After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

Wow!  Can't say enough about my experience with Stellar Plumbing.  I have had so many bad experiences with contractors, electricians, etc. not showing up, not returning calls, bait and switch pricing, etc.  NOT JEFF! He showed up on time, was courteous, even spent extra time educating me about fixtures, testing the plumbing after the install, etc. His pricing was EXTREMELY fair, and this was a small job - the kind others ignore or gouge you for just to do you the favor of showing up. The last month has been an adventure in Why-Did-I-Ever-Become-A-Homeowner?  As it pertains to plumbing: the washer leaked, but the shutoff valves didn't work, nor did the inside whole house cutoff.  I called Hagee, who sent out a young guy.  Although he was amiable, the two trips to Home Depot for parts set my spider sense tingling about his experience-level.

The following day, I was drying out the water damage in the crawlspace, I noticed the pressure regulator was corroded and had a small drip.  Repairing it wasn't urgent, so I asked around and was enthusiastically recommended Schuerman Plumbing.  I scheduled an appointment for the following week.

In the interim, I discovered the whole house cutoff Hagee replaced was leaking.  The young guy had bolstered a weld with plumber's putty(!)   To their credit, Hagee sent him back the following afternoon and mostly fixed it.  There was still a minuscule drip - not enough to get alarmed at, but an indication that maybe I needed to find an experienced plumber.

Jim and Mark Schuerman came out and replaced the regulator.  While setting up lights for them in the crawlspace, I asked them for an opinion on the cutoff.  In the walkaround, we also noticed a minor sewage leak.  Argh.  It required parts they didn't have available, so they suggested I set up another appointment and he would make a parts list.  In the meantime, I could put a bucket under the leak.  (I also wrapped it with electrical tape.)  

They came today, fixing both issues very efficiently.  The work looks very solid, too.

Bill is a great guy that happens to be a plumber.  He has done about $10k worth of work for me at my facility in West Seattle.  From the big jobs to the small ones I know I can count on him.  

We had a busted sewer line and Bill was knee deep in poo and he still had a great attitude and he knew exactly what to do.  I was throwing up behind the bulldozer thing because the smell was so bad.  It was terrible.  

I trust him to do all my work and I highly recommend him if you're in deep poo.

Unresponsive and unreliable. The owner Dave returned my call, we discussed the project, and he asked me to text him with my contact info as a reminder, so he could come over and do the project the next day. I texted him every day to remind him and ask if he was coming that day, and he told me each day to check back tomorrow. Finally a week later he's now stopped returning my texts. Terrible way to run a business.

Needed under sink plumbing replaced.  Sam quoted me from photos a fair price came and fixed problem promptly.  Also advised on other issues.  So happy to find a service oriented plumber!!

These professionals have an employer mentality and it shows. I had a tricky situation that required creativity and execution. They did great work and really personable. Looking for plumbing help, these are your guys!

I do not recommend this business.  We hired them and trusted them as professionals to advise us, give us options, and do a good job. None of this happened. After thousands of dollars spent,  we have been quite disappointed.

Our basement shower (which we rarely use) was somehow backing up and we feared the worst. Price Busters originally scheduled us for 2 days later but had a cancellation so fit us in. Zack came out, with one of his apprentices, and after some testing found that there was a block in the plumbing somewhere inside the house that was
Causing the sink in that bathroom to flow into the shower drain. He explained everything really well, and fixed it. Better yet- he was patient with my kids who were super interested in what he was doing. Will definitely use them in the future for plumbing needs!

