Amazing service. Found them on Yelp. Just like so many reviews before, these guys are the best--especially Angel. He went way out his way to help us with an emergency sewer connection and septic decommissioning.  Honest, trustworthy and courteous all the way through.

First-time clueless home-buyer here!! 150% satisfied. I wasn't made to feel dumb, though I asked a thousand questions. He was on time (early even!) performed a sewer inspection efficiently and even when he couldn't get through the pipe, he worked very hard to navigate the block, and eventually made it all the way out to the the main sewer line. Afterwards, he walked me through exactly what he saw, used very effective metaphors to be sure I understood what he was telling me and was incredibly professional and pleasant. Reasonable recommendations, asked me to call him anytime with questions/clarifications and I was VERY comfortable with him all around. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone, especially if you are like I was, scrolling aimlessly through YELP praying you don't make a mistake. No mistakes here. And they provide a video. Awesome!

very pricey- 400$ to scope my line. Also, high pressure. They pushed hard for me to start today!  Found out that what they wanted to do is not necessary at all. They tried to warn me that not doing something would be terrible. I felt like they only wanted to do a big bux job (7K) or nothing....

We called Green Planet to have our 40-gallon gas water heater replaced. The work they did looks good and I haven't experienced any issues, however I found their pricing to be $500-600 more than I would have expected for the job.

Based on asking friends/co-workers on their replacement costs most ran between $1000-1300 (for normal tank replacement). When we called Green Planet we were told over the phone it would be around $1000 which was inline with my expectations. However after the installer showed up the quote was $1500 for the tank/install. Plus he recommended replacing the small pressure tank on the top for around $200. So total price was $1700 and after tax just over $1800.

When we questioned the difference between his quote and the phone quote he said they were likely talking about just tank costs.  Looking up the Rheem prog40s-38n rh62 model tank they installed it appears to cost around $600, so their labor install cost was about $900.  This is in a 10-year old house with the tank in the garage, so there weren't any complications or modernizations that needed to happen, just a basic swap of the tanks and configuration.

So if I would summarize my experience. It would be they do quality work, but seem to charge much higher than average.

Rob was great to work with. We had his team bring out water and sewer lines to a garage that we plan to turn into an ADU. He replied quickly to my request for proposal, his pricing was competitive, he was responsive to my request to prioritize the work, he finished the job on time, and he left the yard in tip top shape. He communicated well, including calling me to talk through a change my general contactor was looking for that was beyond his original bid. I would definitely work with Rob and the Pro Sewer team again, and highly recommend them for your projects too.

When I say fast, I mean this guy can hustle! He planned and executed something in less than 30 minutes that I couldn't have figured out with 30 YouTubes. Bill, you are my hero. Setting up the appointment with Diane was a breeze; they were flexible and accommodating. Rates were more than reasonable - cash or check.  I wanted to use my CC, but the positive experience far outweighed that want.

Unresponsive and unreliable. The owner Dave returned my call, we discussed the project, and he asked me to text him with my contact info as a reminder, so he could come over and do the project the next day. I texted him every day to remind him and ask if he was coming that day, and he told me each day to check back tomorrow. Finally a week later he's now stopped returning my texts. Terrible way to run a business.

Sam is really great. I had an underground downspout get clogged. Sam was able to come on the same day during a big rain and got it fixed. He also explained to me what is the root cause and showed me other tips for how to maintain all the pipelines I have. Highly recommended!

In 12 years of being a homeowner I never had to call a plumber before.  I had a shower control valve that wouldn't shut off water in a rental property I own and manage myself.  I was pretty sure I had fixed this issue before on a same model valve but I happened to be 200 miles away at the time.  Not wanting to leave my tenant without water until I could return the next day, I was able to get these guys to go out same day.  They communicated with my tenant when they would be late due to traffic and then texted me when they had completed replacing the cartridge on the valve, gave me the price in range I expected and sent me an invoice for billing.  My only compliant is I paid the invoice with a check and it took them a few months to cash it, no communication if they had received it or not when I asked them.  Usually the business has to hound a non-paying customer, not a customer needing to follow up with the business to take their payment.

