Called Northeast Plumbing once to repair a leak and haven't had any issues since. Plumber was punctual and very knowledgeable. Will call for future plumbing needs!

After dealing with other plumber estimates and no shows, a friend recommended Syds.  I called, they came out the same day for an estimate, and returned the next morning and completed the work in an hour.  Friendly, fair, and professional.  I will be using them from now on.

The main pipe to my house has a major leak. The Drain Guys came out early the next day, on a weekend. They assessed everything and started work that Monday. They finished everything within a few days. Very very reliable and great communication. Would absolutely recommend. Also followed-up with me to make sure the excavator was picked up.

I would recommend people only use this company! They are the most responsive and professional services company I have had the pleasure to work with. As soon as you call, you are able to talk to a very friendly person who can help to schedule an estimate or service that you need. The person on the phone is very knowledgeable and seems to be invested in the company as they are always willing to answer any and all questions. Turns out it's a family business that's being managed right! Before the technician comes out, they send you an email confirmation with a photo so you know who to expect-- this was something I appreciated. Although they gave me a window of when the technician would arrive, the technician always called me way in advance to give me an ETA and once asked if he could come early! The technician was super friendly and really a pro-- the estimate visit took about ten minutes and he emailed me an itemized estimate with all of my options within ten minutes of leaving the house. I specifically requested he come back to execute the service and they were able to schedule him to come back within a week. We got two central lights installed on the second floor and Sean was able to get it done quickly, a little over an hour, without punching any holes into the walls and helped us to install the lights we bought. I've had to work with a lot of different contractors for multiple items to spruce up my home but this company was by far the best. If we have anything else to fix up, I will call them first to see if they offer the service-- hopefully they do! Also, as an added bonus, I got quotes from 4-5 different electricians and they were the most affordable-- it may be because the company has different contractors available or have been doing this for awhile. Even if they were a bit pricier we probably would've gone with them based on our first experience with them. Thanks so much guys!

Warning!!!!  Gougers!!!!  I have a written estimate for the plumbing work with a professional itemization at 2,567 dollars from Aspen Plumbing when R.L. Voigh insisted on a vague general statement of the work for 9,426 dollars.

Cristian was prompt, courteous and professional. He arrived on time for our 8:30 appointment, prepared with all materials needed. He assessed what needed to be done, explained his recommended course of action, then got right to work. He was efficient in the install of a new water line for our refrigerator.  He even bought his own cleaning supplies to clean up the dust. The final cost was in line with the initial estimate.

I found Tony and Ruach Home Services on Yelp. Tony was very friendly to me and he made me feel at ease that he removed the drywall ceiling because of mold. He also removed the exhaust fan. After that, he added new drywall and installed a new exhaust fan. He finally painted on the wall. Tony did a fabulous job.

Alfonzo was undoubtedly one of the best plumber we have ever come acreoss! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He  took his  time to explain the situation to us and offer various options to fix the issue. He also pointed out few other plumbing issues that we were not aware of! We are extremely happy with the quality of work that Alfonzo has done . We will definitely be reaching out to him for any future plumbing needs!

I had found Quality on a whim when searching for my last estimate, reference my sewer issue. I'm so happy that I found them! Saved me from taking down a tree, digging up my yard and replacing a line that didn't need to be replaced. Greg and his Team are the best I've come across, and I had 4-5 other companies check my issue. I highly recommend Quality!!!! I even recommended to some customers at a Home Depot in the plumbing isle!

I'm so glad we called Aqua Plus Plumbing to help us tonight. We were trying to replace our toilet & sink and had lots of difficulty and needed a professional plumber. Burchell came out on a Saturday night and did a phenomenal job. He was great to work with, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely be calling them in the future!

An interesting interaction! I previously posted a two star because my first impression was less than desirable, mainly due to a lack of communication from the business. Once I found the right person to speak to that changed. My fireplace was replaced and is working well so far. The technician who installed the equipment, Roger, was very thorough. My old fireplace was rusted due to water coming in from old exhaust pipe.

David and his team were efficient and quickly diagnosed and fixed a clogged kitchen sink. Glad that I reached out to him. Would recommend to others.

I have used Magnolia Plumbing couple times over the past two years. The staff has been great to work with on my AC and plumbing issues. Michael did great job today in fixing my broken water pipe. I would recommend Magnolia as your one stop company for plumbing and HVAC.

I have been using CroppMetcalfe since 1986.  They've done adequate work, primarily doing regular maintenance.  However, recently i had concern about work done.  The supervisor and i had differing opinions about situation.  There was no actual existing evidence that either of us could definitively use for our case.  I had no recourse.  .  One would expect that even if he felt strongly in his position and was not going to doing anything regarding my claim, you would think he could at least offer to provide a maintenance call at no cost, just to satisfy a longtime customer.  Afterall,I had been using their service for nearly 30 yrs!

This is the second time I've used the services of A Better Plumber, both being positive experiences.  This time I had a new well bladder tank and hot water heater installed.  Thomas actually arrived earlier than they had indicated (which was unexpected but appreciated).  Thomas was very thorough and tested all new fittings and made adjustments so everything worked well.  In addition, at this service call and during the previous one here, A Better Plumber cleans up afterwards.  I waited a few days after installation prior to leaving this review as I wanted to insure there were not any residual issues.  There were none.  Everything works perfectly.  I definitely highly recommend A Better Plumber.

I used Gaithersburg Plumbing because my private insurance company uses this company as an independent contractor.  I was very dissatisfied.  Not only did they misdiagnosis my broken toilet, but they took my deductible of 85.00.  My husband went out and purchased a new toilet and put it in himself after being told that there was a blockage in the line, not in the toilet.  The blockage was in the toilet.  I have a working, new toilet, no thanks to Gaithersburg Plumbing!  My husband took the broken toilet to the Gaithersburg Plumbing the next day, showing them where the blockage was.  They told my husband that they would not give back the 85.00. but that they would send me a refund of 20.00 once my check had cleared.  How ridiculous!!!!  I have since reported the company to my insurance company.  I do not recommend this company!

Kevin Jenkins came to my house to fix the kitchen sink - turns out one small $3 part had come unscrewed. It took him in total 35 mins (including going to get the part) and he charged me a ridiculous amount of $180 for the service. Refused to give an estimate or talk price until he presented me an invoice at the end. Charged a $45 travel fee to drive less than a mile. Completely unprofessional and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The only good part was that he was only about a half an hour late and came on a Saturday. DO NOT USE HIM.
