Best Pipe Repair in Seattle WA
On one of the coldest nights of the year so far, I had no heat and no hot water. Called Tyler and was astounded to hear that All would be out to my home in less than one hour. My system options were few due to the creative action of the builder 15 years ago. It took multiple trips, but had problems solved. When Tyler couldn't get someone to help on a Saturday evening, he made it work. Would highly recommend Green Planet.

I hired Pro Sewer Repair to replace my sewer line. Their estimate was much more reasonable then others I have received. Great communication throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot recommend them more highly. It's a family business and they treat you like you're a part of a community in a small town.
I had them come out to fix something in my old place and they did a wonderful job at a fair price. I just now called them for an issue in my new place, and Molly talked me through what it could be and my next steps.
I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Found the via community reference, and Bill is AWESOME!!
He came over on initial visit, diagnosed the problem, came back 3 days later (when we had someone at home) and knocked out the problem, fixed the issues, and was a pleasure to interact with. Both he and the lady who schedules his time were professional and a real breath of fresh air!!!!
Double thumbs up!

There is a $350 minimum charge that they didn't disclose. They did removed a small piece that they weren't quite sure what it was and put the wires back together. The two stars is solely because we have now have hot water. But I have never felt so scammed in quite some time.

After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

If you like to have the Middle East come to your kitchen hire these guys. I thought I was getting one or two plumbers I had for Middle Eastern plumbers screaming at the top of their lungs at each other for two days straight in my house speaking a different language. I thought I was under attack it was a nightmare for me and my husband I just wanted them to leave I didn't care if it was done or not

Fantastic plumber he found the problem and fixed in less time than I thought possible. Without a doubt the best plumber I have ever used. Never a problem after his work (used him twice for two separate issues) I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

I work in the Property Management field and encounter water leaks and plumbing issues on a weekly basis. In this industry I have worked with many plumbers, some good and some bad.
I met Elvis (one of the Tech City owners) because he was recommended by another property manager who used him frequently. I was quite happy with the service Tech City provided and now I reach out to Elvis and Tim (the other owner) for pretty much everything - water heater leaks, sewer pipe leaks, shower/bathtub leaks causing water intrusion to other units, troubleshooting sewer gas smells throughout condominium units, I have had them accompanying myself during unit inspections to check for potential plumbing problems, etc. The list goes on...
A couple of months ago the water heater at my own house started leaking. Immediately I gave Tech City a call and Tim was out the an hour later to take a look and educate my husband and I on the problem and solution. Our repair was pretty complex due to the age of the home and how the ducts and plumbing was originally installed. The next day (when we had decided what route to go) Tim and Elvis returned to take measurements and gather more information. They ended up having to re-work the ducts, install a 50 gallon tank on a stand. The 75 gallon tank we had that was leaking was just sitting on the ground. Thanks to Tech City I found out that is a huge no-no and very dangerous. They installed a booster on the tank so the water heats up quickly. It's nice because the water is immediately hot, we no longer have to waste water by letting it run for a bit to heat up. On the day of the new tank installation, both Elvis and Tim were at my home for an entire day getting everything running and to plumbing code.
Tech City is hands down the best company who I have done business with. If I call because I have a unit with an issue, I can always count on Elvis and Tim to respond right away. The homeowners are always satisfied with the quality of work and level of customer service they were provided.
I recommend this company due to the very fair with pricing, responsiveness, excellent customer service, the pride taken in the work they do, and the list goes on.
If you're needing a plumber who will take good care of you, give Tech City Plumbing and Drain Service a call. You won't be disappointed!
Thank you so much!

Action Jackson came out the same day we called with our sewer overflow issue. Isaac was great! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and also made recommendations for future actions such as an annual scope. We were greatly relieved to have our sewer issue resolved the same day we noticed it! Thanks Isaac and Action Jackson!

Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday, after a few messages back and forth we scheduled a 8AM appointment for the next day for a tankless hot water heater to replace our leaking tank heater. They showed up right on time and we're done in a couple hours. A+ job Will definitely have them do all our plumbing work in the future.

Just had a quote done with this company and I was really impressed with how professional this company was from the moment I was contacted. Tommy was awesome he explained everything that would take place and answered every question that I had. I will look to have this company back out once my bathroom budget gets back on track. Thanks again

I discovered water flowing out the bottom of our basement toilet. After trying to resolve the issue myself I ended up call Aaron at Jafco at 2 in the morning. He said he could be there in an hour and a-half and in less than 20 minutes he resolved our blockage problem. I was more than pleased and frankly grateful. He said the fix should last a month or so and call them back to discuss either jetting out the root balls or putting in a liner. Definitely will use them again!

I called on Monday morning and got a same day appointment for a leaking kitchen faucet. Janelle was polite and professional as she booked my appointment. Aaron called before arriving (as I'd requested), removed his shoes before entering my home, was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. He even checked out a couple of other concerns around the home and gave me his professional advice on a number of different areas.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Our preschool was in a bind with a clogged toilet and our typical plumber was busy so we took a chance with mr. rooter. They charged us 3 times what we typically pay, screwed the toilet bolts too tight and broke the flange but didn't notice at the time. For a month, we had a slow leak that finally became apparent and when we asked them to come back out, they admitted that the last technician broke the flange but now this was a bigger problem that will need the floor torn up to fix, would you like a quote to fix it? No thank you, I would not like an overpriced estimate to fix the mistake you previously made. Somehow, O'neil plumbing pulled through again without tearing the floor up to fix this mistake made by Mr. Rooter. Never again

CRAZY PRICES!!! Called SWP for an estimate to repair a few issues around the house. After reviewing the estimate, almost choked. Any idea how much to install hammer arrestors? Try $315. Any idea how much to rebuild toilet tank? Try $274. Walk into your local home improvement or plumbing supply store and price these items out and you'll discover their labor/mark up is HUGE. Needless to say, I wrote a check for the dispatch fee and said adios. I will say they were courteous, on-time- but way over priced.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a rating less than 1!
I had a very simple job to do: remove my existing dishwasher and replace it with a new one that I had bought. Both these dishwashers are from the same brand: GE Profile performance.
I had called around an talked with family and friends and found that a cost of $120 to $150 was a reasonable cost for getting this work done. In fact Home Depot, Loew's, Albert Lee etc. also quote the same.
I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating and gave them the job description and was told that a basic installation would cost around $99.00 and if there was any complication or extra work then there would be an extra cost. That sounded reasonable and I booked an appointment.
Two guys showed up about an hour late and after looking at the job gave me an estimate of $650.00 to remove my existing dishwasher and install the new dishwasher.
When I asked for an explanation of the cost, he said that is what it would cost - no explanation. My dishwasher cost is in the same ball park, this is daylight robbery.
Plus I had to pay a dispatch fee of $99.00 even if I did not get any work done.
I called the home office to confirm why I was being charged such a large amount and why was I not told about the dispatch fee when I had first called. While I was speaking to the lady on the phone, the guy just handed me the bill, banged my door and left - how rude and unprofessional is this.
I described this event to the lady on the phone and instead of apologizing for the act of her plumber, she condoned his behavior as natural since I did not want them to do the job. Great!!!
She also went on the record to say that I should have been told about the dispatch cost, which I clearly refuted. I even asked her to go check her phone logs if they keep a recording - she said she would have to have her manager do that.
Please be aware of this scamming plumbing company.
