Best Sewer Services in Seattle WA
I had a nasty smell appear and suddenly get terrible over the weekend. I contacted several local plumbers for help with a description of the problem. Although All-City was booked up and couldn't come out, they still responded to my message and let me know, plus gave me a tip what they thought might be the issue. It pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed up and addressed quickly. Appreciate the help so much!

Angel and his team were tremendous. We recently had our sewer pipes and water pipes replaced. I was concerned because the job was more complicated than a sewer/water line replacement typically is. The Dirt Cheap crew did the job skillfully and stuck to their bid even when they ran into some barriers. They were very communicative and stayed long hours in the rain and cold for troubleshooting and to make sure we could use our water/sewer. They were easy to talk to and professional throughout. In addition, they were a very competitive price. Despite such a big messy job, they were respectful to disrupt as little of our landscaping as possible and put everything back as carefully as possible. We got a large number of bids, which made me even more convinced that this team would do a great job. Call Dirt Cheap first!

Always a great company to rely on, been using them for sewer inspections for a number of year now I use them to buy my sewer cameras and have them services, Rick and his wife are the best in this industry. Thanks for being there.

We had a large, scheduled plumbing project. Mr. Rooter wasn't the cheapest, but it was the one we were most confident in. The dollars spent will amortize over the years, making the quote differences relatively incidental in the long run. The project was started and completed on time and in a way that was as invisible to our daily lives as possible. (The water to the house was shut off for a few hours.) We're very happy customers.

This company was AMAZING! The guys who did work at my place back in April in West Seattle Went above and beyond to help fix my issues, troubleshooted new ones & did not try to sell me on anything i did NOT need. Highly recommend! Thanks Green Planet for being honest & Fair!!! Wish they did biz in Florida bc we had a horrid $17,000 & 5 week mess w/ a plumbing co. here!! so hard to find solid contractors in this day & age unfortunately! Sorry took so long to post this review, was unaware it was still sitting in my drafts!

I had a very positive experience with Rob and his team. They were professional, on time and good at explaining things to me. I have already recommended them to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Found the via community reference, and Bill is AWESOME!!
He came over on initial visit, diagnosed the problem, came back 3 days later (when we had someone at home) and knocked out the problem, fixed the issues, and was a pleasure to interact with. Both he and the lady who schedules his time were professional and a real breath of fresh air!!!!
Double thumbs up!

One of their vans passed me on a double yellow line with on coming traffic. Extremely reckless and dangerous. I would never hire someone who employs such immature employees.

We hired Vortex Plumbing to install a new 50-gallon gas hot water tank for $2,200. Afterwards the inspector cited 3 violations of City and State laws stating a need for 1) Expansion tank on the water heater 2) Earthquake straps and 3) Exhaust vent to slope per manufacturer specs.
Later Vortex demanded we pay them an extra $500 to correct their 3 violations which they stated were add ons, and we refused of course.
Everyone especially Seniors (elderly) should be alert for extra charges or add on fees being assessed.

I cannot recommend Tim and their services enough - very responsive, easy scheduling and they to fit me in for garbage disposal emergencies which I really appreciate.
Tim is professional, informative and friendly. He's super nice to drop by and help clean up the mess I made (again), thank you Tim for being so gracious and helping out in these stressful times!
Great business and great people. Highly recommend :)

Jacob and Josh did an excellent job clearing out some roots in our clay sewer line for our condominium community. They were incredibly professional and took the time to do excellent work. The job did not feel rushed at all and they went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Thank you!

Brandon from American Leak Detection was great! He had to make two trips to find the leak in our pool but he located the problem and referred us to a pool repair specialist that fixed the leak. He was always very courteous and explained every step of the process. Awesome service and very professional!!

I've never experienced such unprofessional communication. I had two of their staff come out to provide a quote. The technician came on a Wednesday, and told me I should have the quote no later than Friday. Ya right. I called the office every week for 4 weeks, because week after week I received nothing. Every time I called, I was told they would contact the technician. Every week, there was a new excuse. It has now been two months, and I completely gave up. Still haven't heard a peep. Not even a courtesy call. If this is the way they communicate (or lack thereof) just in providing quotes, I would absolutely not trust them to do a plumbing job in my home.

