Best Heater Installation in Seattle WA
These guys are amazing! I was prepared for a very expensive fix but they were able to find the problem quickly, and fix it way under what I thought it could have been. I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and very responsive. Tyler was great on site with his crew and Jeramiah is extremely responsive, professional, and follows through when you call for an appointment. THANK YOU!!!

Ben was great. He was personable, and clearly very knowledgeable about plumbing. My hot water heater started leaking one night, and I frantically reached out to as many plumbers as I could to ensure I could receive next day service. Ben replied early the next morning and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. He quickly fixed the problem along with other minor concerns I had around the house, and fairly identified a few issues that needed attention. Ben ended up doing four to fives times as much work as a previous plumber I've had come out for only twice the cost. That said, his prices were extremely reasonable for great service and quality parts. Highly recommended!

My toilet & sink backed up in my basement. Called MV Plumbing who came out. Justin worked for over 2 hours using a snake & camera to clear out the problem. Discovered part of the septic pipe had collapsed due to tree roots and rocks. The next day Dave, Justin and Tucker came out and replaced the pipe from the house to the septic tank. They cleaned up the yard and even fixed a leaking faucet and bathtub stopper. They were courteous and did a great job plus their price was reasonable. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

I had a major plumbing problem with my bathtub not draining! I called another company and trusted they would fix it. After a short time they said it was fixed and charged me 632.00! They didn't fix i at all. Refused to reimburse me. zlater I called Erik D. and it was a very different ending. They showed up on time. assessed the problem and shortly Erik showed up and explained the details and began working for a few hours. Finished a job that was said by the first plumbers to cost me thousands! Eric is smart confident and able to deliver. I will always call Erik D. for all my plumbing problems and references for any other work that may come up! Thanks again.

Very happy with experience. I started calling services Friday afternoon and he was the first able to come to our aid [Saturday, first thing]. Honored his phone estimate, cost reasonable. We have a drain that needs professional servicing every 3-5 years; he did a much better job than the other services. AND, he recommended prevention [liquid enzymes] to prolong time before next need. Will use again, if I need service.

Professional, honest and didn't waste any time fixing our leak! Very fairly priced. Hoping I won't need them again but if I do, they are first on my list of plumbers to call!

I recently called lots of plumbers to ask some questions about installing a hot water tank and was unable to reach anyone until I called Black Plumbing and Blake answered the phone. I could not have called a better person. Blake was super helpful. He answered all of my questions and actually gave me the history and what and why for for each of my questions. Blake is super knowledgeable, and such a nice guy. He spent a lot of time with me and seemed genuinely happy to do so. He even told me to call him back if I have any questions and that he loves to talk about plumbing.
I know I will certainly use Blake whenever I need a good plumber.

We hired Jose because our toilet bowl was leaking, and he ended up replacing a few worn seals and our broken valve. He was quick, efficient, and thoughtful - and a really good price ($225 for all time & materials, including the new valve and cord and seals). This is the second time we have called him and we plan to use him for all plumbing issues going forward.
Highly recommend JV Plumbing.

Very expensive. A 30 min job to fix a leaking drain under the kitchen sink ended up running $450. $800/hour in labor is a bit much for a simple fix. $50 for parts is also pretty hefty for some plastic pipe ($7 at home depot), clear caulk, and a few inches teflon tape.

WOW WOW WOW! What can I say about this company. Tim was absolutely fantastic! The best thing I can do is describe our experience. We called tech city about a faucet that wasn't working. They booked us less that two days later for an appointment at our convenience. Tim and his partner showed up right on time and were incredibly polite and professional. Tim listened to our problem and found the solution within 60 seconds! Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it right away! Such an amazing company and will 1000% be using them exclusively in the future!

Don Jackson and Mike came out exactly on time, were very friendly, and did a great job. Don explained everything he was doing, and answered my questions thoroughly. I can't say enough good things about their service. We'll definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to our friends and family.

I highly recommend you use them. I tried roto rotor first and they were a joke.
Layne pluming is family owned and ran. They were pleasant, honest and very reasonable priced. I will definitely be using them again.

