate it AND I had the details in a text message so I wouldn't forget the date/time). The team was on time, wore their masks, worked efficiently, and solved/gave good advice on any problems we had (there were quite a few).

We had a leaking kitchen sink and faucet. The problem with our sink wasn't a huge job but it was definitely a pain for us. Zeolla Plumbing came within a few days of us calling them. They came fixed the sink and replaced out the faucet within a few hours. They were total professionals and did excellent work. I would totally recommend them and use them again.

I needed a last minute plumber twice in one day and Doug was able to accommodate me. Brian came to do the disconnect and reconnect of my appliances. Very professional and I highly recommend. I will definitely use them again.

Zeolla came in to repair our sink.  They went above and beyond to ensure the sink was was properly secured to our granite counters.  Highly recommend Zeolla.  The prices are fair and the work is top notch.

We had a great experience with Derek and Zeolla plumbing.  We had our 20 year old boiler break down for the third time in two weeks and we knew it was time for a new system.  Derek came out on MLK day and followed up with an estimate a few hours later.  We accepted and he began working on the emergency install the next morning.  We were able to temporarily fix the boiler but we knew it would break down again in no time.  Derek worked from the office for the majority of the project to ensure we weren't out of heat and hot water for longer than a day.  Derek had us up and running by end of day Thursday with our new energy efficient boiler and tank-less hot water heater and we couldn't be happier.  The system is absolutely beautiful and we have great confidence in Derek and Zeolla Plumbing.  Highly recommend.

We are new homeowners and just moved to the area of Canton. We got in contact with Doug and what a great experience. Within 30 minutes of our call he was here, quickly assess the issue and the price was very reasonable for Saturday emergency. We had called and had a very short conversation with Canton Heating and Plumbing and they refused to come out on the weekend for new customers. Doug and Zeolla Plumbing gained a lifetime customer today.

At first we tried this place due to the 5-star reviews and wanted to support a local business. The initial call went great, called in the evening regarding small wet stains appearing and was told someone would be right out in the morning to check it out. Plumber was on time in the morning.

Then things were a little rocky... the plumber had forgotten many of his tools, but fine. The job wasn't a big one as it was really nothing and just required some caulking so his forgotten tools didn't affect this particular job.

The terrible part starts with the payment. Along with the forgotten tools, he forgot his credit card payment reader. He old-fashionly gives a piece of paper with a price written on it and a number to call/text for payment then proceeds to say how bad he feels for charging so much for essentially no real plumbing work done. So upon hearing even his opinion, we contacted the person who's number we were given to inquire about the price (which was not pre-quoted or anything) and was rudely just told to keep our money and never call back. WOW! I wasn't aware in this day and age we are not allowed to ask a simple question, especially when we were under the impression they were going to give a quote first after they check it out and they do not have a website that states CLEARLY they have a flat $150 service charge nor did they mention it on the initial call the previous evening. We wouldn't have minded sucking it up and paying $150 for simple caulking if the price was previously told to us and set in stone but we felt like we were being taken advantage of as NOTHING was discussed first and received such hostile customer service.

My husband wanted to get a new valve for our water system. I read reviews on Angieslist and left a voice message for Doug. Literally minutes after I left the voice message, Doug called me back.

I wasn't sure if I was explaining what my husband wanted properly, but Doug knew what I meant and didn't even think less of me/talk down to me like some other contractors I have had to speak with for not knowing the proper terminology.

Anyways, Doug actually said he could swing by in the afternoon to take a look. He showed up early, which was amazing. Not only that, but he had the equipment in his truck to put a new valve on so he offered to do it on the spot.

Honestly, this was the best experience I ever had. He was personable, on time, professional, accommodating and although I did not compare prices, I thought it was very reasonable for same day service.

I've used this company twice in the last month - for two separate repairs - and they are great!  They answer the phone.  They show up on time.  They do great work and they're reasonably priced.  Very reliable and I highly recommend them!

Doug was great to work with. He was extremely responsive every time we called. It was very affordable and you could tell everyone was genuinely invested in their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called early this morning about an issue I was having with an exterior faucet -- it was leaking. They were able to come later in the morning. They were professional and quick installing new faucet both interior and exterior to an improved version. They did great work -- keep everything clean.

This company is absolutely top notch! Doug's crew does exemplary work and you can tell, immediately, that they are true professionals as soon as they begin the job. They don't try to run up your bill by taking their time and they are very communicative and honest every step of the way. I highly recommend this company as we all know how hard it is to find plumbers that are honest and professional while also showing a true interest in their clients well being and satisfaction. I would recommend Zeolla Plumbing to ANYONE that needs plumbing services.
After having a HORRIFIC experience with another local plumbing company (just getting an estimate!) I called and spoke with Doug Zeolla. He came over when he said he would to give us an estimate which was HALF the price of the above mentioned HORRIFIC plumber!! He arrived right on time to do the work Monday morning, did a spectacular job AND came in under his high estimate!!!  What a breath of fresh air. He restored our faith in plumbers. I have no doubt that I will call ONLY Zeolla plumbing for my future plumbing needs and will definitely recommend them.  I wish I could give them 10 STARS!!

I called for central air service. I was asked to send an email describing the problem, which I did. I provided two phone numbers. I was told they would come one of two nights. No calls, no show for repairs. Dissapointing.

Needed someone to come to a condo in Cambridge -- these guys showed up ON TIME, figured out the toilet problem, and fixed it in well under an hour!  I'm impressed!
