Giovanni and Nick came in and fixed an issue very quickly! They were both very kind, respectful, and explained everything. Even provided us with some recommendations for future improvements. 100% would call these guys back for any future problems. I highly recommend them for any issues! Overall they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced.

Our sink's water valves started leaking Thanksgiving week and by the time we noticed there was wood flooring damage happening so we needed help ASAP! EJ stepped up and within 12 hrs of me calling them, they were here (right on schedule) and had the leak fixed within an hour. They were professional, efficient and the price was fair. We absolutely recommend them!

If I could give 6, I would give them 6.  They showed up on time. Great rate.  Great communication, explaining everything in detail.  Very friendly.  Went above and beyond by helping with a small extra item.   He also checked out a few other issues.   We will definitely use them in the future.

Came 1 hr late than promised. Sent the pics clearly showing copper plumbing connected to galvanized and got the quote. The original quote was not honored w an excuse a brass nipple needed to be added and the quote did not include it without giving a new number.  Irresponsible! Tried to upsell a regulator at $600 w $300 part cost (I checked and it does not cost more than $100).

I am adding more after seeing owner's response. First of all, the additional work he talked about was conversion btw galvanized and copper. The person who came did not even talk about dielectric nipple but said the quote was for direct connection btw copper and galvanized. Excuse me? The owner later called and said he had intended the dielectric. I was not asking for an additional  scope but a necessity.  
I said BS TO MYSELF AFTER he turned his back around.  Again a complete lie that he had to leave due to my foul language. Be careful w these folks.
BTW,  another plumber came and fixed the valve within 30 mins and quoted $150 less for the same scope of work ($450 for complete section change but w brass nipples). You can again see these guys do not communicate all possible options, charge more, and are only interested in upselling things.

My garbage disposal suddenly stopped working and my kitchen sink was clogged. It was 6:30pm on a Monday, and I tried calling several places that said they were already closed. When I called Drain Rooter, Todd answered right away and was at my home within 1 hour. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient.  From the time I called him to completion of the job, was probably about 1.5 hrs at most. He was actually able to fix my disposal and save me some money as well. And his rates are very reasonable. I have posted his card in my kitchen so I know who to call any time I need an excellent plumber right away.

A few weeks later, I called Todd again when my garbage disposal finally stopped working for good. He sent a person (Tu) who arrived within 30 minutes. Tu replaced the garbage disposal and did an excellent job. From the time I called to replacement of my disposal probably took about 1 hour. I am very happy with their service, and will be the only plumbers I use in the future. They are very efficient, professional, and trustworthy!

Ujin showed up on time and worked very diligently to replace some rusted sections of the main water intake and outgoing irrigation piping that was in the front of our house.

This was a repair we knew had to be done eventually but we kept putting it off. Now that Ujin and United Plumbing got this taken care of, we can rest easier knowing that we won't have to worry about a sudden leak happening!

They were competitive and truly put in the effort to get this done right.

They charged me 350$ for a simple sprinkler installation which still has leaks that I wanted to get fixed. They were responsive and offered to do the job, but poor execution and super expensive.

Fast service and very good prices. Highly recommend him.
Another plumber was going to charge something insane when the fix was very simple.  He also got my pipes to stop knocking by fastening them down (which our builder should have done 20 years ago when they built the house)

We were really struggling with sewer problems and completely clogged sewage lines. Multiple plumbers couldn't easily detect what was going on. I got referral for Steven from a friend and he said he'll come clean it. No work no pay.

He came within 2 hours, ran snake and hydrolic cleaning and cleaned up once. He then ran a camera through the line and figured that a tree root had displaced the pipes beneath the tree. He asked me to get permission for property line clean out, and gave a very competitive quote.

He then came and did the entire thing (cutting the tree, digging 10ft hole, replacing pipes, and fixing the stuff) in a day. He followed up punctually with the inspectors and got inspection done in a few days and then covered the hole.

He also did a 2 way clean out next to our house for minimal charge.  

Steven was a savior in this dreadful situation. So thankful we found him. 5 stars to city of sewer.

Eddie is like so awesome and generous with his time. He goes above and beyond. He came out to fix a flapper that wasn't working well anymore in the toilet. And we ended up talking with him about plumbing issues on another property. He gave me good advice about calling the city to check on cleanouts. Then even when the city was unclear he offered to call them himself. Then when they were unclear, he offered to escalate this to the permit supervisor. He himself made two calls for me and spent time educating me on how all this works. In the end, Eddie got me some great news and saved me lots of money. I'm so thankful to have met Eddie. Don't go to any other plumber from now on. He's the one to have on your contact list.

2 bathrooms drain clogged. very responsive and reliable.  Kiet responded within 5 min and came out almost immediately to clear the clogged drains.  Very happy with his service!

Khan returned my call within minutes and was able to accommodate my limited schedule, scheduling for the next day.  He arrived 20 minutes early and within minutes he and Leo worked on a broken hose bib and an irrigation valve replacement,tested sprinklers and checked the meter to make sure leak issue was resolved.  They were done in less than an hour, and that included breaking up a patch of concrete.  Job site left spotless.

Both of these men were friendly and efficient, resolving my issues, answering my questions and quoting a fair price (even offered a discount that I missed by not accessing their website).

Within 24 hours Khan emailed a courteous inquiry regarding the repairs and letting me know he would be just as responsive in the future.

Initially came to solve a clogged figure 5 pipe. Upon request, went to inspect re-plumbing work done by another company 3 months earlier and correctly diagnosed two issues, one of which was causing an ongoing leak (loose vent cap). We had the other company come back and fix - which they did without protest and under warranty. We're grateful for Ed's guidance and appreciate his expertise! Drain Masters is my go-to company next time.

I've used Water Quality Plumbing a number of times....when I first bought my house they installed my new water softener and ran gas pipes for my new gas appliances.  Almost 5 years later I went out to bid on a whole house re-pipe, with re-circulating pump, and Water Quality's bid was competitive and since I knew their work, I chose to go with them.  It was easy to make adjustments to the bid, via email, and I was able to sign and email the estimate and schedule the work, via email and phone.  Their front office staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave me all the info I needed to prep for their crew to be in my house for almost five days.  And their plumbers were great!  First, so friendly, careful and thoughtful...treated my home with care and the fact that I work from home, they were sensitive to me being on the phone, etc.  Their work was stellar!  They were on time every day and left my house as clean as they found it.  Their sheetrocker was also amazing and fixed up all my walls - in the house and the garage.  I would recommend Water Quality to anyone.  And by the way, my instant hot water and re-pipe are fabulous!
