Best Heater Repair in Seattle WA
I recently had my water main replaced by Green Planet Plumbing in West Seattle. They were so professional and really understood the scope of the work. Great to communicate with, did the work in the time frame expected, showed up right on schedule, and were very friendly to work with.
Justin was in charge of the project and did a great job from start to finish. He explains things in a way that's easy to understand even if you don't know anything about plumbing (like me) and his crew all worked very hard alongside him.
I would recommend them for any plumbing needs and do business with them again.

Will helped us install a new outlet, and fix 2 other outdoor outlets on our home which work great now. He also repaired an outdoor faucet which had started leaking. That was more complicated because of how it was integrated into the side of the house and needed some patching up afterwards, which he also did. It's been a little while since he completed the jobs and everything works great now. Highly recommended.

Great service! Friendly, quick & old school West Seattle. Price was beyond fair! Nice to now have a guy for that! Replaced our corroded kitchen drain line & we are very happy!

ALL WAYS ROOTER has great customer obsession. Sam replied even in the evening on my kitchen sink clog problem and came early in the morning to help fix the issue. After Sam's work, he cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Sam for pumper work.

My overall feeling left me unsatisfied. I used an awesome plumber to do some work on my house a year ago, but he lives in Bremerton and needs some lead time to schedule. I called these guys in a pinch for a backed up drain line (emergency call on a weekend). I did some snaking/rooting on my own before they arrived. I called at 230 and was told they would be here between 3-5. I had friends coming into town and plans for the evening so I thought that was good.
He showed up at 5:45 and then the fun begins. He did a quick look for free and then said that he couldn't give me an estimate to fix the problem without actually doing some work that they price by the job. He offered to snake the main drain from the sump for one price (we're talking $380ish just to do that: no camera, no guarantees that would fix anything. I was told if that didn't fix it he could do the laundry line that fed into the main drain for an additional fee. We're over $500 in at the estimate time just to do some speculating and exploring. I tell him no thanks. That's just too high. So he negotiates a combo deal to do both for the cost of the first. That's still high but I didn't want raw sewage coming out anymore. He roots em, clears nothing, and I get charged $380 for pretty much nothing. Left me feeling unsatisfied. He did install a p-trap, which was quick and done right, but at $157 that was expensive too.
He left and left the water line to my washer off but did come back of his own accord after remembering on his way home.
They will come in a hurry, but you will pay out the nose. They were willing to negotiate a bit, but I won't use them again. Not because of their skills, but their prices.
Update. I was contacted by management who was appropriately concerned about my review. They felt they could do more to assist me. They sent a man with a camera who did a great job showing me the problems I have and then scheduled a follow up with their underground manager to lay out some of my options. They also refunded some of my initial costs from my first visit. I was still a bit confused as to some of my options and feel that the price is still very high to remedy my problem. I have other quality plumbers coming to provide an estimate and if they are still ballpark ill come back and bump these guys up a notch. The second guy I had come out was honest and very good. The third was a little confusing and abrupt. Overall I feel the company has the resources and the intention to kick butt but pricing and some of my interactions have been a bit off. Kudos to Robert for making some of the initial bad taste go away.

Had a gas leak in the pipe to my fireplace. Dave (the owner) was very helpful, communicative.... his crew showed up right when they said they would. Class act. Reasonable prices too.

They installed water heater in our house. The strap was not properly installed. I called them twice and they promised to come but never showed up.
Moreover, during the installation water pipes outside of our house, they drilled the base of our house and damaged our base board.
They hid it and did not let us know. Very unprofessional

Very happy with my experience. Needed a water heater moved temporarily while a bunch of water leak repair work was completed. Elvis and Tim(?) were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Wound up needing a new water heater due to leaks detected when they came out to reset the old heater. Unexpected work that they shoehorned into their schedule without issue. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! Before we discovered Action Jackson we had other plumbers that would consistently show up late, not do what the said, or be unable to solve problems and still charged us!
We have used this company several times for plumbing issues with two properties that we own in Seattle and they are consistent. Most recently I called with a drainage issue, Anthony and Braydon were able to show up within 45 minutes and solved the problem!

I bought a house and I was drowning in priority projects, some of which were big ticket items. The sewer line was from the 40s and needed to to be repaired and effectively replaced with a new one. I had about six bids and the varying was enormous. Price Busters came in as among the most reasonable and I was really impressed by Zach's (the owner's) work ethic. This was the best construction project experience I have ever had. Zach's crew was efficient, hardworking and on schedule. Most importantly thought, the quality of the work was outstanding. The liner gave my house a brand new colon and I got to see the video of the final outcome. They were so good that they got the pipe almost flush against the sewer main. The crew has lots of skill fixing and lining older pipes. Zach and his crew took great care of me as a customer, communicated throughout the project, and I enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend Price Busters. Go ahead and compare bids. You'll see that Price Busters delivers excellent value.

