Great experience, especially for emergency plumbing on a holiday weekend. They estimated getting to us in 1.5 hrs and were right on time. Great communication beforehand. Milton showed up and was knowledgeable and courteous. Had our basement drain snaked and toilet fixed as well. Fair pricing. Definitely recommend.

I hired Guerrero Plumbing to replace a damaged stack pipe. The guys were very clean with the demolition, replaced the pipe in a timely fashion, and did it for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them for my next project!

After extensive rains this past week, we discovered a puddle in a closet of mysterious origin.  We wanted service fast, because there was more rain to come. Milton Guerrero and his team were able to come out for us on a Sunday morning, conduct a thorough inspection, diagnose the problem and help us figure out what to do next. The costs were a bit higher for a no notice weekend request, but still affordable and he was always up front with us at  each stage of the process.

Noticed a slow leak under our upstairs toilet days after going under contract with our house. Contacted Guerrero through their website after 8pm, and heard back from Milton within minutes. Hector came the next afternoon. He was extremely courteous, honest, and efficient, and he did an excellent job! Had everything fixed and cleaned within about 1.5 hours. We'll certainly be using them again (if needed) and recommending them to future owners!

The team came to my home on a Sunday and fixed a bad leak. Well done, professional work. Truly top notch.

We recommend them whole-heartedly. We've had them out for a variety of things now, including to fix work bungled by another plumber. They've also fixed a leaky sink and installed a faucet and a toilet. They are very reasonably priced and their work is very high quality. They've diagnosed a few things for us, and if nothing was wrong they said so. This alone makes them our go-to plumbers now, but they are always really nice guys, clean, and quick. Milton was fortunately available on a Saturday morning and came out quickly to resolve a suddenly clogged kitchen sink. Milton is not only very pleasant, he takes pride in his business, is knowledgeable and efficient.  We are very appreciative of having a rescue repair on a weekend!

Milton gave us a reasonable quote and was able to come do the work very quickly, even though it was not urgent work (besides us trying to finish the project before we had a baby!). They were professional throughout and flexible when we had to change the schedule. I appreciated that the team wore shoe covers in our house and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. Also talked through an optional part of the project, not pressuring us at all to include it in the scope of work. Overall excellent experience - really nice to work with! We will definitely be going back to them for our future plumbing needs!!

I had water collecting in the ceiling and the source of the water was unknown. These guys showed up earlier than they said they would, took as long as he needed to finish the job, were extremely respectful of me and my property, and cleaned up very well after themselves.

Finding the leak was not easy and required being thoughtful as the pipe that was the culprit was in an unusual place and well hidden.

Fabulous service! Twice I called them on Sunday evenings for leaks in my kitchen. Both times they have called me back immediately and came the next day. I have had Hector come both times and he was professional, courteous, clean, and fixed the problem quickly.

I noticed a slow leak under my kitchen sink on Sunday and contacted so many 24/7 plumbers but only Guerrero Plumbing got back to me. I have a new dishwasher arriving Tuesday and needed the leaking valve repaired ASAP before the dishwasher could even be installed. Receiving the phone call from Guerrero Plumbing on a Sunday totally made my day! With such short notice, they were able to schedule me in on a Monday and fix it that day. Milton and Hector from Guerrero Plumbing did an amazing job! They arrived within the time frame window and upon arrival, they wore shoe covers, which was a plus. They kept everything so clean while replacing my valve. They replaced my old valve (not the best valve and prone to leak) with an even better T shape valve! After completing the job, they wanted to ensure there were no leaks and that all the water faucets and toilets were okay and to let the air out from the pipes. They are honest, reasonably price and extremely professional and polite.

Along the process of shutting off the main water line, they also notified me about WSSC's Fire Sprinkler System Backflow tag that was on the pipes, which apparently, I'm suppose to replace every 5 years. I had no idea WSSC even put the tag there when I purchased the house. Milton was so kind to explain what that was and even gave me a quote; will definitely have him repair that in the future. So grateful to have discovered Guerrero Plumbing. Will be using Guerrero Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Guerrero plumbing have serviced my condos for more than 8 years and I can't say enough good things about them. They are reliable, clear, timely, honest and do quality work.

Milton showed up right on time, inspected the issue (we needed a new laundry room sink), and gave us a written estimate. We approved and he started work right away. He showed us the work he was doing along the way and once he was finished. He removed the old sink, pipes, and all of the trash. He wore a mask and gloves the whole time.

Saturday afternoon emergency. We were able to reach someone live immediately. Two men were dispatched and arrived within an hour. Everything about our experience with this company was 5 star. Promptness, professionalism, pricing, and problem resolution exceeded all expectations.

Another outstanding experience with Guerrero - fixed our plumbing problem quickly, completely, and at a very reasonable price.   Milton and Edwin were consummate professionals - hands down the best plumbers we've used in our 25 years in Silver Spring.

This company is really expensive.  For a 3 hour job on work I could (and should) have done myself, he charged me over $1,000.  Parts costs were minimal.  That's an average hourly rate of around $335/hour.  That is more than my surgeon or lawyer charges.  I blame myself for not requesting an estimate for the work to be done ahead of time.  If I had known ahead of time of the charges for relatively simpley tasks, I wouldn't have proceeded with the work.

