Attended by the owner himself. Went on extra mile to make sure our water pipe is fixed so we can have water in the house. Took the time to explain the details why the pipes got busted. Timely arrival and highly recommended. You can't go wrong with them. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Ceasar Gama  was there thirty minutes after I attached  a metal screw into a fancy water heater supply line. I was so stressed out, he was under the home, out on street turning water main off and soft sorter ing new supply lines in a very short time . Pricing is reasonable , so I was not horrified. Good price. He had me feeling at ease immediately. Two hours, done.ask for him his awesome.ceasar, thanks for saving the day.

Trieu's work is excellent. He replaced our old toilet quickly, recommending the perfect one for our bathroom. He's professional and friendly. He was also nice enough to come back and install a hose bidet for us as part of the original quote when we realized a few weeks later that it would be difficult for us to install it on our own, as we had planned. The new toilet and bidet make such a big difference in our old bathroom!

I needed a garbage disposal unit replaced ASAP because it started leaking last night and Michael responded immediately from my call today and came out to my house within 3 hours. He had the product with him to replace and actually did it under cost within an hour. He is extremely honest, professional and courteous and I will never work with another plumber again (because I've had some bad experiences) except for Michael at Affordable Plumbing. Couldn't recommend him more. And my dog Turks loved him too!

I made a Yelp account just to review these guys. Our sewage started backing up at around 10PM and I called a bunch of plumbers who claimed to be open that late at night. Duy and his team were literally the only plumbers who responded and were willing to come out to our place at that hour. They arrived around midnight and worked until almost 2am trying to clear the leak with their hydro-jet, but ultimately couldn't do it due to the construction of the pipes on the roof and the lack of a clean out entry. Before they started, Duy was totally upfront about the total cost quote for what they would be doing (which seemed pretty reasonable), and that the cost would be job based, not hourly based. Since they were unable to clear the blockage that night, Duy actually didn't charge me for his time that night. He explained to me that, if I wanted to clear this, they could install a cleanout entry into my sewage system for me and the future advantages of this system. Again, he quoted me a total price for installing the cleanout, and since it seemed reasonable, I decided to go with his this offer. His team came back the next morning and installed the clean out in the yard while I was at work. In the evening, after I got back, his team came back to clear the blockage with their hydro-jetting system and this time it worked as they said it would. They even put down a camera into the sewage system to show me where the blockage was (tree roots) and to discuss the long term ramifications of our old sewage system. I should also note that during the initial hydro-jetting attempt, some of the jet water leaked through the wax seal on one of our toilets into the bathroom floor. Duy and his team helped clean this up and later came back to reseat the toilet on a new wax seal without charge!

Overall, Duy and his team were really great to work with. They were very knowledgable about their craft, dedicated to getting the job done right, and honest in their pricing. I would definitely call them again if I need help with further plumbing issues.

Paul and Todd were awesome!  Arrived within an hour after calling to fix a main sewage line clog and it was fixed within 20 minutes.  Super friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable :)

Late Friday afternoon my parent's water heater broke.  It caused them some concern and then I did some research on a company that could come as soon as possible.  Joe answered the call with kindness and care.  Joe and his crew were on time and professional.  After they finished at my parents house we asked them to take at our shower.  Joe was able to diagnosis and repair our shower at a fair price.  Joe knows plumbing and being an exceptionally nice and genuine person makes him an exceptional business person.  J&K Plumbing will now have a permanent place in my contact list for any future plumbing needs we may have.  Bless you, Joe.

Really responsive and professional!  I had a garbage disposal that I thought needed to be installed but they instead diagnosed the one. I had fixed a few problems with it and now things are working great.

They changed the main line and also drain under our house . We also got heater replaced and softener and under sink RO installed

Steve, was amazing giving a small window when he would arrive and being on time. Once he got here he educated me on what could go wrong and what he was doing as he was doing it. Everything went perfect and I can't thank him enough for giving our house back the use of our toilets :).  Would definitely use again in the future!!

These guys were professional, honest and timely. They worked around our schedule and got our sink drained and line cleared quickly.  No fuss and no last minute up charge. I'd even recommend them to my mother.

Eddy helped us solve our plumbing issue when we were renting a house in Mountain view. We had an issue with the toilet bubbling when we flushed and Eddy knew that our sewage was backing into our house soon. He also discovered the root of the issue which was that the pipe was broken all the way in the street where it connected to the city sewage. He helped us with the pieces he could do ASAP, and even let us know once we got a city clean out installed by his team, the city would fix the pipe issue under the street for free. Once we bought a house, we realized we needed a new water heater and Eddy and his team installed a new one for us that week. I also had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and called Eddy about it. He walked me through the problem and how to solve it over the phone in 5 minutes. Eddy is so great, we will always use him and his team for any plumbing issues. Which hopefully there are no more of. :)

I had Crown Plumbing out for a shower clog. They communicated well, they were professional, they were on time. Victor Flores was the plumber who arrived. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and was wearing a mask (this was during Covid-19 Delta wave). He was quick, knew what he was doing, and left my shower cleaner than he found it. By a lot. Which I wasn't expecting. :) I would happily call these folks again.

Called them twice and both time they were very professional and helpful, and provided all the possibilities and recommendations I needed for the job to be done well. Their work was super clean and high quality. I didn't have to clear the area after them. I positively recommend them for anyone who needs help with plumbing.

My water heater went out last night.  Called Khan, as I completely trust not only his expertise, but his honesty.  He and his team came out today.  They had the job done in a couple of hours.  I've got hot water again!  Thank you Khan!  You and your staff deserve 10 stars if it was possible on Yelp!  Great customer service!

Came out same day I called to get our septic snaked. He did a great job, was done right the first time.

I originally found Water Quality Plumbing through Angie's List. They have taken care of everything from hooking up the water line for my fridge, to fixing calcium deposit issues in my shower. They bend over backward to work within my schedule constraints and show up when promised. Every person they have sent out has always offered extra helpful information as to how I might fix and issue by myself. For example, CLR to clean out shower heads. In each visit they took special care not to damage the surrounding areas of the work. In the shower, they moved towels and rugs so they wouldn't get dirty. For the fridge, they put down plastic mats not to damage/scratch the wood laminate flooring. Unfortunately for weekend and after hours, they charge time and a half. However, they do offer discounts for Angie's List members, a great deal. I was happy to find out the do external plumbing as well, and look forward to hiring them to do my backyard sprinkler system.
