I must say I feel completely ripped off... had a leak start under our kitchen sink. Contacted EJ Plumbing off yelp with great replies however they set up the appt before telling me there was a $150 charge to come evaluate but that that would be applied toward repair cost. Ok well it had to get done right? So they send a tech out who was very nice and friendly but he was here 15 minutes maybe and basically said you need a new faucet, but I can't install today because the one I have on the truck is for 3 hole install and you need a 1 hole.  I asked if I buy it would my $150 be applied for when he could install?  He said no.  So I paid $150 for someone to tell me I need a new faucet and he left and I still have a leaking faucet.  So upset. I went and got a new faucet from Home Depot for around the same amount $150 and installed it myself. Don't waste your time and money. They won't help you just take your money!

A large plastic cover accidentally went down my toilet and clogged it. Called Handy Rooter on a week-end, the manager provided me with a quote and send a technician the same day. They both were very professional. Problem fixed quickly - neat job! I highly recommend and will call them again if needed in the future.

Their van driver honked at me on the road when I changed lanes and kept enough distance with him. Very effective way to drive awareness but I will definitely stay away from them...

Ray and Dorian, from Handy Plumbing Man, came this morning to perform a sewer camera inspection. They were right on time, also very professional and approachable. The price for the job was very reasonable. They managed to find the cause of the plumbing problems we have been having for years. After they were finished with the inspection, Ray gave us a very clear explanation of the work that needs to be done. We'll definitely be dealing with them again.

I called the day after Thanksgiving regarding a water meter leak, got a call back within 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes and they were at my house and fixed the problem for basically lunch money. And provided priceless education on the plumbing situation at my house. What more could you ask for? Super duper 5 stars, thanks!

Great responsiveness, and great pricing. They came out to fix our shower cartilage with the part that was needed and were on time and efficient. The only hard part was that there was a language barrier and it was hard to communicate, other than that the service was excellent.

Had a major leak under house for a 50 year house.  So decided to re-pipe the whole house.  Best quoted price.  Re-pipe only took a few days.  They were very accommodating with project.

I reached out to Local Local Plumbing today via text.  Steve responded almost immediately.  I explained my project and asked if he was interested.  He answered yes and indicated he could be out within the hour to give me a quote.  Steve arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable quote.  When I asked him when he could do it, he said how about now as it was only a 1hr job.  I said, sure.  He got right to work.  He completed the work within an hour and did a good job.  I will be calling Steve back for my next job.

After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Right plumbing . Had a technician in my house within a days and a replacement water heater within couple of hours. I can't say how grateful I am. With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely made The right decision to give the business to right plumbing.

The two brothers did a fantastic job that ended up taking all day. Kiet is a busy guy. He could have passed on our job. But he is a man of his word. And they showed up just a few days after I called which is unheard of these days. Also the brothers are very conscientious. So much so, that when they left, all we had to do was wipe down the case and we were scooping ice cream just minutes later. In addition to all that, we trust Kiet and his team. This is the second time All Go has come through for us. We highly recommend them.

I had an emergency main water line leak due to our old corroded galvanized pipe. They were my second quote and couldn't say no to the offer he had given me. They projected the project to be done in 4-6 hours in which is was. They did a nice clean job. They were very professional with their services. Before they put the dirt back in they called me to show me the work down and to show there were no leaks with the new copper pipes installed. I'm very very pleased with the outcome and price I paid. GREAT WORK!!!!

Had a blockage (or two) in my sewage lateral a couple weeks ago, almost at the point it reaches the sewage main in the street.  I called Drain Masters, and Edward came out pronto and snaked the clogs out no problem with 125 ft snake.

The previous plumber I called couldn't reach the clog because his snake wasn't long enough, and told me I needed another clean line installed at the front of my house to solve the problem, which would have been about $1000 to install.  Edward called B.S. on that claim, and unjammed my lateral for a good price.

Thanks for the honest business, Edward.  I'll definitely call you for any future plumbing problems I have.

02/21/2012 - Edward stopped by to replace some valves under my bathroom vanity sink.  Was right on time, answered all my questions about my upcoming bathroom renovation, and was very fair with price.  Again, a very professional experience - I will definitely make Edward my go-to guy for my plumbing needs in the future.

The team at water quality is excellent with a very fair pricing! They also have weekends and emergency services. You should call the Water Quality Plumbing next time you need help with any plumbing, they have honest pricing with excellent results! One of the best service I have seen in years!

Had a main line sewer backup. Santos was fairly quick to return a call. Unlike the rooter guys that come for free and then give you an inflated price to fix (hoping you will just say yes), Santos came out on an hourly basis.  He came on time, was unable to  free blockage tha was about 100 feet down the line. He returned the next day, on time, cut out cast iron pipe and installed a new cleanout about 30 feet before blockage. then used a hose balloon to blow it out.
One nice thing about Santos is he provides camera service to see that line is really clear and also show defects in line at no extra charge for video.
In the future, I will use his general plumbing services. But even if you just need a line cleared, it is better to call a real plumber like Santos that can do more than just run a rooting machine.

We've used Wizard for 10 years. Every job has been a pleasure. Friendly people, good work! With each job the tech made sure I understood what was happening and in some cases told me what not to do! lol!

These guys are truly great! They had given me a quote for replacing my broken water heater. I wanted to pay by credit card, and Anthony was not set up to accept credit card. I told him I am sorry I cannot go with you in that case. Instead of being upset, he called a friend's company that accepted credit cards. And it so happened that his friend had a promo or something going on and offered a lower price. Anthony was too happy to get me that deal and happily set me up for same day installation. Truly awesome customer service.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Great quick responses in Yelp and qoute! Needed our water softener cleaned out. Scheduling with them they were very busy with the recent storms. But they got Me scheduled when someone else had canceled. Very good service and he was done in less than 1 hour. A bit pricey for what I needed, but did the job right and excellent customer service. Therefore, earned solid 4 stars from me. Thanks all Pipes.
