They provide excellent service and help me find root cause of my clogged pipes, repair it quickly and complete all services within 2 hours, amazing!

1. Previous I spent hundreds of dollars on the clogged pipes by asking two different groups of plumbers, all they do is put in snake and only temporarily fix the problem, a few months later problems came back.

2. Trieu is so experienced and found the root cause within 5 mins, he was willing to crawl under the floor, examine the pipes and found out that one pipe is bended and things could easily pile up there. He then proposed the fix and got the job done in one hour, and double checked everything is fine through the camera.

3. Handy rooter also charges much more reasonable price compared to other places.

I picked these guys because of the good Yelp reviews but ended having an entirely disappointing experience. I called Duey (I think the owner) letting him know of a significant leak on our side of the water meter in front of our house. He said he will send someone the next day. No one showed up during the hour window Duey gave me, and after I called him, he sent someone by the name of Steve. Steve took a look and gave an estimate of $650 for a job that takes only a couple of hours. I asked Steve how many hours he estimates the job to take and he said we don't estimate by the hour. I asked him then how did you come up with $650, and he started saying, I need to go Home Depot, and then come back and open up the meter plumbing, and ...  He basically saw that we are desperate because the water leak was large and decided to take advantage of the situation. Absolutely dishonest and a waste of our time.

It's never pleasant having an issue that requires calling a plumber, especially when it happens while you're rushing to get ready for work. Marco is always available on short notice and on irregular hours, since emergencies seem to happen at the most inconvenient times.

We've called Marco to come fix an emergency twice, and we will definitely call him for the third one. Both times he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. His rates are the most honest and reasonable you'll find. He doesn't run the type of business that will try to upsell you on a service you don't need.

It's great to support a local resident and business rather than a national franchise. I can't recommend Marco enough. He's so responsive that even if you think you've found a good deal on a plumbing job, you should take a few minutes to call Marco. You be glad you did!

We had a drain blockage causing a leak on our washing machine. The previous plumber was unable to resolve the issue, but these guys were able to unclog the drain by using cameras. They even showed us what the camera recorded, before and after. Very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.

We had recently gotten our water heater replaced. However, when we applied for the water heater permit with the City of Cupertino, the building inspector provided a list of 10 items to correct. We looked for a different contractor, one that was licensed, experienced, responsive and trustworthy; we ended up using United Plumbing. Our main point of contact, Joe, was responsive and helpful.

We also appreciated the technician, Den, who was very attentive to the work at hand and made multiple trips to ensure that the job was completed adequately. He also corresponded with the building inspector and made sure that the work would be up to code.

Final result: approved building permit! Thanks, United Plumbing!

Yay for great and prompt customer service! My kitchen sink backed up and of course I was terrified of what further damage it would cause if I kept running the water so of course I needed someone ASAP so I could cook and clean the dishes! Thankfully aaa plumbing came out within a few hours and unplugged my drain so life can go on as usual! So glad for the availability and quick service!

I did a lot of research on various companies before repiping our house. Water Quality Plumbing was the best. And it turned out that way. They do a quality job and are easy to interact with. I also now use them for any and all of our plumbing needs. It is nice to have one company take care of everything.

Kitchen sink was backing up into laundry sink in garage which was draining extremely slowly. I tried draino and manual snake but did not work. They responded within an hour or so of the Yelp Request Quote feature on a Sunday. On Monday we scheduled service for Tuesday morning and they were on time. The plumber described what was likely happening in clear detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He worked quick and snaked it from the vent on the roof so that my garage would not get flooded. Then the water started draining again! Highly recommend these guys as they are honest, on time, no hassle, quick, care about their customers, friendly, and have competitive prices!

If you need any plumbing needs, you are in luck and found it. No need to find anyone else. I'm very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this company. Anthony and assistant were very responsive and were able to replace my kitchen faucet and fix the drain pipes for a very reasonable price. They even came immediately! I supplied the faucet and supply hoses, but I bought the wrong size hoses and they just went ahead and drove to the nearest hardware store and bought the correct ones. No fuzz, just excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company. There is a reason they have so many good reviews on Yelp. Five stars all the way!

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!
