Perfect Service: $150, as promised, quickly done, Drain cleared.  Though scheduled for Thursday, called Wednesday as they had a cancellation and were able to do the job a day earlier.  Definitely recommend.

Had water leaking through a recessed light from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. Called Local Rooter & Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon and they came over within an hour. Tai was  upfront that they would have to cut into the ceiling to diagnose the issue and with what the fee would be. He offered a discount if they did the work after the diagnostic. After agreeing, they quickly found the issue and quoted a reasonable price to get the pipe replaced from the overflow drain of the bathtub. They had everything taken care of within a few hours and even fixed a leak in my bathroom sink for me while the were waiting for one of the guys to get back with a part. Tai also hooked me up with someone to repair the drywall and paint at a reasonable rate. Overall, very happy with the experience and how quickly they were able to provide the service. My water heater went out leaving us with no hot water. I called this morning and Joe came out within an hour. He was very friendly and his price was fair. He replaced the water heater with a brand new one within a couple of hours. Work was very clean and I am very happy with his service. Would use them again and would definitely recommend.

I had a  Insinkerator Badger 5 1/2 HP Heavy Duty Motor garbage disposal that no longer worked -  it just hummed. I have manually cleaned it out and started it with the fix it tools but that no longer worked. All sink connections were good so I just needed to replace garbage disposal with same model that I purchased at Dale Hardware in Fremont, Ca. Also, my wife was freaking out without garbage disposal so getting it replaced ASAP was important, along with overall cost to perform the job.
I posted a bid for Pros and we selected Integrity Plumbing and Drain Services to do the job. I was impressed by their website which pictured
so many complex jobs they had completed. We were impressed by their quick response, their availability to come early Monday morning and reasonable price.
We were contacted by plumber Marlon Gomez. He arrived early as promised. He was very conscientious in following COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. He was very professional, personable, courteous and kept me informed of what he was doing. He even made a special trip to Home Depot to obtain electrical connections not included with my purchased garbage disposal. What a relief . He removed old disposal, completed installing new disposal and cleaned everything up. He even gave me advice on a leak outside my home. Tremendous job performed by Marlon. Always Rescue Plumbing relocated the gas line behind my stove.  Daniel responded quickly to my quote request and to all my follow up questions.  He gave me an estimate quickly and got me on the schedule the next day.   Hugo performed the work and was excellent.  He reviewed the work and what I needed and cleaned the work area when he completed the job.   The final result looks great and the location is perfect.  I would definitely recommend ARP.

I reached out to Local Local Plumbing today via text.  Steve responded almost immediately.  I explained my project and asked if he was interested.  He answered yes and indicated he could be out within the hour to give me a quote.  Steve arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable quote.  When I asked him when he could do it, he said how about now as it was only a 1hr job.  I said, sure.  He got right to work.  He completed the work within an hour and did a good job.  I will be calling Steve back for my next job.

Professional and fast response. Dredged the clogged sewer and the price is good.

Picked up his phone right away on a Monday night at 9:15 and fit me in the next morning. He arrived on time. Ed literally saved us thousands! We got the snake stuck in pipes trying to unplug a drain went too far and it was stuck I mean STUCK! We tried for hours to pull it out and nothing! We were looking at possibly cutting pipes and drywall to get it out! He came and worked and worked and got it out! He was incredibly reasonable and informative. Would recommend him without hesitation and have finally found a skilled honest plumber.

Overpriced and would not recommend.  Here is my experience:
Had them come out to snake a slow moving drain through the back clean-out around a year ago ($275).  They said it didn't look like roots or other items, just a regular clog.

4-5 months later water slows again, bring them out another time.  I asked them when scheduling to do more diagnostics to see if its roots, etc.  Guy was supposed to call when he came by to discuss what he is seeing.  He just showed up, snaked, & left without calling.  I am the owner and dont live in the area.  I just get a text that job is done now pay $275 again.

6 or so months after that, slow drain again.  I say I want a camera/diagnostics to see what is going on.  They say they have to hydrojet the line first and then will camera, which is $750.  Seems expensive but say fine.  They show up and say there is something wrong with my cleanout and I need a new cleanout, which is an additional $1,400.  Total is now $2,050.  

In a timing bind so I go along with it.  They start digging out the cleanout area, etc.  Later after the job is done they call and say that a new cleanout wasnt needed, once they dug it out (maybe 3x4x2 ft hole) they could figure out how to get the pressure hose in.  I would just need to pay for the 1 hr of digging.  Seemed reasonable at first glance.  

End result: dug around the back cleanout that was only 2 ft deep, hydroflushed the line, camera'd.  Price $750 + $450 to dig the hole (and not filling it back in), so $1,200.   Pretty steap for digging a hole.  This is all on security cameras and was for 3 hours worth of work, including setup & cleanup.  Their day also included a 2.25 hr lunch, another hour where they packed up and left then came back, etc.  

Then their assessment was that my main sewer line is bad and needs replacement.  They give me a quote for that which was $18,000.  Complained about the $1,200 and they said too bad, workers were there for 6 hrs.  Maybe they didnt think I could see that only half that was actually working?  So $400 per hour, including digging a hole.  

Afterwards got work done from other licensed, insured, 5st yelp plumbers and did the following:
- replace sewer main for $6k including permits (Crown quote $18k)
- replace/improve back cleanout for $400.  (Crown quote $1,400)
- Hydrojetting quoted at two other places for $300-$400.  (Crown $750).

My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

Installed a city cleanout for me and handled all the paperwork with the city. Fast and easy.

Our hot water heater went out over the weekend. I called to have AAA come out to look at it and was told they could be out in two hours. I was very happy with that and went to the gym thinking I would be home before they got there. Imagine my surprise when I got home and saw that they had already started the work. Wow! They were very busy and managed to squeeze us in early.
Their work was excellent and it looks like we have found a go-to plumber. I would highly recommend them!

My mother had a sewer problem and looked in the yellow pages and called Go Go Rooter. They totally ripped her off charging her 750 and couldn't get through said it would cost additonal 5000 to unclog it and add a sewer clean out. My brother called Drain masters they came out and in 15 min uncloged it told her she already had a sewer clean out and only charged her 125. Way to to Drain Master!! Thank you so much!!
