Best Water Heater Installation in San Jose CA

These guys are, hands down, the best plumbers I've even had. Not only are they fast and competent, but they are extremely honest. I almost accidentally overpaid them and they could have easily gotten away with it if they had wanted to but they were quick to tell me that I was doing so. Amazing! I'm so used to getting ripped off by repairmen that it's wonderful to meet a pair with such integrity. They will always have my business.

I called EJ Plumbing this morning because my lawn was flooding. They arrived within 2 hours of me calling and were able to figure out the problem in 5 minutes. I used them 10 years ago to install our tankless water heater and was also super impressed with their service. They will always be my go to Plumber!

Trieu and his crew are great.  Texted pictures about the job and he gave me an estimate and a day/time that he can work on it.  Very easy to work with.  Estimate was reasonable and spot on...  no surprises after it was completed.  Work was done well too.  Will use Trieu for future jobs.  Thanks!

Oh my goodness! If you're reading Yelp reviews contemplating which plumber to go with, always go with Todd! We had a sewage backup on a Sunday morning. I requested a quote from Yelp with Drain Rooter Service and received a reply with a reasonable quote quite promptly. Long story short, Todd went above and beyond with service! Running the snake through the line from inside the house wasn't enough, so he brought the camera out to find the problem, and mapped out where the sewer pipe ran through the front of the house. Then he cleared out the line from the outside. Anyway, with all the work he did (and a lot of great advice with what we could do ourselves to save money and headache), he ended up just charging us the original quote! He is beyond honest! Any other plumber would have charged us for every item and justly so. I know I will be getting in touch with Todd for our plumbing needs and strongly recommend his service! You won't regret it!

Marvin did an excellent job with a refrigerator water line install. I was impressed that he was the only plumber who both came out for a estimate, and crawled into the crawl space to look at the piping before he gave an estimate. The estimate was a very good price as well.

The job was completed on the scheduled day, and Marvin stayed until I could verify that the refrigerator water was working. I'll definitely call for Marvin again!

Our water heater unfortunately stopped working most likely because it's so old we had to get it repaired.  I was out of town and I had to find someone who can help fix it.  I'm glad I found City Of Sewer.  Thank you guys for saving the day!  Finally warm water again

Eddie is amazing and honest!  I called for some assistance and unfortunately wasn't able to help me, but said he would help me tomorrow if I can't get it resolved.

Our plumber and one of his plumbing contractors (Giovanni)  tried ran a snake from the back of my house to the main sewer line (from my sewer to the street is 135 ft). After spending ours in trying to clear the line, our plumber Giovanni called Crown Plumbing to do a 2 hour Hydro flush. The initial hydro flush yielded poor results. They took out their own automated snake and went about 125 ft. And, they stuck their own camera down the drain. Still tough going. I paid for an additional 2 hours of hydro flush this time with hot water. During the next hour and 15 minutes, Moises Contreras of Crown Plumbing and Luis continued  flushing a lot of water down my drain, a lot of oil and other raw sewage backed up from my newly constructed clean out and filled my back yard.  I asked Moises is the clog cleared up? He replied that the clog is broken but not yet cleared. Looking frustrated his said let's go out to the street. Our sewer line runs across my neighbor's property on the side of our respective house. Moises and his associate then opened up the 2 manholes where my sewer line was in between these 2 manholes. He told me something is wrong because he didn't see any water down the primary sewer line. He then took our his camera and conducted a visual inspection of the sewer line. Moises concluded that there wasn't a tap or a connection  between my sewer line and the City's primary line. This is the reason why my sewer was backing up into my 3 bathroom, shower/tub/toilets. Moises suggested contacted the City of San Jose and asking them for a visual inspection to confirm or disaffirm his findings.

Armed with this information, I started a 2 week dialogue with the City of San Jose which resulted in the City of San Jose agreeing to a visual inspection and eventually concluding that my line simply wasn't connected with the City's primary line. This error occurred when the City replaced the primary line during the late spring, 2022.

Ultimately, fixing my sewer was a result of Moises and Crown Plumbing ascertaining the real problem and their dedication to provide a best in class service. I wholeheartedly endorse Crown Plumbing for your plumping needs.

My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

Had a backed-up pipes (it was overflowing, gross) and found them on Yelp.  They came when they said they would (in 90 mins) and cleared up the pipes in an hour.  They wore shoe covers, were professional and got the job done with a 60 day warranty.  Reasonable price - $125 to unclog the drain.  Exactly what I was looking for and will definately use them again.

I had a bad feeling about my slow drains and cement slab foundation... My first experience with them and I was very very impressed. In a short period of time, the problem was identified, some piping into the wall was changed and the slowness was gone... There is no question that they are my new plumbing solution. oh, btw, on time, equipped (no running to ACE for stuff) and very courteous.

Update 2/17/16: I had an emergency in the afternoon when a valve for the hot water in my shower broke necessitating turning the water off for my house and waiting. They were prompt and quickly fixed the problem - with remaining time he snaked the shower drain even. Amazing.
