Best Heater Installation in San Jose CA

They came on time and the two fellows who arrived were polite and efficient at unclogging the toilet for us. The charge was less than any other quote that I received.  I would call them again for a small job, but I have questions about their license status while the address on the license is the same, the name and license number on their card does not match the name in the State Contractor License records.  Also, an employee was part of the house call but no Worker's Comp Insurance coverage appears to have been provided.
I would make sure that my Homeowners Insurance was up to date and I would not ask them to do a job of over $500.

I can't speak to their workmanship but I had a disappointing brief interaction considering amazing reviews here. First, I requested a quote via Yelp - they replied telling me to call. Called to request a quote for what seems to be a major drain issue based on the initial plumber that came. Manny said they charge $150 for a diagnostic only (applied to the service if we do it). I needed to consult with my husband to make sure that was ok, so I called back. Then he said his guy wasn't available later today, only right now, which doesn't work for us, so I asked to schedule for tomorrow and he said they have a 2-hr service window. Because I work full time I had to find someone to be at home and Manny said he didn't want to go back and forth and just asked me to pick a time. He should have just told me about the $150 fee and 2 hour time window via message before I called if he didn't want the back and forth. Hopefully this information helps someone else. I was already stressed about this issue and he made it worse, so I just decided to not even proceed with scheduling.

Very responsive, honest, thorough and good pricing. I have used him to clear clogs before and will continue for all plumbing needs.

Our 20-year-old Hans Grohe shower value had finally had it. I called a plumber recommended by the Hans Grohe site. I didn't feel it with that company which led me to give Mike a call.  What a great experience!  Knowledgeable, professional, on time, and priced exactly as he quoted it to me on the initial phone call.  

He said he just started covering Palo Alto and I for one am glad he made that decision!  I will be using Mike from here on out for all our plumbing needs.

I called to schedule the repair of a clogged kitchen sink and was asked to text my address. He said that he would be at my house between 5-6pm.  At 5:40, I texted to see if he would still be able to make it but no response.  I called at 6pm but got a vm. That's terrible customer service. I would give zero stars, if I could.

Todd was very professional and honest. We called him for a bathroom clog and he was able to figure out that it wasn't a clog and it was just a breathing problem. He resolved the problem in a few mins and was very reasonable with his charges.

I would highly recommend J&K Plumbing. Had great work done by Javed twice. Both times, J&K were professional, honest, on time, quick to respond, and reasonably priced.

The first time, a flush mechanism was broken in our toilet. Everytime we needed to flush, we had to raise the flap to get the tank to fill with water.

The second time, we couldn't unclog the toilet ourselves. We tried plunging and DrainO but to no avail. Javey was up front about the price and that we may need to remove the entire toilet if he couldn't unclog it with a snake which would be a bigger job. Luckily, Javey and his colleague cleared the clog within a few minutes! His colleague even took the extra care of holding paper under the snake so as not to drip on the way out of the house.

Will definitely return to J&K for future plumbing needs. Thank you, J&K.

Day before New Year's Eve and my toilet is clogged and overflowing. So gross. I looked on Yelp and found this place. Called and talked to Marlon and he was able to come by within 1-2 hours and fix my issue! He and his employee snaked my toilet and figured out the issue and I was back in business in about 15 mins. So grateful he was able to come by on such short notice, I don't know what I would've done. He charged a very reasonable price of $135 and accepts cash/check. It's a cringey/embarrassing situation and both guys were super friendly and professional, will definitely use these guys again in the future!

Finding the right plumber is almost as pleasant as going on a diet. But these guys (Dmitry specifically) made the whole process, from booking to billing, super easy. Give them a chance to solve your problems for you--you won't regret it.

Our shower backed up just before we were planning to go on vacation. Always Rescue Plumbing responded quickly to our inquiry and sent someone over within two days for a reasonable price to snake the pipes.

We had to replace our old cast iron sewer line under the house as clogs became more frequent.

We started looking for a contractor and It was extremely hard to deal with most of the plumbers we contacted. Multiple no shows, no follow ups, quote takes days, inadequate pricing, etc.

We eventually contacted the City of Sewer and it's been a very good experience from the very beginning. Super fast responses from the owner (Steven); they arrived on time, gave as a quote during the appointment and were able to schedule the work for the same week.

The actual replacement took less than 5 hours and we were able to use water in the afternoon.

So far everything works well. Going to work with this company for other plumbing needs in the future.

We live on the top floor in a condominium, and our master bedroom tub was draining slowly. Also water would come from the drain when our neighbor was showering. I submitted a yelp estimate and Eddie got back to me within an hour to talk further about the issue.
Jorge came by and assessed the situation efficiently, and explained what could be causing the issue. Jorge needed to go into both my unit and my neighbors to resolve the clog. He we very courteous when entering each unit. We are very impressed by Jorge's professionalism and expertise. We will definitely be recommending #1 Honest Plumber to our friends!

If I could give Abram and his company more stars I would! I had a gas leak of all the things in my new place I got and dealing with mt home warranty and PG&E, Crown Plumbing helped me so much and quickly. I was supported in dealing with this process with my home warranty and steps needed by them to potentially cover this. Abram was kind, patient and responsive. His company got the work done fast thankfully since I couldn't stay at my home. His team of guys led by Moises were super friendly, communicative and fast but thorough. They did a lot of work in a short time, and the install was clean and looks really nice. They took care of my water heater while at, without long waits to get a new one to install and brought things up to code. I want to thank the Safety Plumbing services specially from Edris and Mesbah both of them are very nice, friendly, hardworking and generous guys. They came on time and fixed the main water leaks outside of my house. The rate was reasonable and very fair than any other plumbing services. I definitely call them again.

Another great job from this company.   I called and reached the owner immediately. He was able to come to the house the next day (we had a broken downstairs toilet) and he and his worker came when promised and had the toilet fixed in 20 min.  His rates are very reasonable and the owner and team are very professional, friendly and quick.  Can't say enough good things about this company, except Thank You and so happy to be a repeat customer

Determined the problem and handled it same day (he had the parts in his van which was nice) very respectful , communication was great from start to finish ! I have used Water Quality Plumbing twice now and they do not disappoint.

First time was during our move into the home and the inspection report called for some fixing of the pipes in the crawl space plus there was some leakage in a tub. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the plumber forgot to include a new plug for the bathtub after he was done with his work. So they had to come back to do that another day. But in general, he was very friendly and professional.

Second time happened just recently when the 30-year old water heater decided to spew water all over the laundry room and I came home to a small flood. Flustered and annoyed, I called the company up and was promptly greeted by the professional and helpful voices of their customer service reps (one of them is Mary). They were very straightforward in the cost of replacing the tank and even reminded me that there was a Yelp special to save some money. They were able to remove my old heater and put in a new one on the same day. Jerry helped me with this and he was courteous (didn't step into the house at all even though he was welcomed to - stayed in the garage/laundry area) and made sure he didn't make a bigger, wetter mess while removing the tank. There's a 6 year service on this water tank and so I could call them if I need additional assistance.

This water heater is more energy efficient and I get hot water so much faster now - wooohooo! These guys will have my business for a long time to come.