Appreciated that they wore masks and were very professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled my appointment for a window of 10-12. At 10 am I see I have a voicemail from the company asking for me to call back and confirm that I am at the house. I returned the call at 10:02 to confirm and was told that the plumber was dispatched to a different job because when they called at 9:45 I didn't answer. I explained that I was not expecting a call but was expecting a person to show up at the appointed time. The dispatcher was rude and argumentative. I explained that I had an appointment scheduled with them and was ready and waiting at the scheduled time. A plumber arrived near 11 am and then quoted me $618.00 to replace a sink faucet with one that I had purchased. No parts required and only 30 minutes of labor. $618.00. Outrageous. A total scam and rip off. When I told the plumber that the price was outrageous, he immediately said that he could lower it to $400. I asked him to please leave my home. I would not be doing business with Joe's 2 sons plumbing. I immediately called Mike's Plumbing. They were able to come out the same day. They fixed it perfectly and charged me $175 plus tax. I will never do business with Joe's 2 son plumbing again and neither of should you. If you want a fair price, quality customer service and excellent plumbing repair contact Mike's Plumbing.

Update: the owner, called me and asked me if I would accept $100 to take down my review. I declined. This explains all the 5 star reviews.

Update: the owners rebuttal is an after-the-fact attempt to mask the truth. His staff was rude, which over the phone he explained was due to her recent breakup, his plumber tried to wrip me off, which over the phone he claimed was due to a new billing system. Now that I have refused to take the post down he slanders me;claims his rates were reasonable; and suggests that I used an unlicensed plumber - which I did not. His tactics are transparent. Use this company at your own risk.

Great experience with these guys! I needed my old garbage disposal removed and a new one installed, so I asked a few companies on Yelp for quotes. Jafco responded almost immediately and gave me a straightforward estimate, whereas another company said they'd have to come out to inspect the situation first. I needed this done ASAP so I went with Jafco.

Tyler came by (and took his shoes off before entering without being asked) and installed the new garbage disposal I purchased from Home Depot. It turned out that it was defective, so he had to return the next day to complete the job, but because the work took longer than expected, Jafco replaced my faulty one and gifted me a new disposal at no charge! On top of that, I received great communication from them at all times. They are honest, professional, and dedicated to good service.

I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs!

I first used Blake for a remodel of my bathroom. I was having my tub removed and a claw foot tub installed. I had plumbing issues in this room before. They gave me a bid for moving the plumbing to another wall and to keep in same wall. The difference was practically pennies. They also moved my incoming gas line from under the cement floor to into my mud room, re-piped the water heater and ran a line in my attic to over the kitchen as I was planning to have the kitchen changed from electric to gas stove.
I could not be happier with every one of these jobs. They were on time, reasonable and I believe that this company is owned by a non profit shelter.
I then moved out of state and I can call them anytime my tenants have issues or concerns and they make sure I get all the informantion on the job a quote and receipt sent to me and not bother my tenant with any of the details. I just love these folks.

Jose is a great plumber.
He came removed and installed a new water heater for my home.
He listened to my requests to have it moved to a new location. He educated me and helped me decide between a tankless and tank water heater. He also made improvements to bring my installation up to code and  thoroughly  explained to me the rationale behind each adjustment every time I had a question. He also educated me on proper maintenance and operation of my new water heater so I can prolong it's life.
I appreciated Jose's patience with my new homeowner's curiosity and endless questions.
I do and have recommended him to others.

We knew we had a leak given our crazy high water bill, but did not know where to start. Mr. Rooter came out within 2 hours on a Saturday, found the leak and solved the problem! If I ever need a plumber again I will definitely call Mr. Rooter! Thank you, Phil, for your quick and helpful service!

My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex gave me a call back right away. They had the best price and they had the availability to come out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

It's an old house with old pipes and valves and years of service calls.  Of all the plumbing companies I've had out here, I appreciate the honesty and expertise of the staff at SW Plumbing.   Their customer service is outstanding.  From my email to them about an issue from a previous job,  2 of their top people came out to see for themselves.  The followup technicians, Vince and Art, were knowledgeable and effective, as well as considerate.

This the worst company I have ever met in my life!! There is a dispatch fee $100 even if they do nothing (as long as they come and enter your house) they charge me  $750 for connecting an fridge waterline. I asked the guy go out as it is totally insane and robbery. Later I ask another handy man costing me only $124 for labor and parts. I will give them 0 star if I could!!
