Pro Sewer Repair was recommended to us by the roto sewer company that came after our basement flooded.  Pro Sewer came out promptly - on a weekend - to give us an estimate for the long-term repair that was required.  We were able to schedule the work quickly and Pro Sewer got to work.  The job ended up taking more workers and manhours than expected, yet Pro Sewer stuck to their original estimate and didn't charge us a dime more.  They also confirmed the condition of the remaining piping was in good shape and suggested we not spend any additional money on the rest of the system!  After working with contractors for the past 30 years, I was very impressed by the prompt response, the quick scheduling and the cost control that fixed our sewer issues quickly and cost-effectively!

I have had them out to our house on a couple of occasions and each time I have been impressed with how quickly they work while still providing fixes that lost long term. It is difficult to find reliable, honest, and hard working contractors but Schuerman Plumbing delivers just that time & again.

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

There is a $350 minimum charge that they didn't disclose. They did removed a small piece that they weren't quite sure what it was and put the wires back together. The two stars is solely because we have now have hot water. But I have never felt so scammed in quite some time.

Great service for reasonable cost. We had a drain line for our downspouts that was clogged, so that in a hard rain the water would back up into our house. Not good. They came out and fixed it in no time, and described an easy fix so it won't happen again. These guys rock.

my bathroom exhaust fan/light in the shower crapped out. I bought a new fan and Will installed it for me. Very personable and friendly service!

Overall positive.  They charged me a going on the roof fee even though I was very thorough in discussing what was and was not included with the booking agent and no roof fee was ever mentioned.  But he spent 1.5 hours on a fixed price drain clearing instead of just giving up and saying I needed an expensive hydro-jetting so I didn't mind.

Thanks for responding to my review. Being honest and upfront about all stipulations associated with a quote is a basic characteristics of professionalism. Jacking up price on customer is a bad practice especially when the customer is misinformed in the first place. I'd rather do business with someone who stand by their words. Hope you realize what happened and take responsibility in the future. Have a nice weekend to you too!

These guys are incredible , hardworking and reasonable!!!  Beau the owner helped us out on our plumbing issues in Bellevue.  He gave great insight, got the job done and was always available to answer any questions that I might have.  I would highly recommend!

Emailed Aaron on a thursday for a backed up toilet.  No hurry as i have 2 other bathrooms so he scheduled Brian for Monday afternoon.  Brian came within the time frame and took  minutes to clear.  Easy fix and very nice. Would highly recommend and will call again when i need plumbing service.

I have used Mr. Rooter plumbing before and they have done a great job again.  I highly recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing for your household needs.  The first time I used them for a normal plugged kitchen sink.  This time my outside faucet wasn't working because the anti syphon thingy was broken and water was spraying all over the place.

Thier plumber Tom came out and qickly assessed the situation, proposed a solution and then fixed my faucet.  He was so nice, super respectful of my home and did a wonderful job.

Mr. Rooter is my plumber of choice and I will definitly use them again.

I had called to have my faucet ,again, in the kitchen as it seems it was not fixed the first time. I had them out a couple of months to fix it and the toilet and they wanted to charge $1000.00. I said No. Then he said $700.00 and I said are you kidding are we on Let's make a deal. He said alright $400. I said fine. Then I find out he wrote the the bill up for a replace tank and repaired faucet. He never replaced the tank he only tightened a few things on it and tightened the faucet. He didn't bother to check the faucet out to see it needed to be replaced or the hoses. I was told by the person that installed it that it was a life time warranty and if anything goes wrong with it they would replace it. When I explained all this to the person on the phone the day they were to come out the gal tells me the the faucet only has a 2 yr warranty though them but, a life time though the manufacture. I told her that was not what I was told. She said she would talk to he manager and have him call me. That was at 8am. It is now 1pm. how long does it take for a Manager to call a person back. It is offence they don't want to correct there mistake that they make. Watch out for this company. They do bait and change on you. On COVID-19 they will charge you outrages prices also. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

INSANE prices.
I had a pair of plumbers out today who quoted me over $400 for a 10 minute task and then another $200+ to replace a small hose.
When asked why the prices were so high, they had no idea. Because the book says so.

Note to plumbing companies: If your plumbers aren't educated enough to explain the price of a job (HINT: It's labor plus parts where labor is your extrapolated run cost) then don't send them out.

DO NOT use this company: overpriced and uneducated.
