Best Faucet Repair in Seattle WA
Responsive communication, fair price, excellent work and super flexible with all the curve balls that came our way during the project. So lucky to have an expert like Justin guiding us through the big projects we had.
As a bonus they have a nice modern billing system that made it really easy.

Super efficient! Will did a great job responding quickly to our query on Yelp and made himself available the next day. Sent him a picture (via text - couldn't make that work on Yelp) to help him scope out the small project. Very fair pricing and did a great job fixing the issue! Thanks, Will!

I just reactivated my account to add reviews again. I've been waiting to give my feedback on Jeff. I have to say I was kind of surprised by the one super negative review.
Jeff answered my call promptly and also arrived pretty close to the appointment time. We had a leaking pipe to be fixed among other minor issues to be attended to like a broken flush lever and a very intermittent but annoying leak in the bath room sink. Since this was a newly purchased house, chose to get a professional instead of messing things up myself.
Turned out to be a good decision - Jeff spent about 2.5 hours at our place doing the repairs and the bill came in at about $370 including parts. Having dealt with other plumbers where the bill fluctuates out of bounds of reason, I felt this was kind of reasonable. Jeff was personable and polite and you can't ask for much more.

Responsive, reliable, honest, trustworthy local, family owned business. They replaced toilets in 25 year old house. I'll use them again when I need plumbing services.

Highly recommended. Did a great job replacing my pipes and clearing a blockage, and for less than a third the other guys' price.

Replaced a toilet and installed new plumbing under an old tub. Super knowledgeable about what possible issues could be and accurate quotes. Sleeping better tonight with confidence my plumbing issues received quality services.

Not pleased with the work - multiple things had to be redone. At one point, the shower plumbing was installed wrong and we had no hot water - it took 2.5 weeks for them to come back... and Duane felt no urgency to fix this and made it seem like it was our water heater that was broken, not his plumber's shoddy skills. Turns out, the plumber did the job wrong. He also installed the sink drain wrong and it leaked all over our brand new cabinets. We were fed up, and hired a completely different plumbing company to do the rest of the work.

Randy is a great guy to work with. I specifically asked for him. He's very knowledgeable and can work with old and new infrastructure. Very clean setup and leaves the work site spotless
Amanda is pretty customer focused. She works for you. I'm glad to have her representing the customer.
The dispatch center is disconnected with the rest of the business. They should leverage the specific requests from Amanda and be sure that Randy gets the message.
Lastly...the costs are too high in my opinion. Something as simple as a snaking a p-trap for 5 minutes shouldn't cost over $200. That's just wrong. Treat returning customers like MVPs so we can call you back again.

Great best response I am able to correct the problem quickly. They were not cheap and the quote for additional services was very high. I certainly recommend them in an emergency

Excellent work. Very professional and timely assistance in getting a broken kitchen faucet fixed at a reasonable price.

Erik is the best. He has helped us maintain older toilets rather than replacing them completely, and always guarantees his work. Clear communicator, timely, and an honest businessman. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I would just want to say, Thank you so much! We were having a serious water pressure issue, awhile ago our hot water heater hot hose got a pin hole in it and we didn't know until our besetment was complete flooded! As I tried to shut the water off, and get the hose replaced. When I turned everything back on I guess I didn't turn the valve far enough and had been living with bad water pressure ever scent's. So I got tired of it and I asked my son-in-law for a recommendation of a plumber he used a few weeks earlier, he gave me tech city's number. Made an appointment and today was the day... Can you even guess what it was, yeah yeah.. I didn't turn the valve all the way back on.. Feeling pretty stupid, They were so kind! Turned the valve and did some checking and didn't even charge me, Who dose that any more? Thank you guys, 5 star's and a hug to boot!!!

we called Don and he was out to our house very quickly, with in the hour. He jetted our line and then gave us a DVD to show us the root of the problem. We have had issues with our plumbing backing up for years. He then gave us a number to call Mike at Sewer Friendly who with in 2 days fixed our problems for good. Both companies were fast, friendly, patient and put us at ease with there combined experience and professionalism. I would recommend Don at Action Jackson to all my friends!

Life saving!
Layne plumbing solved a potentially catastrophic plumbing issue the day before we had an open house. We were quoted $5000+ by the Big Named plumbing companies in the area, and the job would have to come after the all important open house. Layne plumbing was able to diagnose, and solve the issue that same day at a fraction of the cost. They were Polite, courteous, respectful, prompt, professional, and worked extremely clean.
They honored their price quote, were done ahead of schedule, and payment was easy. (They take cash, check or credit)
Although you hope that you never need a plumber, when you do, I highly recommend calling Layne plumbing. They are who I'll call the next time I need plumbing help!

Great experience with this company. We had a surprise leak in a ceiling that we needed to get checked out on a Sunday of all things. Tony showed up as scheduled, was very friendly and professional. He was also quick in diagnosing the issue, which fortunately for us wasn't a leaky pipe or plumbing issue, rather a large water spill/overflow that had occurred. Tony is knowledgeable, efficient and honest. We will definitely use Joe's Plumbing again and would recommend.

A plumber came within 3 hours of my call, followed protective anti-COVID protocols and took care of my problem quickly. I was impressed. I could see why friends recommended the company.

Excellent plumber and super reasonable. Rocky was very responsive and didn't make us wait two weeks as many other plumbers quoted. He installed our new sink, faucet, and fixed a leak in no time. A really nice guy too. We will definitely use him again should the need arise!

SOUTHWEST IS MORE WORRIED ABOUT PRICE GOUGING COUSTOMERS THEN THEY ARE HELPING CUSTOMERS. Plumber showed up towards the end of their time frame. Plumbers looked at my issue and in 10 mins took a quess at what was wrong. I was told that my sump pump in basement wasnt working properly, and that they maybe able to service and clean it for $750 plus tax. Also that the pump may still be damaged even after the service, but that the $750 would then go towards the price of a new pump about $1900 plus tax. After doing the service, the pump still didn't work well, but the price of new pump, check valve and shut off valve went to a lil over $3000. I told them I can do $2000 but not $3000, and I was asked if I could get the extra $1000 from family, sooo...
I went to Home Depot and got all the parts I needed for $400 and an hour and a half of my time I saved myself $2600.
I had to call a different plumber to snake the clog out of the drain that damaged the other pump.
So Southwest would've added even more charges because they assumed what's wrong and didn't bother doing a thorough job on what the real issue was. Shady pratice

Avoid this outfit!!! Bear with me. I had a downstairs water leak. They did the camera inspection and the plumber showed me the break in the line and explained why the water was showing up on the surface of the tile. He recommended a new 8-10 ft replacement line which would require breaking out the tile floor. Job would be one day and his estimate was over $12,000!!!! I got two other inspections and both indicated that there was NO break in that line at all. It was determined that the water leak was from the UP STAIRS kitchen sink drain line!!! At best this was a very bad misdiagnosis and at worst something more calculated and VERY suspicious!!!