If there were ten stars available, I'd give them. Yesterday I was caught in a bind when a homeowner in a building I manage brought in a handyman to do a plumbers job inside their condo, then required me to cover when the handyman couldn't complete the job. Tech City responded to my urgent call in a professional manner using Covid required equipment and finished the job within a couple of hours of my call to everyone's satisfaction.
I've worked with Tech City now for a few years and can't say enough about their strong knowledge of plumbing and construction in general. I often receive feedback from clients I've sent them to and receive only positive feedback about how much they liked working with their team as well.  Sure glad we met this group.

Action Jackson is an amazing company with great employees. We were recently going through some medical issues and on top of that our bathtub/shower backed up and would not drain, the timing was terrible. Within 1 hour from our call Action Jackson was onsite and had our drains cleared and flowing great. Incredibly impressed! The young team that came to our home came 2 hours after being called. The price quoted was the price I payed.  It was less than half of what another company had quoted.  They found the leak in less than 10 minutes and were kind and respectful.

Beware of overpricing - simple fix cost over $1,300!  They did not disclose they charge by the job, not by the hour and so the cost is truly random and up to whoever shows up.  No rhyme or reason! Horrible customer service

Our new place was vacant for 2.5 years and when a property goes untended, systems break down.  The garbage disposal sounded like a 747 the first time we ran it, and I knew it would have to be replaced.  I was negotiating with the owner to get a new one, but the message was get the drain snaked. The sink was backed up, and the dishwasher unusable. It was getting to be an untenable situation.  Finally, on Easter Sunday, Jafco was finally contacted and Miguel showed up to ostensibly snake the drain.  It was apparent we needed a new garbage disposal.  Miguel, a personable and intelligent young man, took photos and explained logically why only a new garbage disposal would fix the problem.  He recommended a 1/2 horsepower disposal, rather than the one horsepower disposal that existed prior to its demise, thus saving the owner money.  Miguel was quick, patient, and knowledgeable, unfazed by having to work on Easter Sunday. We now have a working sink, and a useful dishwasher

Aaron saved the day when he talked me through troubleshooting a frozen water pipe - for free, no less.  Thank you, Aaron, I see why you have all 5-star reviews.

We wanted to switch out our kitchen faucet and we got in touch with Louise at WeZee's. The booking process was painless and Zach communicated all throughout the day to let us know that he was running on schedule. The install was well done and they paid attention to not leaving a mess behind. I'll definitely ask him to come back for my other projects in my home.

So sorry to report this once pretty good company has changed dramatically since our last call to them a few years ago. Perhaps management or ownership change, I don't know, but, its apparent the left hand doesn't know what the right hand of this company is doing. Initially had a Friday afternoon appointment, I left work early to make their window. Very near the window I got a call saying they couldn't make it and in fact couldn't make it until Monday. OK, what time? A 9-11 window. At 1130 Monday I called and was informed they had changed that to a 3-5 window. Never bothering to tell me of course! The office help (Rose) offered no apologies, no explanations and in fact transferred me to the dispatch dept without as much as letting me know what she was doing...It was as if I got hung up on as the dispatch line started to ring.
It's very obvious something has gone wrong with this company...perhaps over booking without enough crew is part of it, but I also sense a complete lack of company cohesiveness and customer awareness. This is in no part reflective on the actual tech that came finally this was no fault of his. The job got done, albeit quite high for the work performed, he had no control over that. We will not be calling SW for additional work that will be needing done. I wish the best for their crew and hope they can transition to a much better company when SW Plumbing is no longer

I called Puget Sound Plumbing for water heater inspection because I received a $59 off coupon from them. The first appointment, no one came and I received a call for rescheduling at the end of the two hour arrival window. The customer service was polite and professional. So, I gave them a second chance. A technician came 30 minutes late for the second appointment. He did nearly nothing as he thought the water heater was fine and they would charge $200 more for a real inspection. I didn't order the real inspection of course. As the other reviewers mentioned, they charge $99 dispatch fee. I think a dispatch fee makes sense but their charge is a bit too high. I assumed that I could use the coupon to reduce the dispatch fee, but the technician didn't accept the coupon. I told him that I need to call their customer service to confirm. He immediately lost patience and became very rude. He said I was wasting his time. He threatened that I had refused to pay the fee and there would be consequences. He jumped in his truck and was leaving. I was scared by his reaction and stopped him to pay the fee. Puget Sound Plumbing has totally ruined my weekend.
