Amazing business. Roto rooter declined to repair my sewer line, I called Green Planet Plumbing and they did repair it in a short notice and with a very good price. Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

Diane was so helpful on the phone that I was able to solve my problem without a plumber. Thank you!

I used Erik last year to install a supply line to my refrigerator and was pleased with the job he did and the reasonable pricing. . .
     Then, last week I contacted him again to perform a small plumbing repair at a house owned by a client of mine. He said he would be able to do the work, but couldn't get to in until sometime next week. I told him that was fine. The house is vacant and he could complete the project at his leisure (as long as the project was completed before the end of this week). Just to make sure he didn't forget about me (he sounded pretty busy when we spoke), I told him I would follow up with a message to him through his website, which I sent immediately after speaking with him.
     Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of this week pass without a call. So today I called him to find out when he expected to be able to go to the house. He remembered our conversation and remembered seeing the email I'd sent him, but admitted that my project hadn't been added to the calendar and that now the earliest he could get to me would be sometime next week. The repair cannot wait until next week, so now I am unfortunately forced to hire an emergency repair plumber, for which I assume I will pay emergency rates.
     As the owner of a small business, I know what it's like to get busy. Sometimes my company gets booked out several months in advance. But when a professional commits to completing a project, I forgot is NOT an acceptable excuse!
     As I mentioned at the start of this post, Erik does good work and his prices are fair, but to be left in the lurch like this is a huge bummer. I won't be calling him again. :(

Needed under sink plumbing replaced.  Sam quoted me from photos a fair price came and fixed problem promptly.  Also advised on other issues.  So happy to find a service oriented plumber!!

I write with mixed feelings.  I had a leak on July 9 and Mr Rooter was available that day.  The first visit was a disaster.  The leak could not be recreated so the plumber cut 5 holes into my dry wall.  TWO were bone dry.   Which a water meter probably could have determined without cutting.  He recommended I hire a water remediator service who could help identify the issue.  Next day service comes out only to tell me they don't help with the issue but for $3000 they can remediate the site.  Next day Mr. Rooter sent two new plumbers, as i requested a scope/smoke test.  When they arrived they were unaware of why they were there and didn't have equipment to do a scope.  They left.    Next day Mr. Rooter sent a plumber to do the scope.   He concluded it might be the toilet in the guest bathroom upstairs and that i didn't need a scope.   Next day Mr. Rooter sent yet another plumber.  He quickly determined  it was a leak in the guest bathroom sink.   When he found it was so incredibly obvious and he did a couple tests to diagnose how the water got onto the floor.   He was able to repair several days later.  Now I'm left with multiple holes in the dry wall.   I am not a plumber and completely stumped why this was so hard to identify when it's so visible.    I'm quite happy with the last person onsite but frustrated over all with the fruitless visits and subsequent costs. The plumber who cut all the holes in my dry wall did not seem well trained.  After the last visit I had another water remediator (not recommended by Mr. Rooter) come out who determined the floor and ceilings were dry and that they didn't need to pull anything up.

We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. The tech, Andy, was also fantastic, diagnosed the problem as originating under the sink rather than the lower pipe, and fixed the issue. Thank you!

He came by to take a look at a leaking pipe .  That was a week ago.  No written estimate ever given . No return contact.

I would just want to say, Thank you so much! We were having a serious water pressure issue, awhile ago our hot water heater hot hose got a pin hole in it and we didn't know until our besetment was complete flooded! As I tried to shut the water off, and get the hose replaced. When I turned everything back on I guess I didn't turn the valve far enough and had been living with bad water pressure ever scent's. So I got tired of it and I asked my son-in-law for a recommendation of a plumber he used a few weeks earlier, he gave me tech city's number. Made an appointment and today was the day... Can you even guess what it was, yeah yeah.. I didn't turn the valve all the way back on.. Feeling pretty stupid, They were so kind! Turned the valve and did some checking and didn't even charge me, Who dose that any more? Thank you guys, 5 star's and a hug to boot!!!

These guys are awesome! Before we discovered Action Jackson we had other plumbers that would consistently show up late, not do what the said, or be unable to solve problems and still charged us!

We have used this company several times for plumbing issues with two properties that we own in Seattle and they are consistent. Most recently I called with a drainage issue, Anthony and Braydon were able to show up within 45 minutes and solved the problem!

These guys are great. We needed a water heater on short notice and they fit us into their schedule 2 days before Christmas. It is tough to get such good service these days, and we will definitely be calling them for our plumbing needs in the future.

