These two gentlemen are solid.  I had a clogged toilet, and the plunger didn't work.  They came out on the same day of the call and tried to auger (snake) the obstruction, but that didn't work.  This suggested a potentially more complicated situation.  Giovani and Sam ran through the list of possibilities in a very systematic and understandable way, and they took the time to explain things to me.  Ultimately, they solved the problem (in very little time) and only charged me a very reasonable service fee, rather than the larger fee that they had initially quoted.

They do great work and are very friendly. I would use them again!

I've used these guys a couple of times in the last couple of years. This time I needed a new main water line. They were fast and efficient and I highly recommend them.

Trieu and his brother were a godsend. They fixed our drain problem which the other plumbers hired by home warranty couldn't fix. We called Trieu later during the week and he fit us in over the weekend even with his busy schedule. Trieu came over promptly on time and even though unclogging our kitchen sink was quiet a feat with the clog all the way at the bottom of our 3-story unit, they handled the job with care and diligence. It goes without saying I'll be hiring Trieu and his crew again for all of our plumbing needs. There's a good reason they have so many happy customers and 5-star reviews on Yelp. You will be glad you hired them.

My kitchen sink has been backing up and slow draining for a week.  I texted Michael via Yelp and he was able to swing by this evening to unclog my kitchen sink.  He was prompt, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable.  Best of all, he was very responsive initially when I contacted him.  No canned responses and no robots answering my requests.  5 stars from this satisfied customer.

Rapid response time and excellent support. Daniel's team installed a kitchen faucet, which became dislodged a couple weeks after installation. I assumed an improper installation, so they came out to have a look. After removing the faucet, they found a broken piece that needed replacement. I called the manufacturer to send out a replacement, and Daniel came out for a third time to reinstall the faucet at no charge!

I was very impressed by the service, considering the damage was not their fault. New faucets are using more and more plastic pieces for cost saving, and they are not as durable as the older models. Thanks, Daniel!

We came home with our main sewage line clogged and spewing all over our lawn. I was so embarrassed to call someone but knew I had to get a professional in. Steve came first thing in the morning and cleared our problem and was absolutely amazing. He told me the reason for the clog (tree roots) and guided me on the best way to fix our problem in the future. Will definitely be keeping him as our plumber and will be using him in the future once we're ready to change out our drain pipes. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out on this emergency!

The technician came in with a mask and shoe covers, quickly did an estimate, explained it to me, and respectfully let me review it in peace as I decided what services I wanted to actually do - no sales pressure tactics or long speeches or anything. (FYI to other customers, you pay by check- not by credit card)

Very quick response, called in morning and arrived to fix clogged pipe within a few hours. Very efficient, great work, got everything working in a timely manner. Very reasonable as well, will not hesitate to call again in the future.

Posting this review close to 2 months after service. We got leakage in Main Water Supply near the Meter when we were Out on Vacation. Edward was responsive and helped us to get this issue fixed coordinating on phone. Reliable and Trustable.

We had 2 failed attempts from another company to clear a backup in the shower, toilets and bathrooms. The other company said no more warranty on their work even though their second cabling caused a backup again within one hour of leaving then they didn't return my call.

Santos of Go-Mez Sewer and Drain came out and used his camera to check the sewer lines outside and confirmed there were blockages in the side clean out and front sewer line. (Other company wanted $399 for a camera look but Santos looked with a camera which was included with the clean out cost). He cabeled it multiple times and got out a root from the side clean out which the other company never got anything out. Santos then found the front backing up and cabeled it multiple times to clear tree roots. One charge to clear the two locations outside.

The shower was still backing up so he came inside and cleared that too which he said he charged half for that clean out since he was already there. The total cost to clear the 3 blockages was less than what we paid the other company to not even clear one location. (The other company didn't think any location was blocked except the one at the side of the house).

5 stars for Santos and Go-Mez Sewer and Drain. I'd recommend them and use him again.