I'm still impressed with their prompt, polite and honest service and will continue to use them in a future. This is the second time that I used 2 Sons Plumbing for the water issue that I as an out of state landlord had at my rental property in Seattle. I called them on Sunday night about an water leaking issue that my tenant reported and was able to get Tony to come out to take a look and address the issue the following day in the afternoon.
They were prompt and communicative all the way from scheduling, following up before appointment and providing me a summary of what happened and what was done to address the issue. What I liked about them was how polite, friendly, honest and reasonable they were. I also liked that they were very organized. Given that this time was the second time I contacted them about an issue that I had with my property, they already had all my records from previous contact and was able to cut the time taking similar information from me again.
Tony a technician they sent out was on time and very friendly. He was able to address an issue quickly and provided me with a prompt update. Very reasonable, too. I would definitely recommend and use Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing again.

About 6 mos ago (pre Covid) our garbage disposal died. Of 6 different plumbing companies, only Jafco provided an online estimate. They came on time and the work was done right and the estimate was accurate. Actually saved us money because the plumber said our prior disposal was bigger than we needed (which made sense, it took up a huge amount of space under the sink) and used a smaller one, which has been working great since then. We will use Jafco again.

We received quotes from two Angie's List providers who came on site and whose quotes seemed really high. Neither one offered an alternative plan. When we called Blake Plumbing, Aaron suggested a better way to achieve our goals, gave us a quote over the phone, and when we were ready, John came over as promised to do the work. No nonsense, just did the work beautifully and stayed within the quoted amount. I have always had good experience with Blake Plumbing and recommend them highly.

Jose was great! He was super responsive, professional, and squeezed us in on the same day. Can't recommend him enough.

We have a pipe leak in our crawl space. I got referral from my friend that has been using topgun for all their plumbing issues.
I called them and got an estimation from Al.
They are very responsive and accommodating for our needs.
They did a great job, now I have a trusted plumbing company that I can relay on.
Thank you Al & Erik, greatly appreciate your help.

Louise and crew is awesome. I had called them for fixing the toilet, Zack came out on a Sunday for that. We also hired them to add a new bathroom in a small space. All the other contractors seemed worried/confused/advised us not to take that route, Louise finished the job confidently with inspection. They are friendly and reliable and cleaned up after their work was over. Their plumbing fundamentals are very strong.

I am reporting this review as the original version had a reference to an outside web site which Yelp considered second hand. If your interested, search the internet for flat rate vs. hourly plumbing
We will see if Yelp allows this review to remain this time. However I can assure you, this is all first hand:
Ok, Lets start with the fact the fact I am an idiot for paying what I did. The work SW Plumbing did was generally good and they did not charge me more than I knew they would when they quoted the work to me. However, the amount they charged was ridiculous for the amount of time and work expended. However, I was in a bind and needed the leaky faucet fixed NOW! I travel over 250 days/year. So having a day off in Seattle at my home, during the week is a novelty.
I live in a 1940s home so its difficult to run to Home Depot and pick up supplies which seamlessly fit into the home. It's a challenge, if not an impossibly to find items at the big box stores (which are typically the only ones open on the weekend). In short, Southwest had me between a rock and hard spot. If I had done a little more research (including reading some reviews on yelp) I would have been far better prepared and would have never called them.
Their hourly rate was in excess of $550/hour - which is stupid (maybe I am as I paid it). In short, the work was fine, but the flat rate pricing they practice is usurious. I believe in businesses making money, but there is a point at which it borders on ripping people off. In my opinion Southwest Plumbing definitely fits into this category. I will NEVER use this company again. That said, their pricing was upfront- so i have toguvr them credit for that. It goes to prove that Caveat Emptor is always good advice.

I was told the charge for an estimate was $99, so when Taylor arrived he gave me the estimate of $600 to replace a kitchen faucett! I WAS STUNNED and no thanks, so I got charged the estimate PLUS TAX $108. He said it would take 2 hours and because the was a farmhouse sink it was more complicated and things would fall on his face. Goodbye.
As soon as he left I called Beacon and with 30 mins they where at my door, charged me $235 and the job was completed in 45!!! HOT DOG.
Lesson leaned for $108, call BEACON for any plumbing and Heating Service you might need.
