Service was quick, Mike was friendly and courteous, and was able to help me on the same day I called to fix a broken drain pipe and replace my garbage disposal. The price seemed very reasonable (I'm not originally from the bay area and was afraid the price would be steep, but it lived up to the company namesake). Although I hope to not have any more plumbing emergencies, if I do I'll absolutely call Mike / APS again.

After waiting 4 hours for another plumber to unclog the main sewer line I called 15 Dollar and the lady was very pleasant and told me someone would be out within the hour.  25 minutes later Danny showed up at my door diagnosed a clogged main sewer line. He snaked it and about  1 1/2 hours later he was done and all my toilets were flushing and drains flowing. Danny only charged me for 1 hour of service- $129 Great customer service, too!

Super happy with this service! Our plumbing backed up and I was in need of help. Todd answered my call right away and was at my house in about 15 mins! He was super nice, friendly, had his mask on and was able to clear the back up quickly. I would definitely use this service again.

My ground floor toilet was clogged three times in a year and United plumbing is the 5th plumbing company that I tried in the Bay Area. I'm impressed by how professional and patient they are to answer my questions and to resolve the issues. Now I'm clear about why my ground floor toilet is easily clogged than other toilets in the house. Their manager even refunded me the surcharge that the technician charged me as they had to go under the crawlspace and leveraged the snake to unclog the area. I will favorite this plumbing company and refer to other neighbors in the future. Recommend to others!

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Other 1-star reviews are saying truth about how this company always over-complicate the issues and try to charge more. It was just a small water line leak in the backyard. They quoted as $450 to find the leak and find it, while we already show them the leaking part. At the beginning they agreed with $200. However when they fix the issue, they asked $300 + tips! You need to be tough on their offer and tell them there's only so much you can give

He responded to our request for quote quickly (on a holiday weekend no less), came out to inspect and estimate the same morning, completed the work quickly, and did it all at a very reasonable price. I can not say enough good things about Vic's Handy Plumbing! Vic is the only plumber I will be using from now on. As a realtor, I have encountered lots of workmen, and Vic is the *best*. Late last night, my husband tried to fix our slow shower drip, and after his fix, it turned into a rapid drip that quickly filled bucket after bucket of water. I was very concerned and didn't want to waste the water. This morning at 7am, I frantically Yelped out requests. Vic responded lighting fast (within 10 minutes), asked me to send a pic of the problem, then quoted me a *very* reasonable price. I accepted. He was able to come today (same day service, wow!), worked quickly, showed up on time, and now my shower looks great with nice new handles and a faucet which do what they're supposed to do. He left the job site clean, and was polite to boot. Vic is an honest, professional, and high quality plumber. Thank you so much, Vic! I will be referring all my clients to you from now on.

I am so happy we found Bueno Pluming as we were desperate to replace the toilet in our master bedroom. We got stood and strung along by another plumber for two weeks and I was getting very frustrated. So I called Bueno and they agreed to come the next day between 8-11am. Kevin showed  up on time approximately 8.30 and started working . We had already bought a new toilet and didn't check to see if it was damaged. Apparently it was and this added more to our frustration. But Kevin was very understanding and took the damaged toilet to return and picked up a new one and he was extremely nice to pay on his card to avoid any further problem. He did a great job and was very fast, and very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we could find people like him, and when you're in dire need, this makes a world of difference!!! The best and quick to respond. Very professional and hats off to being such a great help!

Super happy with the service from Agilis. After another plumber cancelled on me, Agilis responded to me in less than an hour on Yelp. I didn't have to jump through any hoops for consultation or inspection. They responded to the issue, quoted me their hourly rate (very reasonable compared to others these days!) and told me when they could be at my house. John arrived on time, had the clog fixed in less than an hour and charged the quoted rate. They take cash, check or credit which is also very convenient. Thank you!

When our kitchen sink backed up and was completely clogged, we needed a plumber right away. Alex from Super Plumber Rooter Service responded to my request very quickly. He came over to our house that afternoon and fixed the problem. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them when you need a good plumber.

I sent a text to them one morning. I got a very fast reply. With questions asked he had a good idea of my problem. Turns out I was close to one of his apts that day. He came by and was able to fix my problem.

They are friendly, very knowledgeable and what I like most was they didn't try to tell me that I needed to have additional work done that did not need it.

Paul does solid work and seems to be a really nice guy. Lowering my review here only due to him being a little unreliable and poor at communicating. Was promised an itemized invoice and another quote on new jobs to be done around the house after the last job he completed here and then he promptly disappeared and will not answer a call or text. Tried once at the beginning of the week over the last couple weeks and nothing. I think he would be really solid for odd jobs / one time things but over the long run it seems he isn't someone you can consistently rely on.

We recently needed to find a plumber to install a backflow device, property line cleanout and replacement of our pipes.  We contacted several plumbing companies and Jose seemed very thorough and honest.  He gave us a very reasonable quote compared to some of the other plumbing companies and made sure the job was done correctly and completely. They were very neat and organized with their work and also  made sure to work with us in regards to getting the permits as we needed to install the backflow device to pass our final inspection from a recent house renovation.   We were very happy with Jose & Pipe-Thru Trenchless and will not hesitate to contact them in the future or recommend them to our friends/family!

I just had Mike come and perform a pressure and leak test on my gas pipeline so that I could get an upsized gas meter from PG&E.  From Day 1 of me calling and speaking to Mike's wife, Valerie, I felt that they were professional, reliable, and highly responsive!  Valerie kept me informed of what was going on with the city permit, and Mike was prompt, professional, honest, and very helpful!  I would definitely recommend them to friends and call on them again!  A great family run plumbing business!

The truth is they weren't our first contact in resolving our issue, however what set them apart after screening other plumbers was their clear understanding and explanation on how they would measure the level of damage to our gas line, solutions on the various possible outcomes, and a clear time frame and price on when they could get the job done depending on their findings. Was this a costly fix? Yes. But their ability to offer a solutions roadmap showcased professionalism and trust in their field. Shane was was prompt, friendly, courteous and quick.  He replaced out broken garbage disposal in no time.  He even took time out to play with all of dogs so that they would stop barking at him.

Trevin saved the day for me  today . ive been without my shower for months needing a valve replacement. I had purchased all necessary materials , set an appointment with another highly rated & personal referral. He was a no show. when I I called they really had  no idea what was what.
