Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

Jim & Mark are the best.  They are respectful, professional, honest and the best plumbers.  I've used them for my personal work and on rental properties I manage.  They've done everything as mundane as fixing a leaking sink hose to replacing water heaters, water heater under the kitchen sink (you should do this-- amazing) and just about everything in between.  I love that they're a REAL family business (Jim's wife or daughter answers phone & schedules) and Jim & Mark do the work.  They have no subs.   The thing I hate about it-- there is no such thing as an appointment tomorrow (unless you get lucky and there is a cancellation.)   An appointment is usually a couple of weeks out.  They're on time, they keep the area clean and they are on your side.  From a cost perspective, they're on par with regular plumber rates ... but they don't charge for the time they are diagnosing or writing up estimates like many other plumbers do.  I've worked with them for over 10 years.  I've never had a dispute with them but if I did, I'm pretty sure it would be worked out.

I called , spoke with Diane and made an appointment. he was on time fixed the problem and I can catch up on laundry.
I agree with whoever said he's honest to a fault . I won't hesitate to call him if I need a plumber again.

We tried to use Eric D plumbing but he said that they would not work if it had snowed.  He said that he had liability to take his truck out and didn't want a possible accident.  I am frustrated, I understand being swamped with work but the greater Seattle area now has snow every year for a week or two.  Plumbing is an essential service so why no work if it snows?   In fact, that's when plumbers are needed the most due to frozen pipes. I'm not talking a blizzard but only about 1 inch of snow.  That's what winter snow tires are for.      It would be like the police or firefighters saying, no, we don't go out if there is snow.  I'm probably biased because several members of our families are essential workers and they work no matter what.  We could really use more plumbers on the eastside.

These guys are the bomb! Were here in 2 hours got the wall open & fixed the leak in the fastest cleanest job ever my family has water. Sam is a plumbing-GOD did this so fast, so clean, highly recommend these guys!

I think $435 for snaking a kitchen pipe, which we removed all pipes and made it ready for the guy to snake before his arrival, was ridiculously expensive.

Early yesterday morning I received a call from my elderly Dad, very stressed that his hot water heater was pouring water out of the top. I was very thankful to Dave and his team for saving the day! I made a call to Dave, the owner of Maple Valley Plumbing. He was very helpful and quick to have his team of guys out to my Dad's house within a couple of hours. They were clean, courteous, quick and friendly. Dave's price was very fair and you could tell from talking to Dave and his guys how important customer service is to them. I highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I went to Angie's List for a plumber to replace a garbage disposal.
One estimate was for $800.00 and another plumber wanted to come
to the house and charge me $79,00 for an estimate. Vortex gave me
a very reasonable estimate. I called and they were able to schedule
an appointment within days. They were very professional and fast and
cleaned up afterwards.  They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

Tech City Plumbing has proven to be a great referral.  Our kitchen sink hose had a leak and needed to be replaced.  Since it was under warranty we were able to get the part delivered and just needed someone to install it.  While this sounds like a simple task, I can tell you from past experience that sometimes when working with someone the hardest part is simply getting them to take a call, getting back to you, and showing up.  I was surprised on how easy it was to get ahold of Tim and that when on the call he actually took the time to listen and asses the situation.  Given we are in a condo and we didn't want to have an unfortunate leak into our neighbors unit below he was very helpful in being available the day the part arrived.  I am very happy with the service Tech City provided and while I hope I don't need to use them anytime soon, I won't hesitate when I do.

I had a sewer line that had clogged due to roots in the line, which Don showed me on the camera that he used to inspect it. I was pleased that he wanted to explain the work before he did it  I came away with the knowledge that this was someone who *could* have changed me more, *could* have told me it was a much more difficult job - as was my experience with other BIG corporate plumbing companies. He was honest and reasonable instead.

-  He completed the work promptly
-  My home looked like he'd never been here!
-  He fixed the problem, and it STAYED fixed

I'd certainly be happy to do business with his firm again, and would recommend him wholeheartedly to family or friends.  Don't do a repair or install without AT LEAST getting a comparison quote from them.  I think you'll be pleased...  I was!

Layne pluming is family owned and ran. They were pleasant, honest and very reasonable priced.  I will definitely be using them again.

We had an old pipe that leaked and when it wasn't an emergency we were looking around for plumbers. Jose was the first one replied to us at Friday 8pm. After comparing between some bigger companies we feel Jose and his team, perhaps not with the fanciest equipment, is the only one who cares about our small business so we have decided to go with him. And suddenly the leak escalated to a burst and we had to shut off our water completely and moved out of the house for the weekend. Jose shared our urgency and rearranged for us to get the pipes replaced as soon as possible, sending people working on Sunday for the prepping, so that we could have water on Monday. We really appreciate his responsiveness, communication, flexible and quick scheduling and the job was well done.

Called Topgun Plumbing to repair toilet tank leaking into toilet.  Allison answered promptly and relayed message to Al.  He called back within the hour and set up appointment for next day with a verbal estimate of $200-250.  Came on time, replaced angle stop and float valve and stayed within estimate.  Courteous, timely, and on budget!!  Definitely will recommend.

So I never write reviews, but my experience with this business was pretty awful and confusing.

My family and I needed to update our plumbing at our home and we were referred to Wezee's.
They conducted an initial inspection very promptly and scheduled a date for the actual project, saying it would only take one day and quoting a very reasonable price. However, the day comes...and they don't show up. No call, no nothing. We call them, ask if there was some confusion, and our appointment is rescheduled to the following week with no explanation.

The 2nd appointment day comes...they don't show up AGAIN. They don't call AGAIN. We call them multiple times and when we finally get through, they claim that they are having an emergency and it will have to be rescheduled. They told us they would show up and we decided that we should give them one last chance.

The 3rd and final appointment day comes...they still don't show up and remain as incommunicative as ever. they don't call, they don't respond to our inquiries. To this day we have had no explanation. We finally were just too confused and frustrated with the whole situation so we called someone else who could get the job done.

Its understandable that things come up but what kind of business treats a client like that? Perhaps our location was too far away or the site wasn't feasible or the job was beyond the limitations of this company... any of which is totally understandable, I would imagine, as long as the client is informed of it! It's too bad. We were initially very stoked to work with this company but the actual experience was terribly disappointing and a waste of time.

No more flipping through the yellow pages choosing a random plumber! Affordable plumbing services is prompt, friendly, experienced, and easy to work with. They installed a couple under sink water filtration systems for me and did a great job. They kept my kitchen clean, worked quickly and efficiently and were honest with pricing.

I had a problem with my furnace and they did a quick check and found a burned out ignitor. They replaced the ignitor and were done within an hour. They  way over charge for their services they charged  $298.00 for a $40.00 part and $600.00 a total of 20 minutes of actual work,