Our hot water heater started going out while we had a 4 day old baby at home. My father in law recommended these guys. They were great. Tommy was super knowledgeable and had the new water heater installed in no time! He even had to work around some awkward shelves in our storage area. Professional from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys!

After having an estimate done on a side sewer issue....I discovered at 8pm that my toilet was leaking. After trying to fix it myself with no success I called Jafco and Dwayne who did my estimate was on call! He was here within an hour and had the toilet fixed in 15 minutes. And was kind enough to let me know what I did wrong (I needed two wax rings not one ...who knew) These guys are golden and Dwayne is the best! Seriously, I've dealt with numerous contractors and service companies and have never had such great customer service.

We were really impressed with Blake Plumbing. They came and fixed a whole hodge podge of plumbing issues in our 50 year old house and were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced.
At the last minute we thought we had to cancel our appointment because of a sick child who needed to go into the doctor, but Blake Plumbing was able to come to our house an hour early. So we got our plumbing problems solved and our child to the doctor. We really appreciate their flexibility and great customer service!

I spoke with Jen to schedule someone to hook my refrigerator to a water line. She got me In when it was convenient for me.
I put them in my calendar on the wrong day and Jen got me in ASAP after my mistake.
Thoren showed up and he was great!
Very friendly, professional and fast.
Everything was cleaned up before he left.
I will definitely be calling for any plumbing needs in the future.

Maybe I should give them 2 stars for teaching me how to recognize and deal with scam artists. I had a sink that wasn't draining. The working theory was that it wasn't properly vented. I couldn't quite manage the job myself even though I hypothetically had all the parts. So I contacted Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating to help me out. They did warn me that it would be $100 for the trip. That was fine by me.
The guy showed up, looked at it, and told me he didn't have the parts with him so he's going to cut a hole in the sink tailpiece. He quotes me $650. Taken aback, I asked how much the part he's missing is, because I'd probably rather do it myself. He told me that I was at something like $400 in charges. When asked why, he told me it was the cost of driving his very expensive van out. When I asked him why it was different from the $100 dispatch fee, he said I was also paying for his many years as a journeyman plumber. So, like an idiot, I thought, Well, I might as well pay the rest if I'm already out $400 and let him do the work.
He cut a hole in the sink tailpiece and came to me with the invoice for $715 (after tax). He then asked me Do you want to save $50? and tried to strongarm me into going onto Yelp to give his company a 5-star review. Let's read that back. They were charging me $50 for not giving them a 5-star review. At that point, I said Uh. No thanks. I'm good. because I wanted him out of my house as fast as possible so I could call his company and see if I could do something about the insane cost. He wanted me to pay and I said, Let me call your office and pay them. He was very reluctant, but finally shoved some paper in front of me. Again, like an idiot, I signed it.
Once he left, I called their office to see if they were more reasonable. I told them I wanted to discuss the price that was given because it seemed high and that I was strung along. The lady answering immediately went into script mode: I see, sir, so do I understand correctly that you are refusing to provide payment in breach of the contract you signed? So I backed away from that, paid them, and looked at the paper the guy left me. And of course I had signed the Acceptance of Work Performed. Interestingly, I hadn't signed the Work Authorization. I guess he didn't want to let me know I had a choice to say no after his claims that I already owed him $400.
But we're not done yet. An hour later, I tried the sink. It leaked. So I called them back. I asked them if they would fix it and if they planned on charging me. The office said they stand by their work. I was very clear about not intending to pay more and they were expected to complete the job. A couple guys showed up, complained about how the other guy's work was weird, and fixed the leak. Then they handed me an invoice for something like $250. But the first guy prepared me well! I told them I was very sorry for any miscommunication, but that I would not be paying or signing anything. They called their office and relented.
So for the low low price of $715, I got some great education about how to handle contractors. As a new homeowner and a pretty naïve person, this lesson was invaluable. It's just too bad that now I have to be a distrustful jerk to all future contractors.
