Best Water Heater Repair in San Jose CA

Excellent service from Giovani. Our water heater was leaking and garage was flooded. Giovani responded to our phone call and arrived within a few hours to replace the water heater. His work is impeccable. He was very polite and courteous. Rates are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to everyone.

My water heater stopped working (this happened in 2019), and I called 2 plumbing companies to check. The other company was rude, told me that the only thing they can do is replacing the water header, and pushed me to buy a water header immediately.  

Sam and Miguel from EJ Plumbing are super helpful and friendly. Specifically Sam helped me a lot. He explained to me why the problem isn't permanently fixable. Sam also helped to temporarily fix the problem that can last for a few days, to give me some time to think about what kind of water heater I want to get. I really appreciate this because the weather was cold and having a temporary solution to get hot shower is awesome. These are all part of the free inspection. Sam really puts customer first, instead of pushing customers to spend money.

At the end, I gladly agreed to purchase a water heater from EJ plumbing. It's majorly because of Sam's attitude and honestness. I don't want to let the other rude company earn the money.

A minor problem: 2 other people (that's not Sam and Miguel) came to my place to install the water header on the next day, and we had a little argument because the price became higher than what I verbally agreed on with Sam and Miguel. I called EJ Plumbing office, and Sam helped me to fix the price problem.

Overall, the installation day was a 3.5 star experience, but overall I'm giving 5 star majorly because of Sam's service.

Clearly 5 stars for this business. Handy Rooter & Plumbing installed a two-way sewage clean-out today. Some of the things that stood out in relation to the outstanding service we received:

1. Promptly returned my initial call, and asked good questions to help with an initial diagnosis of the problem.
2. Rapid turnaround in scheduling an in-person visit to give an estimate, which included climbing up on my roof to do a diagnostic scope of my pipes (for no charge), because he wanted to be sure to accurately diagnose the problem before jumping to a specific treatment. He wanted to do the right thing to fix the underlying problem.
3. Excellent teacher - really took the time to explain what he was seeing, what the implications were, and what our options were for addressing it.
4. After completing the job, took the trouble to take us on a tour of our plumbing (with a camera on a hose) to show us what the insides of our pipes looked like and what the new pipe connections he had made looked like.
5. Sent photos of pre and post status of the underground pipes after the job was done, for our records.
6. Due to the current pandemic, everybody wore a mask, even when working outside.

I will definitely be a return customer!

Service was quick, Mike was friendly and courteous, and was able to help me on the same day I called to fix a broken drain pipe and replace my garbage disposal. The price seemed very reasonable (I'm not originally from the bay area and was afraid the price would be steep, but it lived up to the company namesake). Although I hope to not have any more plumbing emergencies, if I do I'll absolutely call Mike / APS again.

Andy is a great guy and very reliable.
He worked on our bathroom sink and replaced heavily  clogged pipe. Honest pricing and timeline.  He even spotted another leaky pipe and worked on it.

Marvin did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing a problem with the water auto-shutoff device for our washing machine. He was even able to pull some strings and get the replacement part we needed the same day! A real expert, highly recommended!

Great Service!!! Answered my call at 10pm and gave a next day morning appointment and showed up on time. Diagnosed the issue real quickly, Our air gap was having issues, replaced it and also fixed few other quick things too.

Update- Marlon came out today and replaced a pipe under the sink, installed a new disposal with a push button on the sink and faucet. I even added a backed up drain problem to the list. He finished everything and under my sink looks amazing. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. Will definitely use him again!

Integrity was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a leak under the kitchen cabinet that he was able to fix in a matter of minutes. Waiting on a quote for additional work. Will update when completed!

Had a clogged kitchen sink in the evening. Called United Plumbing at 8:00 PM. Daniel answered the phone and scheduled the appointment for 8:00 AM the following day. Alex from United Plumbing was at my home at 7:55 AM. He did a through and excellent job. He unclogged the sink without any mess and cleaned up after himself.

I'm super happy with my experience with United Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Would highly recommend them!

I needed a hose changed from the garbage disposal to the vent on the sink. As well as having the vent replaced. They charged me $225 for a 30 minute job. Pricey but the job was done well.

I called Steve at 4:14pm with a stuck drain, and he drove away before 6pm, leaving me with a bathtub (and kitchen sink) draining better than it ever had before.  My house was built in 1947, and it is a bit funky.  It took some extra work to get this done, and he did it without a complaint.

Steve fiddled with the tub (and reassured me that I wasn't imagining the stuck stopper that prevented getting a snake through there) and fiddled with the kitchen drain and wound up on the roof trying to hydro-jet the drain through the vents.  When that didn't work, he snaked everything from under the kitchen sink.

He was cheerful and friendly and polite throughout, and wore a mask (COVID times, you know) and was just a pleasure to deal with.  And, did I mention that he showed up in around an hour?

Steven did a really good job fixing our clogged bathtub and basin. Very prompt in responding to our enquiry, came by our place on time and reasonable pricing - what more can you ask for. Steven will be my go-to guy for any repairs or clogs. Keep up the good work.

I was lucky to call Eddie when he was nearby our house. He and his partner came by to unclog our kitchen drain. They were efficient and gave us reasonable pricing with a 6 month guaranty. And all this on a Sunday! You can't top that.

This is the third time we've done business with Crown plumbing and our second review. The second time they came they swapped out a sink fixture for us. This time we had a leak in the basement but couldn't find the source. We called them late on a Wednesday afternoon and they came out on Thursday morning. They quickly identified the source of the leak, which had to do with our refrigerator. They immediately got in touch with a person who could clean up the water in the basement. He arrived within the hour, undoubtedly saving us some major hassles. At the end of the day we had the appliance repaired by the company because it was under warranty, but Crown is always great. They know what they're doing, they show when they say they will, their rates are reasonable. They're a pleasure to work with and we have their number in our phones.  Five stars every time.

Khan and his team were awesome. They arrived wearing face masks and practiced social distancing to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Their pricing is very competitive. They did work and added features that others charged extra for. They did an excellent job and made sure they cleaned up before they left. I would contact them again for any plumbing needs.

Found water on the floor behind the washing machine and assumed that the line was clogged. Was able to have a service person come out right away who discovered that the pipe behind the wall was leaking. He replaced the leaking pipe quickly and recommended that I have the floor checked as well for water damage. Very happy with the excellent customer service, quick response to my request, knowledgeable and professional service person. Highly recommend.
