I can't even begin to express my gratitude towards Sam & Jovar.

Backstory: garbage disposal was back flowing into our bathtub. Gross... definitely knew something was up when we saw carrots come up out of our bathtub drain.

When Sam arrived, shoe covers were offered to them because... well, in case you did not know... I'm Asian and am a subscriber of taking your shoes off prior to entering a house :P They did not use the shoe covers because they took their shoes off! After a quick diagnosis, they removed the U bend pipe under the kitchen sink and ran a snake. There was a lot of praying going on when they ran it through as they had a 50 ft snake, and if the snake did not reach the clog, we'd need to find someone with a 75 ft snake. Anyways, THANKFULLY it reached and pulled out crud that resembled Samara's hair (from the Ring) that was covered with black gunk.

Sam advised us on how to avoid future clogs and also told us that our drain pipes were copper (we're on the 3rd floor) and gave us some specs on the pipes. They're smaller in diameter and can therefore make sharper and quicker turns. :)

We had a leaky pair shower faucets. I called EJ Plumbing yesterday based on Yelp reviews.  I spoke to lady by the name of Patty, who scheduled my job for today at 11:00 AM with the standard 2-hour window. I had to be out during the service, but my wife dealt with the service man, and she could not say enough about his professionalism, thoroughness, and courtesy. t. The  charge for the service was quite reasonable. Since I was not here, I can't tell the name of the service person, and I could not read his name on receipt. But what really matters was how well he did the job, the professional way they deal with customers from the start. EJ Plumbing well and truly deserve the 5* rating. Most assuredly, they will get my future business.

Trieu's work is excellent. He replaced our old toilet quickly, recommending the perfect one for our bathroom. He's professional and friendly. He was also nice enough to come back and install a hose bidet for us as part of the original quote when we realized a few weeks later that it would be difficult for us to install it on our own, as we had planned. The new toilet and bidet make such a big difference in our old bathroom!

Ok. We called him this afternoon and he came by this afternoon to clear our kitchen stoppage. Diagnosed. So quick. Super nice. Best plumbing experience ever.

Facts: needed a kitchen sink disposal unit fixed. I got the equipment. And technician came and fixed it. Was prompt. Was professional. Took about a hour and a half. The service cost was $395.
Opinion: pleased with the service, but not with the cost. I would have expected less than $200 for an hour and a half service.  As i understand it, the charge may not be by hour, but by type of cost.

My hot water heater needed some parts replaced and after trying to replace it ourselves and failing, we called Joe late in the day. He made it out the next morning, finished the replacement in less than half an hour, and checked everything thoroughly. I'm impressed with his honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Great, print service to Los Gatos, efficient, easy to understand, fair rates, service exceptional professional, good company.

Do not use, sham! 250$ just to run camera and use a snake with cutter one single time. Tried upselling and hide costs non stop. Kept changing story saying something was clogged then not clogged then clog was somewhere else when we saw it ourselves with camera. Also lied to us on what could be used or could be done after we got 2 other opinions, one of them being City of San Jose. If you're located here, call city of San Jose first!

I recently purchased a home that came with many plumbing issues, not to mention other issues. Steve responds quickly and is very professional and knowledgeable. He has been out to my home multiple times, even when we had an emergency sewage backup. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing issues. Don't be fooled by big company names like Roto Rooter, etc. Steve is more knowledgeable and honest. Thank you for everything!

Excellent business ! Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called Ed at the number and left message. Ed got back in a couple of hours (it was a Sunday). We scheduled work. Simon (another plumber who works for the business) showed up exactly on time. Did the work quickly, efficiently, at a reasonable price. These guys will be my go-to plumbers in the future. (The only downside is that it looks like they tend to be very busy, so might be hard to get same day appointments).

I want to thank the Safety Plumbing services specially from Edris and Mesbah both of them are very nice, friendly, hardworking and generous guys. They came on time and fixed the main water leaks outside of my house. The rate was reasonable and very fair than any other plumbing services. I definitely call them again.

I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was awesome. So friendly, nice, honest and just over all represented his company extremely well. Came at a good time for me and showed me exactly what the problem was with my bathroom sink. Came in the morning to give a free estimate and even let me choose whether or not I wanted a second estimate before he returned later to do the job.  I went with you guys though and I'm glad I did. He was in and out in a hour! I've been told many time pedestal sink are a pain in the butt, so thank you for fixing mine !! :)

Having just remodeled our kitchen and switched from a single sink to a double sink, we needed a new drain config. under the sink.  My husband didn't feel like the back and forth to Home Depot and multiple hours it probably would have taken him and we knew a professional could probably do it within an hour.  We called another company to come out and give us a quote (we were willing to spend $200), they wanted almost $300!  Then we called Drain Masters.  We were given a time slot and told we would be called when he was on his way, he called early and got there right on time.  It took him about 40 min and we ended up needing a few extra parts, but the total still only came out to $190.  The plumber was friendly and professional, we will definitely call them again if we need any plumbing help.

Thanks to Frank, he saved our day! We had a leak in our garage and after calling he was here and had figured out the problem within 30 minutes! He was friendly and asked if there was anything else he could look at! Definitely highly recommended! Be sure to ask for Frank :)

Great service! Definitely would come back with any of my plumbing issues. Very nice and were very effective with the job.

Had the parents over for Thanksgiving and the toilets back up. Not fun. Vic was able to come within 45 minutes, snake the drain all the way to the street and knock out the clog.  Best pricing I found and very responsive.  Vic is also pleasure to work with and gave what I thought was very helpful and honest advice on some other work I was considering.  I'm new to the South Bay, but I've already found my go-to plumber.

called him on monday at 4:PM he said he could come by on Tues between 7:30 and 8:00 AM this morning he was here at 7:30 looked at our problem and had it cleared by 8:00 AM no upsale just fact our main drain had build up because never cleaned I now have his name and # in my contact's would highley recommend him thank you Santos for your prompt work and honesty

Today I had no hot water and reached out to Wizard Plumbing.  They scheduled a same day appointment and, Kyle, came out to have a look.  He discovered that the pilot light was out and relit it.  He was super friendly and professional.  He also showed up early which I appreciated.  

I worked with Wizard a little over a year ago on a complex plumbing project at my home.  They were amazing throughout the process - great communication, skill, professionalism.  They're my go to people for all things plumbing related.  Can't recommend them highly enough!

Our washing machine drain was overflowing. Called up Bueno plumbing. The owner Kevin Bueno himself came and checked crawl space and informed me that the pipes were all plastic and probably new and did not need replacement (liked the honesty and no upsell). Decided that the drain only needed rooting. Would recommend them. Only hitch was they were not at the scheduled time and I had to call their office.  But they were prompt after that.
