Best Pipe Repair in Seattle WA

From my first phone call to Seatown Electric to the service I received this company is fantastic.  Amanda scheduled my work and gave very clear information to the technicians so they came prepared for an unusual job.  Shaun and Tyler arrived on time, were extremely professional and took care of the service of a ceiling exhaust fan in a 22' high ceiling.  They cleaned up when finished and even vacuumed the work area. I will definitely hire them again and refer my friends to Seatown Electric.

Radisha showed up until they left, they did everything right.  
They installed some high wattage heaters on our deck.  It took some maneuvering to minimize conduit and they succeeded in making the project look good as well as work well.  It was a slightly complex project and their skills were well matched to the work at hand.
They arrived masked, and on time.  They correctly estimated the amount of time the project would take.  They were delightful people
and very pleasant to work with.
We are very happy with the work that Chris and Radisha did and we would hire Eco Electric and Plumbing again in a minute!

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

The best handyman i never hired!!! By that I mean that he came to diagnose my toilet problem, but since he didn't feel he could best solve it because of my unique home and situation, he didn't charge me anything, and referred me to Roto Rooter, armed with sufficient diagnostic information to keep the technician from RR from taking me down a rabbit hole of charges for things i didn't need.

The tech from RR tried his best to ignore my information, disparage Dean's findings, and tried his best to sell me other services that i knew i didn't need. I forced the RR tech to do the same tests that Dean did, and finally the RR tech had to admit that Dean was right. And on top of it i was able to bargain the RR price down because i was knowledgeable enough, because of Dean.

Thanks Dean for giving me the information i needed to deal with the Roto Rooter guy effectively, which saved me a ton of money... i hope i never have to hire them again!!!

Will definitely hire Dean as soon as i need some work done that he is willing to take on!

Quick and efficient service. Installed a new stove plug. Did a great job for reasonable price. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Jeeze, like I get it. We may be to far or maybe you don't do that sort of work. I'm honestly not sure which due to the lack of response from them. I under why they have (3) stars now.

There are others around that I think would service the community better so I'd stick with those and steer clear of this business

I had a septic alarm issue and called them at 7:00 a.m. They had a technician out to my house within a couple house. Dante was very professional and did a great job explaining what was happening with my septic. The customer service was exceptional from the call I made in the morning to when the technician left our house. I would highly recommend them.

Fixer has been great. Fixer is now a permanent entry in my Contact. I've used them twice to fix an electrical outlet and then back to install a new dishwasher, which another company failed upon 3 visits. I am extremely impressed with their communication and doing everything possible to deliver on their commitment.

From start to finish great communication and quality products. Jason came out and bid the job, which wasn't easy, and worked with me of on options. Emailed a bid over quickly and Ames got on the schedule. Installers where very friendly, kind and experienced. We were delayed with electrical but nothing perfect for such high demand. Family is so very happy to have heat and AC and I am thrilled to not have a crazy electric bill anymore!

I scheduled with South West and told them upfront that we were leaving town and needed our sink and disposal fixed before we left in 3 days. They said they could accommodate us and I stayed home from work on the day they were to come. They finally called at 4pm to say no one was available and would need to try tomorrow. I let dispatch know I absolutely needed someone in the morning because I had to leave my house to pick up my children by 1:30pm. I called them in the morning to doubly confirm my timeline and they confirmed they understood. No plumber arrived in the morning. Finally, on Day 2 of when they were originally supposed to be there, dispatch called at 12:15 to say no one was coming. Very frustrated and disappointed and taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the best customer service ever. Affordable, easy to talk to and quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. Will recommend to others as well.

I called this company a week in advance for appointment for Friday March 19, 2021 between 1-5pm. I received confirmation email and text. That morning I sent pictures of toilet piece that needed repair to dispatch. She assured me the technician would get them. At 5pm waiting all day, no call no show I called and they apologized and confirmed a specific technician would be right over in 30-45 minutes. 2.5 hours later, another no call no show I called they had no answer why no one was here. Since the late time, I was willing to rebook for the next day, Saturday. Jessica informed me there would now be a weekend charge of $299.00. I informed her that she should talk to her manager to get that waived due to the total lack of service on the Friday. I went ahead and booked the Saturday between 8-11. It is now 11am on Saturday 3-20-21 and this company once again has done a no call no show. After my experience, you decide if you want to work with this company, I sure don't.