Our 2 year old flushed a toy and we were headed out of town. We did a quick search on NextDoor, came across a recommendation from Guerrero, and saw many supporting 5 star reviews on Yelp. Gave them a call and they had a tech, Alexis, out within 2 hours. He wore booties, gloves and a mask the whole time, worked quickly, recovered the offending toy (which is now firmly at the bottom of the trash bin) and showed me the toilet was flushing properly before leaving. We'll very likely use these guys again! THANK YOU!

Highly recommended.  Milton and his team set a high standard for professionals.  They are responsive, timely, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable with fair pricing.  We've used Milton for just about every plumbing issue - water heaters, pipes, replacing valves, toilets and sinks.  What I love best about Guerrero Plumbing is the peace of mind. I know I'm going to get quality work and good service.  Without question, Guerrero Plumbing is as good as it gets.

Our basement bathroom toilet flooded our finished basement around 5:30 in the evening on a Monday. We called Guerrero Plumbing and they answered right away. Milton was out within the hour! He was professional, explained each step of the situation and solutions, helped us understand what we should do next, and took care to keep the rest of our house clean and protected. He was able to identify the problem and fix it in about an hour and a half! Because our call was after hours there was an additional fee, but it was still smaller than the fee we've paid for a regular business hour call from a larger company. I had to call Milton the following day for insurances purposes and he answered right away and quickly helped me with the paperwork I needed. I highly recommend Milton and Guerrero Plumbing!

We have had Guerrero Plumbing come out three different times - for three unrelated issues.  We have had both Milton and Hector come to our house.  Both are kind, helpful, and professional.  We have had them come on the weekend as well and within a 24hr time period.  Their prices are more than fair.  We have used Len as well, and well Guerrero fixed what Len didn't and at a more reasonable price.  Highly recommend.

Had an emergency plumbing repair that needed to be done on a Sunday.   Not only were they able to come out, they showed up early.  They were extremely professional and polite.   They had the problem fixed quickly and correctly.  I really cannot day enough about how polite and professional this company is, from the person who took our call to the repair men.  Excellent experience.  Will definitely use them again.

Milton and his team did a great job fixing multiple plumbing issues on our older (built 1948) home we just purchased in January. He provided honest and reasonable estimates and completed the work well ahead of time. He didn't charge for anything unnecessary and walked me through some plumbing basics that a new homeowner may not be aware of. He was also incredibly respectful and left the house cleaner than he left it, which was difficult due to the complexity of the job.

I'll definitely be calling him again when I have any plumbing issues.

Mr. Gerardo was easy to talk with. He made sure for all troubleshooting (2 toilets + 2 sinks + looking into a shower floor problem, that I was involved and understood  how he was going to repair it. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

I had a plumbing emergency in my house that was going on the market the next day and I was frantic! I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Guerrero Plumbing. What a wonderful stroke of luck. Milton was able to come out within 3 hours, fixed my problem within an hour and put my mind to rest. Milton was amazing! He had everything he needed in his truck and was reassuring at every step. Hector arrived right on time and immediately identified the problem with the blocked hot water line. In fact, he found a potential failure in the cold water line, too, and fixed it. He was efficient in making the repairs. I found the charges to be reasonable for the work involved.

I found Guerrero through Yelp and I'm happy to give them the highest rating. I will call them again when I need a plumber.

I arranged for Guerrero Plumbing to come and switch out the outdoor faucet on the side of my house. Milton did a great job, but at the ending his work he told us he could smell gas in our basement and had identified the source of a small leak in a gas pipe. My wife and I could not smell it - the leak was tiny - but Milton could and even identified the source. He really saved us - it could have been bad!

I'd happily recommend this company to anyone in the Rockville/Silver Spring/Bethesda area.

There is no other plumber worth your trust and money to assess and repair such important systems and functions in your home from toilets to laundry to showers.  I think esp. when it comes to the older homes here in the Silver Spring area that Mr. Guerrero and his crew know so well.  I have just had to call them again this morning for a problem they diagnosed a while ago but were trying to help us hang on to what we had to avoid the cost short term.  Now we have to pay but we know whatever we pay will be a fair price for the work that has to happen and that it will be done correctly.  Thank you Guerrero for your plumbing expertise and kindness  you show your customers!

Great service! From the time I called, to the time they came, the employees of Guerrero Plumbing provided excellent service.  They assessed the problem, provided a reasonable quote, and fixed the problem right away. They even tightened a leaky pipe I wasn't aware of when they noticed it for no extra charge.

Today  was my second  time using GUERRERO PLUMBING,LLC and again they did  an excellent job. They even  discovered two leaks and water damage that was occurring in the house.
First and foremost I was happy  they were able to come out over the weekend. I originally called them for a clogged pipe and inspection but they went above and beyond. The owner and one of his employees came out and made sure my plumbing issues were fixed  within a short period of time. He offered helpful  advice on what to do next regarding the water damage. I would definitely  use them again for any plumbing issues. Their prices were  reasonable and they did a full inspection  before give me the price, so I had no surprises after they were done.

The company itself is highly recommended in terms of service quality.  The reception was polite and scheduled us quickly with the date and time that worked for us.  The communication to remind us the appointment was prompt.  The technicians arrived on time and was knowledgable of our issues.  We were considering changing out both the faucet and the garbage disposal in the kitchen.  The technician was very professional, and informed us the best plan to proceed, which is not to change out the disposal as it works just fine, but do change out the leaky faucet.  However, we ended not using their service to change out the faucet as the fee for changing out the faucet seemed a bit too high for us ($290).  If their pricing was lower, we would have loved to give them our business.
