Best Faucet Installation in Seattle WA
I am impressed with their honesty and speed. I just purchased a house and had bad sewer smell when I moved in. I called green planet plumbing to set an appointment. Instead of charging me a fee for coming out, they asked me to do few steps that may help eliminate the odor. The steps worked, I could have easily spent the money for a person to come in and check. But they were super honest and helped resolve my situation without charging me.

Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

I called Jeff Driscoll of Stellar Plumbing because of his excellent reviews on Yelp and other sights and I am so glad I did. He asked the right questions on the phone so that he came prepared to work and he did, finishing a three hour job in 2 hours and 15 minutes and giving me loads of helpful advice as he did so.
The job was to install a hose faucet under my kitchen window. He arrived on time, was organized, professional and thoroughly pleasant. I hope I don't have plumbing problems in the future but, if I do, I will always call Jeff. Experienced, reasonably priced, courteous and knowledgeable: what more could anyone ask?

got a bid from Mark to do a toilet install & new sink connection for our recently renovated bathroom. He was 1/4 the cost of the other bids. Mark showed up 5min early, and was done in under 2hrs. He also replaced the original plastic sink valves from 1987 when the house was built. Great service, great price, well done all around. Will definitely be a return customer next time we need a plumber! HIGHLY recommended!

May be okay, but West Seattle Sewer offers no warranty on their work. We recently purchased a home in West Seattle. Three days before closing the sellers had Bill repair the water line between the meter and the house. When I called Bill to ask about his work and whether he stood behind it, he went into a dumb repetition of variants on The city inspected the work, that's your warranty.
When we got a copy of the invoice, sure enough it noted that there is no warranty on the materials used or the work performed.
If we ever need a plumber, I'm calling someone else.

Sam is really great. I had an underground downspout get clogged. Sam was able to come on the same day during a big rain and got it fixed. He also explained to me what is the root cause and showed me other tips for how to maintain all the pipelines I have. Highly recommended!

Used these guys in place of my regular plumber. Prices were good, finished work was good, couple hiccups.. no biggie. Scheduling was easy. Job was in Kent.

Erik is the perfect plumber- super-competent, patient, generous with his knowledge, just a nice guy... really can't say enough about him. In a very short amount of time he did 4 jobs, including one I had been quite fearful of, in case it wasn't handled correctly (old pipes).. All went smoothly. He later helped me think thru another (non-plumbing) house issue. He can do carpentry jobs as well. Very reasonable rates.

Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing!!! Thank you for sending Davey our way!! He is perfessional, caring and demonstrated expert work. Davey explained everything to detail and doubled checked all areas of the house for where our leak was coming from. He immediatly suggested we connect with Premier Water Removal to investigate the leak, so he made the call and PWR called right away..... We thank you so much for your quick and great service!!! These guys are the ones to call, hands down!!!

Our toilet flooded on a Saturday night. JV plumbing answered their phone and was there within 2 hours. So responsive and reliable! I called a handful of other places and no one was available. So lucky to have found JV plumbing!

We had a burst water heater pipe that needed immediate attention. Mr.Rooter sent Evans right away in half hour on a Saturday morning. Evans was very polite, corteous and knowledgeable. He gave us different options on how to fix the problem. Upon checking in with Dave the dispatcher at Mr.Rooters for our credit card payment, he was being rude to Evans. Not only it was unprofessional and disrespectful, it was a total in inconsiderate of him to be rude to someone who was actually doing the actual job and getting dirty fixing it. Dave was just sitting in front of his computer and this type of unprofessionalism and rudeness to coworkers are toxic in anyones business. Next time be kind to people who is actually doing the job. Anyway, Evans did not stop until the problem was fixed and he fixed it good. Took longer than expected but I rather have someone take all the time they want and fix the problem right, than someone who took less time for a poor job. Good job Mr.Rooter for hiring Evans, he is a nice man and an excellent plumber!

dave a great owner operator, answered the call and came out as so as he could, got my broken water line fixed in no time, was fair with the price and did an excellent job. Way better to call them and not those crazy TV advertising plumbers that way over charge.

I cannot recommend Tim and their services enough - very responsive, easy scheduling and they to fit me in for garbage disposal emergencies which I really appreciate.
Tim is professional, informative and friendly. He's super nice to drop by and help clean up the mess I made (again), thank you Tim for being so gracious and helping out in these stressful times!

First I called my friend who is a plumber and he was out of town. So I called around for someone to replace an exterior faucet. TopGun was willing to come out and replace it. They did what looked like a good job installing it. The old one leaked so after installing the new one they checked the pressure and told me it was too high and that I needed a new pressure valve for $800. My pressure valve was old but 5 minutes on the internet and I realized all I needed to do was turn the screw to adjust the pressure. So... it didn't need to be replaced it took 5 minutes total to adjust. Cost for the faucet was $350+ which is high for the market. Could have thrown in a 5 minute adjustment instead of trying to upsell replacing the pressure valve (I already suggested other things to upsell). In the process for removing the faucet they removed the heat tape for the pipe, when they putting it back they did so without putting the thermostat against the pipe. As a result he heat tape was useless until I fixed it. Good thing I caught it before it got too cold. Where does that leave me, with a working faucet and trust issues. I would not work with them again. If you are going to send out an experienced plumber with an apprentice the experienced plumber should inspect the work of the apprentice rather than focusing on upsell only.

No more flipping through the yellow pages choosing a random plumber! Affordable plumbing services is prompt, friendly, experienced, and easy to work with. They installed a couple under sink water filtration systems for me and did a great job. They kept my kitchen clean, worked quickly and efficiently and were honest with pricing.

I called South West Plumbing because of their advertising discount coupons they regularly send. Our tub was suddenly draining very very slowly. 10-12 hot pots of boiling water didn't clear it.
I thought it was good news, because they arrived the next day, without charging a minimum fee for a clogged drain....plus there was no charge if they could not get it unclogged. From that standpoint, it seemed like a no risk. However, the information they provided turned out to be faulty.
I was told they could not snake my tub drain because the shower mechanism was broken, and had fallen down into the drain pipe, and was the cause of what was blocking the water drainage's path. I was told it would cost $1,200 to repair, because the repair would include opening up our wall, and our neighbor's bathroom ceiling in the unit below our condo.
Instead, I called the company that usually does our building's plumbing/sewer needs and projects, because they are familiar with our 1941 building, and it's old structure.
They said, although my tub mechanism was broken, repairing it would not solve our clogged drain -- only snaking would, which they did, because, they immediately pointed to a round metal cover on the tiled floor, directly next to the tub, which serves the purpose of snaking the tub -- because the mechanism, broken or not, would not allow the tub drain to be snaked.
For half the fee that South West Plumbing originally quoted without the $47 discount, our tub drain was perfectly snaked. That discount would of cost me more, to get the job done. BUT, South West didn't see the drain cover on the floor, and didn't realize that the mechanism did not have anything to do with my clogged tub. It was hair from the previous owner. I keep a screen filter over our tub, to catch hairs, and stop this kind of urgent need.
I would never call South West for any service ever in the future.

They robbed me $ 750 for a 30min under the sink job and quote $560 for putting the dish washer in. (Btw Home Depot charge 150 for installation). Good lesson learned for me, if it is a good business w high customers review it won't send mail coupon. If you have nothing else to spend money try this.