Simply the best! They were quick to the job and extremely professional.
It's never good, not fun when you need to call a plumber but the whole experience with price busters made me and my husband feel at ease. They were very friendly and most importantly, affordable!!! I highly recommend using price busters for all your plumbing needs!

The first tech was okay. He replaced the hot water tank. However we didn't really get more than one quote. That was our fault. He told us we could pay 1/2 of the bill and they would cash the other check dated 7/18/20 next month. That didn't happen. It was deposited into their account the next day. We also wanted a quote fo other work we needed done at a later date but he didn't both to ask. The other tech came out the following day to snake the drain. Evidently no one is trained on everything. That man was hard working. I still haven't talked to the bank about the second check. I'm pretty sure we will find a different plumber for future jobs. Ended up costing 2800.00 total. I find that pretty expensive.

We had some mega plumbing issues, with a collapsed pipe, crack in our main line to the sewer, and more. We obtained several bids and went with Jafco, who presented the most reasonable solution to our issues and came right in the middle on the bid. We had a few little hiccups with our project, just freak issues that no one could have predicted, and they were so responsive and fixed them all, even though ultimately it cut into their profits. Josh was the supervisor on our project and he was so easy to work with and again, we really appreciated how professional he was and how much integrity the company had throughout what ended up being something of a nightmare project (again due to some freak accidents, nothing they did). We would absolutely work with them again and 10/10 recommend using them.

Top Guns' quote for just opening up the wall to inspect for a leak was what another plumber quoted for the ENTIRE REPAIR! The full quote for the wall leak repair was 300% of the second quote!!! I didn't use Top Gun. The pricing was just too escalated.

Call someone else. Called for a bid to change out a bathroom sink. One of the sinks in our Master Bath had developed a bad chip. identical sinks had been installed in every bathroom by the builder so when we remodeled our Powder Room adding a vessel sink, we set the old sink aside to be switched out in the Master Bath at a later date. Again, these are identical sinks, no other problems (slow drains, leaks, etc.). The plumber shows up on time as scheduled, so far, so good although not sure why they sent two for a simple job. I show them to the Master Bath at which time he sets down his clipboard and asks me if I have ever used South West before. Told him I wasn't sure as, happily, we have rarely had need of a plumber. He says what they like to do first is a comprehensive check of the plumbing throughout the house. I said, no, thank you, not today as I didn't call for that service and I was heading into the office immediately after they left. Then he looks under the sink and says you want me to tell you what's wrong with these shut-off valves?. I said no, thank you, as this was not the service for which I had called and we had no trouble with the valves. He excuses himself to his truck to consult his pricing book, returns 10 mins later (with NOTHING even written down on the form) and tells me we like to include as much value as we can for your dollar, the install will be $851 w/o tax. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
At this point I told him he could be on his way, thank you very much. He was shocked and flustered as I saw he and his partner to the door.
Outcome...after I got to the office I called three other plumbers, explained what I was looking for (w/out mentioning what I had just been through) and asked if they could give me a rough estimate, or at least what the prevailing rate for something like that might be. One said they couldn't, the other two gave me estimates of $350 and $375 respectively. NOTE: the two plumbers who did give rough estimates did caution me they couldn't really be sure of anything until they saw the job in person, understandable.
I have an appointment with another plumber for tomorrow morning.

So I picked the wrong profession. I should have been a plumber. I called PSP to remove and install my dishwasher and replace the valve which was leaking. $100 dollars just to show up and give me an estimate which would go towards the repair cost... So basically you are committed at that point to them because what are you going to do call 5 companies to get the best price and spend $500 doing that? Anyway, 750 to replace my dishwasher with the new one in my garage... And since they were there I was getting a discount on replacing the valve at 200. I told them to go scratch on the install and to fix the leak which now is 500 dollars because it was no longer a combo job. I called Sears to do the install for 170 and got fleeced by PSP for 500 bucks since the valve was leaking pretty badly. I always support my local businesses before big companies but Puget Sound Plumbing I shall not support you. You are crooks in my book.