I have used, (or have tried to use) many plumbers over the years. For this job, I got three other bids. The plumbers I got the bids from were the highest rated I could find on this site. Price Busters was the fourth and last to come over to bid and I am very glad I called them!! None of the others could compare to Zach and his team at Price Busters!  They came over on the same day that I called and had the best price by far! They were less than a third the price of the highest bid! They also completed one job on the spot ( replace in-ground sewage pump ) and did the second job of adding hot and cold water spigot on my deck first thing the next day. They used high-quality parts and worked quickly and then cleaned up all the mess like they were never there! Highly highly recommended!!

They made it as easy as possible to get my garbage disposal fixed! Really smooth experience from start to finish. I was able to contact them through yelp and got an immediate response. They were able to come out and fix it just a few days later. The office called ahead of time to let me know the technician would be on his way shortly (and early!) and he came at the top of the time window, I didn't have to wait around all day. Ryan showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly. We ended up needing to replace the whole thing but he had the parts with him and could do it right then--no need to come back and set another appointment. He even adjusted the pipes that were originally installed incorrectly so it will function better in the future. Ryan was quick, professional, skilled and friendly!

Just had major sewer repair finished by Jafco. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Here are all the positives. 1) Started day after checking the sewer line and another additional utility line. 2) The crew was very well trained and the work was EXCELLENT. 3) The managers exp. Andrew kept me posted on every step and answered all my pesky questions. 4) Ron their drain tech. did excellent work on the interior utility drain to get that problem solved. 5) Their work was fast, efficient, and the clean up was great by re-installing all the downspout drains I put in myself and by restoring the lawn. I have never written a Yelp review before, but if you ever need drain work done it would be very unwise not to contact these folks. Thanks Jafco!

Aaron, the owner, followed up really fast after my frantic spouting water phone call. He sent Brian out and within an 2 hour timeframe, all was fixed. I keep Aaron's number handy. Great job!

I can't say enough good things about this company.  My pilot light went out on my water heater today and I wasn't sure what to do.  He came out within 15 min, fixed it and that was it!  This is my second review for this company!  I highly recommend them!

I really appreciate the Outstanding service here! I called them on Sunday evening and Eric came by the next day to fix my garbage disposal and we were all sorted by early Monday morning! He saw that the disposal was installed poorly and was able to fix it immediately and they didn't take any payment for their amazing prompt and super helpful service! Eric was very professional and kind!

Contacted Wezee for water heater service (which is clearly stated on their website as one of their offerings). They responded quickly with, unfortunately, we dont service water heater alarm messages, just water heater replacement at this time. Said another way, sorry potential new customer, but we are only interested in large profitable opportunities, not on customer service and earning your long-term trust and relationship. I recommend folks take their business elsewhere.

This organization is a fraudulent disgrace and should be investigated by consumer rights groups.    My 89 year old mother had a leaky bathroom faucet.   The Southwest plumber came with an associate.   He left to find a part, came back and said he couldn't get the part.   He removed a part from the second sink in the bathroom and installed it to the replace the leaky part.   The repair took approximately 15 minutes.  They charged her $1300 for a 15 minute repair job.     I attempted to get a refund, but they have been uncooperative and unresponsive.  

The idea that they would take advantage of an 89 year old woman is utterly disgraceful.    I strongly urge any of you thinking about hiring them to stay as far away as you possibly can.   Businesses like this should be shut down and criminally prosecuted, and I will do everything in my power to pursue this with consumer advocates, the Better Business Bureau, television watchdogs, and any and all organizations that can put a stop to these crooks.

We were having issues with our water heater and our gas stove. The pilot light on the water heater kept going out and the stove would intermittently work. Sometimes the burners would light and sometimes they wouldn't. Also, the oven would take over an hour to preheat at times. We were thinking we had a gas problem, so we called Puget sound plumbing to come take a look. We had a guy come out and he was supposed to be there between 1-3 and didn't show up until 445pm. We told him what was going on and the first thing he said was that he couldn't help us with the stove because he wasn't an appliance guy. Then when he looked at the water heater, he just looked at the date on the heater and determined we needed a new one. My husband didn't trust the guy, so we decided we needed a second opinion and man am I glad we did!
We had another company come out and they actually listened to what we had to say and he recognized that it was a gas problem as well. He found that the gas meter valve was almost all the way closed and was making the appliances compete with each other for gas. It was a simple fix that cost us nothing while the Puget sound guy wanted to charge nearly $4000 for a new water heater. We will never recommend or use this company ever again!
