Best Pipe Repair in Seattle WA

Update to my previous review......This morning Green Planet agreed to reimburse us for the cost of moving the rock discussed in my original review.  It took a year, but all is good.

Garrett, Jason and Adam were easily our favorite part of this process. The repaired a broken sewer on our property, and we're on time, professional and easy going. They made a very stressful process much easier by doing the right thing and treating us well. I would recommend Pro Sewer Repair to anyone!!

Replaced all 6 of our bathroom sink valves. There were plastic, cheapo, and dripping. Done in 40 minutes. Wonderful, friendly plumber. Had a long waiting list (3 weeks for me) but I guess that's a testament to demand + quality :)

May be okay, but West Seattle Sewer offers no warranty on their work. We recently purchased a home in West Seattle. Three days before closing the sellers had Bill repair the water line between the meter and the house. When I called Bill to ask about his work and whether he stood behind it, he went into a dumb repetition of variants on The city inspected the work, that's your warranty.

When we got a copy of the invoice, sure enough it noted that there is no warranty on the materials used or the work performed.

If we ever need a plumber, I'm calling someone else.

Unresponsive and unreliable. The owner Dave returned my call, we discussed the project, and he asked me to text him with my contact info as a reminder, so he could come over and do the project the next day. I texted him every day to remind him and ask if he was coming that day, and he told me each day to check back tomorrow. Finally a week later he's now stopped returning my texts. Terrible way to run a business.

I recommend this company!  Their responses are really quick and did job done on time with much reasonable price than other companies.  Angel and his team works really hard.  We had other problem came up, but they solved quickly as possible.

Will helped us with some plumbing repair work and installed co2/smoke detectors for us. He was really helpful, ordered parts, & was communicative. Highly recommend!!

ALL WAYS ROOTER has great customer obsession. Sam replied even in the evening on my kitchen sink clog problem and came early in the morning to help fix the issue. After Sam's work, he cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Sam for pumper work.

In 12 years of being a homeowner I never had to call a plumber before.  I had a shower control valve that wouldn't shut off water in a rental property I own and manage myself.  I was pretty sure I had fixed this issue before on a same model valve but I happened to be 200 miles away at the time.  Not wanting to leave my tenant without water until I could return the next day, I was able to get these guys to go out same day.  They communicated with my tenant when they would be late due to traffic and then texted me when they had completed replacing the cartridge on the valve, gave me the price in range I expected and sent me an invoice for billing.  My only compliant is I paid the invoice with a check and it took them a few months to cash it, no communication if they had received it or not when I asked them.  Usually the business has to hound a non-paying customer, not a customer needing to follow up with the business to take their payment.

He didn't reply emails and calls. It has been a week. two emails and one voice message. I get that it is the busy time of the year, but he can just reply a simple message saying he won't have time. We had a toilet installed from him before. He did replied me promptly last time. I really don't get it..........

After waiting weeks to make an appt to get someone to come by to give a quote for a tankless water heater, I didn't get the quote within 3 days as promised. After 1.5 weeks, I received a quote for the hardware but not the labor, and after several inquiries by text and phone, I heard nothing back. They ghosted me and I'm not sure why.

That said, Elvis is knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciated his explanations.

Action Jackson was great. They came within an hour of my call and fixed the problem fast. They were reassuring and honest through the whole procedure so I knew what was going on and there were no surprises.

I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

They were willing to give a preliminary estimate when others needed a separate appointment. Communication setting everything up was fast and easy. The two workers that came out were very friendly and respectful and got the work done.
At the end, the cleaned up and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Layne plumbing and when I need a plumber again, they will be my first call.

Hard to write a good review when they don't even show up at their scheduled time...THREE TIMES!!! Then when you try and call them, they don't answer!! Straight garbage service when they think their time is more valuable than their customer's.

I needed my garbage disposal changed out to a new one. They offered to come out and do a free estimate. Not only did they show up on time but they were able to swap out my old garbage disposal and fit a new one on-site.

Timely and cost efficient. I would recommend saving a bit of money by pre-purchasing your own garbage disposal. All-in-all they are friendly, efficient, and fast when you need them. Would definitely recommend.

We had to replace about 20 feet of our sewer line that was under our driveway in Northwest Seattle.  We had 3 different bids and Jafco's was the most competitive.  I interacted primarily with Dewayne who did a nice job proactively keeping us updated on progress.  His crew had to dig out our cement driveway and did this quickly and the clean up was done so well it was not detectable. They even put a bit of grass seed on the area they were using in case they impacted the grass (which they didn't)!  Very professional, quick, courteous and fairly priced. Definitely will use them again.

As a lone female condo owner, not always understanding even some of the basics, Aaron not only explained everything thoroughly but also treated me with respect and courtesy.  When Brian showed up to do the work, he was quick, efficient, courteous and helpful.  He went out of his way to help me understand where and how things worked.  This company deserves your trust and your business.

This update comes little late but one of their staff called me like in 10min after I posted the previous review. He apologized and said that he will send a technician to take care of the mess. The same technician (who came last two times) came the next morning and cleaned the grease trap again for free. The job was done as great as last time. We had our plumber came in later to install the missing part. Till now the grease trap works fine.
I am always happy about the cleaning job they've done. It was just the customer service attitude that made me really upset.
The gentleman who followed up later to offer the free service as compensation was nice and sincere.

Read the other reviews and it is a common theme with this company.

They charged me about $700 to snake a toilet. It was my first time dealing with this so I had no idea. Recently I contacted Roto Rooters for the same issue in a different house and was charged about $300.

If you have any handy skills, go buy the toilet auger and snake it yourself. Whatever you do DO NOT hire these guys!

Never again. Thought I had a leak in my yard. I asked for a quote to determine if there was a problem. They told me it would costs $99. Upon arrival we were informed that the $99 was a dispatch fee and that it would costs another $225 to determine if we had a problem. Feeling somewhat stuck I agreed to the charge. Long story short, they spent less than an hour and told me there did not appear to be a leak. However, they recommended installation of a back flow preventor  for $3,500. I declined that service. Be careful.
