Best Pipe Installation in San Jose CA

These guys are great! I had two separate plumbing issues over the last few days and both times they came out and fixed it. On the second which was more involved they stayed calm and pleasant as the situation got worse. Sorry about my crummy clogged pipes, guys. But after going out and getting the needed parts they nailed it, and to really make sure all was well they went beyond and snaked other points to make sure I wouldn't be stuck with a mess again.

I would definitely call them again. Both times, I felt the fee was very reasonable.

We had our water heater replaced by EJ Plumbing about a month ago and that was a great experience. Unfortunately, the pilot light on the new heater went out today (possibly caused by fans and dehumidifiers we had nearby for another unrelated issue) and I couldn't get the pilot light to come back up on my own. I called EJ with the problem. Greg and Alex (I hope I got their names right) came within the hour, fixed the problem quickly at no charge because it was within the 1 year installation warranty and were the most pleasant technicians I've ever encountered. Superb customer service. Would recommend.

This was the second time I needed to call Trieu to help with a plumbing issue. I was not disappointed. I had him disconnect all fixtures from my kitchen sink so that I could refinish my sink. When I finished he was incredibly prompt to return to reattach the fixtures so that I would not be inconvenienced to be without water in my kitchen. He provided advice on what fixtures should be replaced in the process and also fixed my electronic touchless faucet that the previous plumber said was broken. He also identified that I had another problem with my water filtration system. He was courteous, professional and very fair with his pricing. I highly recommend Trieu for any plumbing need you might have. You won't be sorry. It is hard to come by trustworthy, honest professionals like Trieu. I feel very lucky to have found him.

Michael did an excellent job replacing my kitchen sink faucet.  I was trying to finally reduce my honey do list that has been untouched for 6 years.  I had three objectives, and shared all three.  He quoted for the faucet and offered to look at the other two when he got there.  One issue failed to demonstrate itself while he was there and he said it wouldn't be a certainty to be fixed but he has an avenue he could try.  

Another issue is a toilet that won't stop running, after some decisions about fixing or replacing he actually talked me out of that job entirely.  He has had a bad experience in the past of a wife reducing the honey do list with an experienced professional.

Finally the faucet, you supply your own, but the plate that covers the two extra holes in a sink is wider for some faucets and narrower for others.  When he discovered this he offered to skip the plate but patiently waited when a went back to Home Depot to bring home a couple more choices.  He didn't charge extra for the 20 extra minutes to wait.  He was courteous, offered advice on a nearby pipe and checked the line pressure.  My new faucet works like a champ!

We made appointment with them but the technician delay/reschedule the coming again and again.

Professional and courteous.  Our new go to plumbers!  My washing machine was back flowing into the garage. I called just to have my pipe snaked. Hong asked to check kitchen and did trouble shooting to see what was the real issue.  Turns out my pipe was not clogged, so he told me I did not need his service.  Just needed to adjust the washer pipe.  5 stars for honesty and integrity. Hire them! You won't regret it.

I had such a great experience with Handy Plumbing Man. Unfortunately, our main sewer line was completely rusted out and had roots growing through it. Marco came out the next morning to inspect our backed up lines and sent a camera through. Although it was a much bigger job than I hoped for I felt pricing was more than fair after I saw the scope, quality, and care that was put into it. Marco through in a new toilet and other extras, much appreciated!!

The owner helped me identify the source of a leak which I thought was from my toilet, was really from the sink and that saved me a lot of trouble and money. He was respectful in removing his shoes and cleaning as well, in addition to quick and friendly service. Thanks again!

ED was super nice guy and professional I did hire him for the replacement of a toilet I did collect three more quotes but the lowest with same day installation just got from Safety Plumbing that really works safe and safe the life of our plumbing equipment. Needed a plumbing job for kitchen clog.  Ended up picking AAA Affordable Plumbing....again.  Apparently 3 years ago I had Kahn come install water heater.  Must be fate.  As before, honest, quick and reliable work.

Water Quality Plumbing recently replaced our old galvanized pipes with copper plumbing for our home. They are awesome!  They will go the extra distance to make sure you are satisfied and they take the time to explain the whole process.   Their prices are very competitive.

Vic replaced our compression fittings, and he did a great job. I was impressed with his responsiveness and his flexibility to make the timing work for the customer.

Had a main line sewer backup. Santos was fairly quick to return a call. Unlike the rooter guys that come for free and then give you an inflated price to fix (hoping you will just say yes), Santos came out on an hourly basis.  He came on time, was unable to  free blockage tha was about 100 feet down the line. He returned the next day, on time, cut out cast iron pipe and installed a new cleanout about 30 feet before blockage. then used a hose balloon to blow it out.
One nice thing about Santos is he provides camera service to see that line is really clear and also show defects in line at no extra charge for video.
In the future, I will use his general plumbing services. But even if you just need a line cleared, it is better to call a real plumber like Santos that can do more than just run a rooting machine.
