Best Emergency Services in Seattle WA
All city sewer repair did an amazing job in my house. They showed up on time, they were professional and they did great work. I've had a lot of trouble with other similar companies trying to solve the same issue. They came out with extremely thoroughness and for a great price. Can't recommend them enough.

We, erm, accidentally drilled into a water pipe :-(
Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

Bill Sauter from West Seattle Sewer & Drain is Fast, Professional & Knowledgeable.
When I say fast, I mean this guy can hustle! He planned and executed something in less than 30 minutes that I couldn't have figured out with 30 YouTubes. Bill, you are my hero. Setting up the appointment with Diane was a breeze; they were flexible and accommodating. Rates were more than reasonable - cash or check. I wanted to use my CC, but the positive experience far outweighed that want.
Feel very fortunate to have found this wonderful company and will be calling WSSD for all my plumbing needs.

Sam is really great. I had an underground downspout get clogged. Sam was able to come on the same day during a big rain and got it fixed. He also explained to me what is the root cause and showed me other tips for how to maintain all the pipelines I have. Highly recommended!

The line to my septic broke and dirty water was flowing out onto my back yard. I called Mr. Rooter and Sean came out speedy quick. Other plumbing companies I called were booked three days out, but Mr. Rooter was available same-day. Sean was very friendly and worked late to fix the problem so we could use the plumbing at night. Thank you!

It's Labor Day and we were doing a home repair. Of course something goes wrong and we break a pipe. Dave came right over and capped it off so we could at least have water in the rest of the house! He is a lifesaver. So thankful for honest , helpful small businesses like this! Thank you

we called Don and he was out to our house very quickly, with in the hour. He jetted our line and then gave us a DVD to show us the root of the problem. We have had issues with our plumbing backing up for years. He then gave us a number to call Mike at Sewer Friendly who with in 2 days fixed our problems for good. Both companies were fast, friendly, patient and put us at ease with there combined experience and professionalism. I would recommend Don at Action Jackson to all my friends!

John came through for a leaking attachment under our sink. He made us feel comfortable with his easy demeanor, explained our plumbing problem clearly and gave us a quick estimate. Luckily the fix was fairly straightforward and he was able to be in and out in less than an hour! We also appreciated his thoughtfulness in wearing a mask in these COVID times as well as his friendly yet professional attitude. We highly recommend him and the company to anyone who needs plumbing help!

We have called Jafco on two different occasions for different needs, and both times were great experiences.
When we first bought our house, the tankless water heater was leaking. Daniel came out promptly and gave us a very fair quote. He also rearranged some of the connected pipes to have better access in the future. At the end of his visit, Daniel took a look at our disposal (not what we had called him for at all) and helped us remove something that was bouncing around. He was very fast and efficient, and he is super friendly!
On the second visit, George helped us with our ejector pump that was alarming. He opened it up and showed us how it worked, and he addressed the cause of the alarm. George was very prompt and friendly, and he even gave us some troubleshooting options we could do ourselves to save us money down the line.
We will continue to call on Jafco for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend them!

The owner Aaron was incredibly responsive to my feedback. He provided a lot of helpful information and insisted on providing a refund. Aaron's professionalism and customer service is excellent, and the main reason I would use Blake again.
I would also like to add that Aaron did do all that he could to come out to our house during terrible weather when others couldn't.

Glenn is impatient and charged his minimum two hours but only stayed for about 45 minutes or less. I sent out the check as instructed and it still hasn't been cashed almost 3 weeks later. I'm not impressed by his customer service and that I paid $250 to have him circle the meter that I knew was already leaking. My utility company told me to call them because of a high water bill. Too bad he didn't wait for me to get home before he left! Especially since I already had to pay for the time.

Completely professional and trustworthy -- we had a great experience with Jose. He goes above and beyond to create a good experience for customers

Provided clear and honest communication about the problem we hired him to fix and helped troubleshoot additional issues as well. Friendly and helpful.

Josh and Landon called to say they were on the way and arrived promptly first thing to get started. Josh sized up the situation with old, corroded venting and poorly-installed sewer pipes. He proposed solutions, they gathered the parts, and they had the jobs completed in under 5 hours!
I can't state strongly enough - If you need a plumber, call Wezee's Plumbing! They're responsive, clever, friendly and perform Really Good Work!

Southwest Plumbing finished on July 26th 2014 what they honestly should have done back in September 2013 (replaced a shower valve that had been installed upside-down (not by Southwest Plumbing) when our house was flipped.) The cartridge in the valve broke a month after we bought the house. When Southwest Plumbing told us that we would be ok with the cartridge replacement; we thought it was a permanent fix, not just a temporary solution to a broken valve. Had we been aware that the valve had been installed upside down at the time of the repair in September 2013 and that needed to be replaced, we could have gone back to our realtor (we had only just bought the house in August), who would have contacted the person who flipped the house and probably could have had him replace the valve for us. Instead, the cartridge broke again ten months later, and we had to go through an entirely tedious and unnecessary process fraught with scheduling issues and miscommunication between reception, dispatch, and management. Sure, they ultimately fixed the valve for free, but this was after hours of wasted time and energy.
Put simply, it shouldn't be this hard.
Their process for getting technicians out to homes should be far simpler than it is (if it's not possible to get your plumbers out in the two-hour window that you're offering, don't tell people it's going to happen; go for a three-hour window, or hire more plumbers so they aren't overworked), and if they want to continue to operate beyond their lauded 25 years of service to their fine customers in the Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia area as their automated hold message indicates, they should really consider revamping their process, including how they quote prices and bill, since I was quoted three different prices for the same work ($500, $660, and $900, respectively) despite their claims to have flat rates to quote customers. Don't say you have flat rates, then offer discounts. Just offer point-to-point pricing already and save yourselves the trouble. It comes across as disingenuous.
Moreover, an article posted on the Internet from a previous employee seems to indicate that they get a 20% commission on their work, which would imply that they are similar to car salesmen: upsell, upsell, upsell. I realize this is a business model, but it's a very slimy one. There are ignorant people out there that won't do the research and who will be taken advantage of. If your main operating point stems from a rather disingenuous origin, then you're doing it wrong.
Spend the money that you're dumping into billboards and bus ads into revamping your business model. All the advertising in the world isn't going to erase all these negative Yelp reviews. Only good business practices and customer service will.
I'm reluctant to use them again, despite their attempts to make up for the situation, because, much like a whipped dog that suddenly gets a treat from his abusive master, I'm confused and don't know when the next slap is going to come. People shouldn't have to call management to get things to work. The process should just work. If it doesn't work, then fix it. I hope they will, for their employees' sake.
My neighbor gave me the name of someone he trusts as a plumber. I think I'm probably just going to go with them from now on.

When we awoke to a cold house, Ben and David came right over. It turned out we needed a new furnace, which one of them went and got while the other stayed and removed the old one.
They stayed until the job was complete - until 7:00 pm! We are still impressed with installing a new furnace in one day. They were courteous, polite and professional. We highly recommend them - and have to our neighbors.
