They had previously cleared my stopped up sewer drains, but this time I had a twisted copper water supply line from a failed attempt to change a hose bib. It wasn't an emergency, so they came out a day or two later and quickly made the repair quickly. The price wasn't cheap, but he was very professional and fast.

Our garbage disposal unit was broken, and the handyman was unable to remove it. Sink faucet also needed replacing. They gave me a quote over the phone and sent Raymundo out the next day. He, too, found the disposal to be very stuck, but persisted through a tricky removal. Faucet not straitforward, either, but he got both jobs done with skill and good humor and honored the initial quote despite the extra time involved. Such a joy to work with this company!!!

I inquired through Yelp for water pressure problem in our kitchen faucet. Trieu was one of the very few that responded efficiently and was able to come out and take a look at what's happening. He was very helpful to say the least, fixed the pressure and thoroughly explained the issue to us and also let's us know the options of future prevention for a bigger problem. Overall happy with his service and definitely recommend!

Marco is the most honest and helpful contractor I ever had in the past. I requested a quote on yelp for garbage disposal replacement cost. unlike other contractors which provided me the cost, Marco asked me to send a picture for the existing one. Then I texted him the pictures, then he asked a few more questions. Finally he taught me how to fix the existing garbage disposal not spinning issue.  I followed his advise. Voila!  the existing one is working again.  It saved me over hundred dollars.  He is such a wonderful man . I can not thank him enough.

Javed is so professional and honest. We made appointment at 9:30 am for cleansing drain, but he comes 15 mins earlier before the appointment time. Working ON TIME!!Very good!

Day before New Year's Eve and my toilet is clogged and overflowing. So gross. I looked on Yelp and found this place. Called and talked to Marlon and he was able to come by within 1-2 hours and fix my issue! He and his employee snaked my toilet and figured out the issue and I was back in business in about 15 mins. So grateful he was able to come by on such short notice, I don't know what I would've done. He charged a very reasonable price of $135 and accepts cash/check. It's a cringey/embarrassing situation and both guys were super friendly and professional, will definitely use these guys again in the future!

Two weeks ago I never had the chance to post. I found this company and ask for quote. Little bit hard to trust so I gave this company a try. Told him my situation that I'm having trouble with disposal that didn't work. Was told that he will able to come and take a look right away. Very fast and on time. Found out my disposal is very old and broken so he went to his van. Grab his brand new and replaced it within an hour or so due to small box underneath which is bit harder for him to get it done. If it bigger then he'll probably done little bit faster. Thanks for all the work. Give this guy a try.

Our dishwasher was leaking and Always Rescue plumbing was able to send a technician out quickly and helped in diagnosing the problem.

I called him for an emergency pipe repair. He was responded my call in timely manner and come by very quickly. He did fix the leak. I'll be calling him next time if I need any plumbing work. Highly recommend his services for everyone.

Went out to our side yard to fetch a lemon to prep dinner and found that our sewer clean out had flooded all over.  Yuck!  Ran to check Yelp and found that #1 Honest Plumber/Eddie had great reviews.  I called and explained my problem to Eddie.  Even though he was done for the day, he came right over.  He quickly assessed the situation.  He first checked the City line clean-out to ensure it wasn't a City problem and thus save me some $.  Unfortunately, it was our residential sewer line most likely blocked by roots from a large fruit tree near by.  Eddie was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced.  He had the blockage taken care of quickly.  He was also conscientious of the current Covid situation.  He did not approach me until he had his mask donned and he practiced social distancing as we talked and I showed him around.  I greatly appreciated that.  Eddie saved the day.  I will be recommending him to family and friends!

To me, the important thing about a plumber is reliability. I went through a few plumbing companies before I found Crown. Crown Plumbing has been servicing my income-producing brownstone in Manhattan for many years. We're not one of their bigger clients, not by a long shot. But they treat us as if we were. They fix any issues with heating or leaks the day I call in. They check our boilers at the start of the winter. For some reason one of our boiler's pilot fails every couple of years. Aware of this, they always have thermocouples in the truck in preparation. And the couple of times that we've had a serious problem (it's an old building), they show up immediately any day of the week. Their reliability comes with very reasonable prices. Crown Plumbing delivers excellent service.

My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

Kiet is awesome.  I had a clogged clean out line in the kitchen that I needed repaired asap.  Kiet came right away and fixed it in no time at a very reasonable cost.  He's friendly and was helpful in explaining the issue to me.  Will definitely call them again for any other future plumbing issues.

I needed a garbage disposal to be installed in the kitchen.  Called Khan around noon and he said he can come by same day between 3pm and 4pm.  At 3pm, Kahn and his team member showed up right on the dot.  I was amazed that any contractor would actually show up on-time.  That was a good start.  He quickly went to work and installed the drain in no time.  I know it will take me hours to get that thing in myself.  I was very pleased with the professional job.  He also gave me a good discount on the work.  Excellent service, courteous, fast, and professional.

We ended up with a backed up toilet due to a supposedly biodegraeable wipe that got stuck in the line. Called Ed, who then sent his guy Ceasar to come out to clear the drain. Ed said they would be out within the hour and to his word Ceasar came out within the hour.

Ceasar gave us some feedback on how to avoid this issue in the future and even showed me how to auger the line if I wanted to do this myself in the future. He even gave me brand options to choose from. I thought this was a nice touch in customer service!

Based on this experience I would highly recommend Drain Masters based on their level of customer service provided.

I initially found Water Quality plumbing on Angie's List, and they had very high ratings. Hey, what do I have to lose? They called me soon after I wrote an email requesting service and I was able to make an appointment in a timely manner.
Phil was our serviceman and he was just the nicest guy - and competent, too. The repair was much simpler than expected, and Phil could have left within 20 minutes of arrival, but he told me that since the minimum charge was an hour, he offered to look at any other plumbing problems we had.
Our toilets clog easily, so he looked at each one ad gave us recommendations. 1 showed signs of calcification, the other 2, he manipulated for a maximum flush. The last one had no evident problems. Nicest guy EVER! Very polite, respectful and patient.Will def. use them again. 5+stars all the ay around.
