Giovanni is simply awesome.

I got in touch with Giovanni on phone after reading all the positive yelp reviews and described him the issue I had with my two showers dripping.  He advised me to call the manufacturer (Delta) to get the replacement parts which other plumbers I had contacted did not mention.  

Giovanni was always responsive to my texts and calls, especially when Delta was being very hard to deal with.   I was finally able to get the cartridge adapter from Delta and he came over on time to replace them.  He was very mindful of not ringing the bell because my baby had just fallen asleep :p. He was very thorough and showed me where the main water line is in case there is an emergency and I need to turn it off.  

He also fixed the washing machine hot and cold connectors for me and was very nice to look around other plumbing issues around the house and quote me possible solutions for them.

I will definitely be reaching out to him for future plumbing work.

After many years of ancient sewer lines that were infiltrated with tree roots, we finally decided to replace the line.  Upon getting 3 widely different quotes, I came to yelp for help, EJ Plumbing had glowing reviews and I had them come out to bid the job.
Manny came out with a competitive bid but I felt not only did he know what he was doing but also the man had integrity.
They came out and did exactly what was promised, his crew was hard working, very open to answering all my questions and finished the job at the price that was quoted in the time frame he described.
I am extremely happy with the service and I can recommend this company with a 5 star rating.

When you need a plumber, call Handy Rooter & Plumbing first.  You will be glad that you did.  I recently needed my A. O. Smith water heater repaired.  After chatting with various plumbers through Yelp, I came to the conclusion that I would be better off replacing my water heater.  Trieu is the owner of Handy Rooter & Plumbing and he gave me a great quote for the brand of water heater that I wanted, which was Bradford White.  His quote was based on the normal work required to replace an easily accessible water heater located in the garage.  He requested a picture of my water heater.  From the picture that I sent him, he could tell that it might take more work and material than a normal water heater replacement.  He did not increase his quote.  When he got to my home and saw the water heater, he saw that it would involve even more work than indicated by the picture.  I should have provided him multiple pictures of the water heater from different angles.  He did an excellent job replacing not just the water heater but also the supply lines and straps holding the water heater in place.  His goal is to do a quality job.  Even though the job toke much longer than a normal water heater replacement, he did not charge me for the additional time.  He charged me his original quote.

Had a huge problem with the old pipes in our home getting backed up which clogged numerous sections of the home. I originally called another plumber who mentioned that he would need a few days before he could even stop by the home. I knew that would not accommodate my schedule so I called David pretty early the next day around 7AM and he was at my place within a short couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and snaked all of the pipes in the home which successfully cleared the clog up in all of the sinks, toilets and showers that were connected. Currently they all function better than ever before! He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and definitely delivered an awesome experience. And he even helped me put my new interior door back on the hinges. Awesome guy, great experience, I couldn't have asked for a better job 5 stars!

I am so glad we found Handy Plumbing Man! We had a clogged pipe, and they sent Marco (the owner) out to our house within an hour. He did a quick fix and diagnosed a larger problem that we will be hiring him to fix. They are a family-run business with very reasonable prices. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable plumber!

I had Joe come and looked at our leaking water heater since other plumber tried to charge us $450 for warranty replacement. Joe confirmed that there is no leaking and leave us peace of mind.

Local Local Plumbing is five stars. We had a total back up of our plumbing, we had someone come out to snake the main clean out with no success. Steve from Local Local Plumbing responded to my Yelp inquiry within mins and was at my house in less then a hour. He was able to hydrojet our line, after a lot of hard work and having to go over 100 ft in. We finally figured out, with the help of his camera, it is a problem with roots blocking our pipes. He suggested we install a city clean out and gave us a quote to install it.
I will definitely use Local Local Plumbing again!

I've called Ed on several occasions to help fix different items and he's never disappointed.  He's quick, thorough and honestly, honest.  He was very upfront about what's needed and cost, and I trust his word as his honor.  

It's been about a year since he's been to fix anything and everything he's fixed is working nominally.  Most recently I've a water hose that won't come off, help Ed HELP!

Efficient, quick, quality, reliable, friendly, professional and neat are words that come to mind when I share my experience with AAA. I've been working with plenty of contractors and these guys GET IT DONE FAST WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY! Most contractors just want to do the absolute minimal work and move on to their next job, but Khan and Leo are different... they go ABOVE AND BEYOND on making sure my family and I are satisfied and taken cared of. Not only did they clean up after their work, they also OFFERED to help recycle some moving boxes that I had in my garage! That's the nicest gesture any contractor has ever offered! My family and I just moved into our house about a week ago and AAA was willing to come out on a Sunday to help us out. If you're looking for a plumber, Khan and his guys at AAA should be your first choice!

Just like everyone else...  They showed up bang on time...  They fixed the problem (snaked the lines & capped a pipe all at a reasonable price.   We'll definitely use them again.

We had a plumbing crisis 2 on December 23 with all our family visiting. Phil and Isaac came out that day and fixed it, and saved our Christmas. The office staff was also very helpful in discussing the problem with us.

Very responsive, fair price and when I needed them to come look at something else that could've been related to my initial issue, helped me discover the issue and told me all my options. Definitely, they are going to be my go to plumbers for my old Craftsman house.

Wizard Plumbing and Drain has become our go-to plumber.  They fixed some sewer line issues we were having last year, and then recently we experienced leaking valves/hose bib connectors on the exterior of our house.  Gregg Dolling came out to take a look on a Monday, and he was able to come back the next day with all the parts and complete the project quickly.  He came in on budget.  He was also extremely friendly and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand.  Super polite and professional.

I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal.   They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it.   When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80.  The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself.  I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business.  (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE:  The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone.  After I called back on a second time n noting the satisfaction guaranteed statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund.  He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

Called Anthony on Saturday morning, family in town. We've got a backup. Happens every 4 years from tree roots and the like invading our pipes. You just never know when. Well, he was my fifth call b/c other plumbers either weren't working on Saturday or they weren't picking up (probably b/c they were working, in their defense). He was highly professional and said he'd be here in 45 minutes.

He was here in 45 minutes. That's a good start. Then he got right to assessing the issue and pulled the gear from his truck and got right into it. Very pleasant guy. Working, working, testing, working, working until it was done. I was watching the whole time (b/c I just like to learn) and he was very efficient.

At the end, after pulling a bunch of debris from the pipes, we were clear, and tested clear. Then he snaked the camera down there and we both checked it out. All clear. A fair price, quick to work, courteous, professional and efficient. I like all of that. I'm using him next time!

UDPATE:
Well, long after Anthony had come by for our Saturday emergency clean out, our shower drain was backing up again. Our daughter has long hair and that is frequently the culprit, so I called Anthony out to look over everything again to see if it was the hair or something else.

Well, we scheduled and he met my wife promptly at the arranged time (during the day so i could not be there). He ran every bit of water in the house and found a slight backup in our tub as suspected. Turns out the slowdown was mostly due to an ancient drain stopper on our tub (you know, that switch doohickey you pull up or push down to open/close the drain). Well, he took that out and suddenly it drained fine. He Still did a snaking through that drain to get any stray hairs.

And you know what that crazy SOB did? Didn't charge us a dime! He just said, no charge on this - but call me next time you have a serious problem. What a stud! He is our plumber for life, now.

5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.
