Yesterday these competent, cheerful, friendly folks installed our new kitchen faucet set.  This is the third time we have used Jim over the years and have always been more than satisfied with his work.  Now he has his son working with him learning the ropes so that he can eventually take over as Jim learned from his father.  It is so good to have competent, honest people available locally.  Thanks guys!

He came over on initial visit, diagnosed the problem, came back 3 days later (when we had someone at home) and knocked out the problem, fixed the issues, and was a pleasure to interact with. Both he and the lady who schedules his time were professional and a real breath of fresh air!!!!

A genuine thank you for helping and making it out to our house in the ice storm and being able to fix our water heater that was spewing water everywhere, due to a burst shark bite.  Then telling us, young naive folk, how to unfreeze our kitchen pipes and everything to do if it infact burst due to freezing. I can't thank you enough for your company being awake at 5am and then coming out bright and early to get it fixed so we then had hot water.

Erik is exactly what you want in a plumber. Responsive, honest, prompt, capable, and doesn't try to gouge you. Plus, he's versatile. He needed to cut through the drywall to repair a leak, then did a bang-up job patching it back up, eliminating the need to call another contractor. Highly recommend him.

Prompt at appointment time and got the sewer clean out done very quickly. Would strongly recommend.

I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING Tech City Plumbing is, and especially Tim! This is our second time using Tim. Originally we were referred to Elvis (great customer service) who referred us to Tim because of availability. Number ONE: they are so honest!! Let's get to the point, no one wants to pay more than they need to. Tim was honest, and told us what we needed to repair but also told us things that didn't need to be done. He looked out for us. Number two: he responded to our request (arrived at our house) within 24 hours, both times! One of the visits we actually didn't have a problem, he showed us and didn't charge us. Who does that these days? I figured he would charge us a big fee for coming out, and instead told us that he values our business?!?! Where do you see that these days? I don't. The point is: when you hire a plumber, you look for integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. Tim has all these. I would trust him with any plumbing job, big or small. I will be telling all of my friends and family about him. Look no further, go with Tech City and ask for Tim! Know that your money is going in the right place.

What a relief!  After almost getting completely taken to the cleaners by another local plumbing company, Action Jackson stepped in and made my Memorial Day weekend much more enjoyable.  More importantly, they also gave me confidence in knowing I had found a company I can trust in the future.  

After having an absolutely horrible experience with the first plumbing company, I contacted Action Jackson based on their stellar reviews.  Don came out within the hour to take a look at my problem and provided me with an estimate for my clogged drain and cracked pipe.  This was mid-day Friday before the holiday weekend.  The estimate was provided on the spot with a good accompanying explanation and he sent his team of Tom and Jason out later that afternoon.  They got stuck a little later at another job and Don called to inform me that they were running behind.  

Tom and Jason were great.  They got in and got out and I barely knew they were there.  Tom is a bit of a contortionist! He had to crawl into my cabinets, cut some holes, and replace a pipe; an approach the first company was not able to conceive.  Additionally, they modified the height of my drainage pipe in my sink and redid the area underneath the sink to provide better drainage and free up some space.  This was all quite unexpected.  I would have been happy with a fixed pipe and cleared up drain but they went above and beyond.  

I can't begin to explain the gratitude I had for the whole Action Jackson crew and there professionalism and quality work.  I enthusiastically recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy company with reasonable pricing and quality work.

Price Busters has never disappointed in the few times we have used their services! The guys are always on-time, friendly and straight forward in what is going on and I really appreciate that in the service industry. I will always go to them and recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I called in the morning with a sink that was leaking in my kitchen.  Tommy was at my house within an hour and took care of it.  He was mindful of social distancing and took every precaution while in my home.  Joe's is now my go to plumber.

As of today, these guys are at the top of my list to call. Responsive, upfront, problem solvers, smart - everything you want in a plumbing company.

Ron did a great job jetting the line and provided helpful insight into what we need to do for the line long-term. Fair to say he saved Christmas? Yeah - the service call was on Christmas Eve, and we are hosting 10 people tomorrow. So grateful.

Aaron quoted over the phone, which makes life so much easier when it's a straightforward job like this.

Jose simply is a saint! The hot water heater in our rental unit (which is 200 miles from away). Disintegrated, flooding every room in the house- 2 inches standing water in the bathroom, the entryway- actually pouring into the parking lot.
We called numerous plumbers, they either couldn't get there in a timely manner or cost a fortune.
Jose contacted me immediately, went to the unit almost immediately.
Not only had the tank rusted out at the bottom but the shut off valve had rusted out as well. He made a special trip from the condo to hi office and back to replace the valve. The only way to make the repair was to turn the water to the building shut off.
Which with a not so pleasant property manager, was no easy feet.
The upshot is. In LESS than three hours, he had brought my disaster under control. Once the major restoration of the unit He Will be putting the water heater in!!
Amazing that this kind of above and beyond service still exists!!!

Update - I received an apology and gave the company a second chance. The team sent out were friendly, timely and knowledgeable.

Called for what may or may not have been a minor job. Appointment made for the following day. It was then rescheduled. Another appointment made and again I received a call seeking to reschedule whilst I was at home waiting for them to appear. Although I'm a stay at home Mom I still don't appreciate waiting around for hours when I could be out doing something fun with my sons. Especially as this was the second time and there was no apology. Not impressed in the slightest. Shoddy service of the highest

Professional, honest and didn't waste any time fixing our leak! Very fairly priced. Hoping I won't need them again but if I do, they are first on my list of plumbers to call!

Never, ever use this place. My husband and I had an emergency leak in our ceiling on Christmas Day. We called this service, frantic. Their intake process was very irritating. First you told a receptionist all your details: name, address, contact info, description of problem. Then they go I'll transfer you to dispatch, but none of the info is transferred so you end up repeating everything you just said. Not exactly conducive to urgent situations.

Then, they said they would send someone out that day. No one showed up. I called back the next day. The dispatcher told me I will personally ensure someone gets out there today. No one ever showed up. Who does that?

Anyway, I just wanted to warn everyone never to use them. I wish I would have read Yelp first, but I was desperate.

Edit: Response to Chris. B. Yes. You were upfront. I'm again as stated before am disappointed with myself for allowing you to come give me a ridiculous quote plus charging $100 to give me that ridiculous quote! Basically free money in your pocket just knowing you'd give me an asinine quote. Rooter-Man came out for free to give us a quote and even without your rip off quote fee he came in $200 less than you. Your guys who gave us a quote even told my husband he isn't going to find anyone to do it for less. Making it awkward for him while they were here! Again enjoy your $100. Con-artist!

Disappointed with myself! I should of known that a company that will charge you $100 just for an estimate is a huge red flag! There are so many people who want/need work at times like these we are currently experiencing. I should never have contacted or allowed them to charge me for an asinine quote! I think that is ridiculous. Shame on me, please learn from my lesson. Do not pay someone ever to give you a quote! Their quote was ridiculously high and they were here 2 minutes and left with $100 in their pocket! Enjoy your $100 for 2 minutes of time!
