Came out on pretty short notice to take care of a drain that had all-but-stopped.  Gave some peace of mind that I probably didn't cause it, augured the pipe, and gave helpful tips to keep it from happening in the future.  Cool dude and would call again

I contacted them via email and they replied me same day  even it was a Sunday. Vince and Tim came right next day after talked to them on the phone. They found out other  problems I did not think (other plumber did not noticed either). They fixed all of the problems neatly in short time. I had an opportunity to work with United Plumbing a few times in November. I found them to be reliable and honest.

We hired them to do camera inspection of our sewage pipe all the way to the street. They performed the inspection and shared their findings. I was very impressed by their honesty because they did not try to create work for themselves. They told me that the pipe was in good condition and does not need to be replaced or repaired.

I also called them to replace tub drain overflow valve because it was leaking. It was replaced properly but it surfaced an issue in the other bathroom, which was discovered after they left. I contacted them and their technician came back couple of days later and took care of it.

I liked their professionalism and they are my go-to plumber now.

Had sluggish draining that was getting progressively worse. Contacted Khan to see if he could come by and take a look. He was super responsive and was able to come by next day. I explained the situation to him and he knew exactly where to look.

I will always call Khan for any plumbing issues because him and his team are super efficient and their prices are very reasonable. They will tell you like it is and never try to up-sell or overcharge. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Two for two.  Ed responded to my call and came the next morning to fix a leaky shower valve. It's been several years since I've seen him, but he is still the honest, professional, and above all competent contractor.  My shower was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and he even adjusted the psi from my outside sprinklers as a precaution.  His price is fair & competitive, so I tipped him - because he is worth it.  They don't make many good contractors like this any more.  He's like some best kept secret that I still want to keep.  Ok, Yelp.  This is me giving back to you since you helped me find him in the first place.

We are frequent customers of Water Quality Plumbing given we own several investment properties. We've worked with other plumbing companies in the past but Water Quality provides the best service. We always request Phil. He is polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nobody does a better job!

Our toilet was leaking from the base. Vic replaced the wax gasket in less than an hour and fixed the leak. He was professional and courteous.

Especially important to us because we have an immunocompromised household member, Vic wore a mask the entire time, is vaccinated, and was happy to take a COVID test (negative result).

This is the second time calling Vic, and we highly recommend him.

We had a toilet that kept running. My husband tried to fix it, but it wasn't working. We turned off the water to that toilet and called Santos. He came by within a couple of hours of my reaching out. Turned out the water was just too high in the tank (no idea how that happened on it's own). But Santos showed me how to lower it...flushed it a few times and we were good. He didn't charge me for the visit and did it with a smile. I continue to be impressed by Gomez Plumbing. I'll be calling you again next time I need a plumber. Thank you Santos! I am so happy we found Bueno Pluming as we were desperate to replace the toilet in our master bedroom. We got stood and strung along by another plumber for two weeks and I was getting very frustrated. So I called Bueno and they agreed to come the next day between 8-11am. Kevin showed  up on time approximately 8.30 and started working . We had already bought a new toilet and didn't check to see if it was damaged. Apparently it was and this added more to our frustration. But Kevin was very understanding and took the damaged toilet to return and picked up a new one and he was extremely nice to pay on his card to avoid any further problem. He did a great job and was very fast, and very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we could find people like him, and when you're in dire need, this makes a world of difference!!! The best and quick to respond. Very professional and hats off to being such a great help!

We've been a loyal customer of Ivan Patterson for several years now and will continue to be one well into the future. Ivan is very friendly and has a genuine interest in understanding the problem and fixing it properly.

Over the years he's fixed a leaking pipe to our sprinkler system, a leaking pipe from our bathroom drain, cleared out our main line and capped the drain from our laundry room.

All of the work has been masterful. His fixes often leave us with a better setup than we started with. He also does the work extremely quickly. Ivan is simply superb at what he does.

Our main line clogged up Sunday night, and he was able to come over on short notice and able to quickly clear the sewer main line.  

After he cleared the main line, he took the time to thoroughly explained the cause of the issue and suggested some additional plumbing work down the road to prevent this from happening again.

Highly recommended.

They charge an extra $185 to climb up a ladder to look at a water heater. If it was an install I would understand. It takes less than 30 secs to climb ladder, 30 secs work $185, this is a complete rip off. When I stated with them that this does not make any sense to charge $185 dollars to climb a ladder that I provided, they said fine, we will send to collection agency. Consumer beware!

I had a semi-urgent plumbing issue and was having problems finding a plumber to come out the day of. Charley was great at keeping in contact with me through the day and actually accommodating my small project (broken toilet lever and shower and sink that needed to be snaked).
