Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Seattle WA

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

My toilet was running, I sent Otter an email and they responded right away and had an opening the next day , they showed up in the window time frame , we're polite and courteous, and professional. Evaluated my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Had my toilet repaired within the hour. I highly recommend them. They are also a local company to maple valley which is important to me.

Done Right has helped us with multiple jobs, and we would recommend them. Our downstairs sink was overflowing every time we ran our upstairs sink and dishwasher, and Done Right took care of out issue very promptly. They also are thorough, and discovered a more serious plumbing issue with our sewer line during a Hydro Jetting appointment. We are really glad we are able to get on top of this issue and prevent any future damage. Very reliable, competitive pricing, and quick response. Very professional interactions, and they have taken the time to call us back and explain the job and issue in detail. These guys give great customer service. First off, they have great reviews which is always a good sign. When I first called in their receptionist answered. She was really cheerful, easy to talk to and promised to have a plumber call me asap.

Next thing I know Marcos called me within about 30 minutes. He had me send in some photos so he could give me an estimate. He gave me a good price so I just decided to use them. It was hassle free. Marcos set up an appointment with me and got my new hot water heater installed the next day. He was in and out in no time. They offer a really good warranty program too. The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

I needed a new electric water heater since the current one in my house was around 11 years old. I messaged Luke through Yelp and he provided an estimate quickly.  Later, I had Luke install an electric water heater in my house and he did a great job for a very good price. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a new water heater.

The plumber that came our was excellent. He was been  knowledgeable  And so was the sewer guy. The plumber was so nice and really took his time explaining everything since I know absolutely nothing about this stuff!!

We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. Great company. One of the most responsive for my project. I needed a bathroom faucet /p-trap pipe replacement for a pipe clog issue. They scheduled quickly, the team was on time, respectful and performed the work to utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

Professional, respectful, timely, informative, and friendly! I called these guys on a Sunday at 1pm, and they provided a ten minute heads up call, then arrived at 3pm! They had been really busy and had three emergency calls Saturday night too! When the plumber arrived, he investigated the problem, immediately quoted me, reminded me of $50 off, and then ended up doing more than I asked! He snaked my clogged shower as requested, and then fixed my leaking faucet by extending the short copper pipe and attaching a new faucet! I will call again and recommend all my friends and family!

I needed my garbage disposal changed out to a new one. They offered to come out and do a free estimate. Not only did they show up on time but they were able to swap out my old garbage disposal and fit a new one on-site.

Timely and cost efficient. I would recommend saving a bit of money by pre-purchasing your own garbage disposal. All-in-all they are friendly, efficient, and fast when you need them. Would definitely recommend.

Just the best. I called on Monday morning about a sewer line we needed cleaned out. This is an old concrete line with a belly in it, so it's a chore when it has to be done. Jafco sent someone out that day and cleaned out the line without a problem. Our hot water tank was pretty old and had a slow leak I it. The replaced it too. All in one visit. Great. Al quickly scheduled an appointment, arrive on time, efficiently performed the job of installing a min tank hot water heater we provided into existing pipes, and explained everything he did and our complex plumbing system. Price was competitive or lower than the other estimates (4) we received.

Second time turning to Wezee's, this time for a kitchen sink that was linking inside the cupboard underneath. (First time was a while back for a bathroom sink drain replacement, and that repair job is still going strong). The whole faucet fixture required replacement. (I got stuck with some lousy plumbing when I moved in...) But I needed to get to an appointment in an hour and a half. Amazingly, the Wezee's team raced out to get the replacement faucet, came back, and installed it with plenty of time to spare.

First class service and quick response. OK, so our kitchen plumbing wasn't to code! Todd found a solution, cleaned out the clog, gave us a lot of advice and suggestions to avoid future problems and was off. Only suggestion is I would have appreciated shoe covers as Todd and his assistant, Mickey, tromped around the house. Todd indicated he gets most of his business through referrals. I can see why.

Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks.

The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone.

The second and most recent time Brian came out was to assess and fix a downstairs can light leaking water. Brian responded quickly and came out the same day we called. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price.

I was given a window of 10am - 2pm for the plumber to fix my shower valve.  Courtesy call was not give to me that the plumber was going to be late. I finally got a call at 2:30pm that a plumber was on his way. Can you deal with this people? I had to take a vacation for a day because they couldn't give me a morning or an afternoon appointment. If I show up for a job interview, doctors/dental appointments more than 30 minutes late, do you think I will get the job, or still have a doctor or dentist waiting for me? I don't think so.   YOU ARE FIRED.
