Best Gas Water Heater Installation in San Jose CA

On a Saturday afternoon our rental property was having issues with drainage problems as the toilets and showers were clogged. Giovani was contacted after reading his stellar Yelp reviews and he showed up as soon as he could and snaked out the sewer line. I had a faulty rheem water heater that is less than one month old. Guillermo and Sam helped out diagnose the issue and communicate with rheem. They firmly stand on customer side and guide me through Rheem's shitty warranty process. In the end the old unit is back to Home Depot and new one is installed and working properly. Awesome work and genuine attitude from EJ guys.

Trieu was very helpful and took my request on the same day. I had a clog with my kitchen sink and he was able to clear it up in less than an hour and explain how to keep my sinks clog-free.

This place is awesome!   Our toilets stopped working at end of business on a Saturday. We called 5 24 hr plumbers - including a couple of big name guys - and NO ONE could send out a plumber!!!  When we finally got to LOCAL Rooter/Plumbing on the list of 4 f 5 star places, the owner simply said 'OK - I'll send Skylar out there.  Well Skylar was there within the next 30 mins - and that guy is the BOMB!  He really knows what he's doing. I felt very confident having him here from the moment he drove up. Listening to him talk about plumbing, and our problem specifically, was SUCH a relief! Once he arrived and heard what was going on, he knew what it likely was, and he was right! He really did a thorough job, then thoroughly explained to us what he did. Like I said - he knew what it was before he started! He's been plumbing in the area for about 10 years (I asked), and we'll call LOCAL & request Skylar if we need to in future. Price for the weekend emergency was reasonable. It could have been a LOT more...

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced with a new one which we purchased on Amazon.  We contacted Handy Plumbing Man via Yelp on Saturday, got a very fast response, good value quote, and scheduled the work for today.  The plumber arrived on time, was done in an hour and did an excellent and professional installation.  

Handy Plumbing Man are a super professional company.  We were kept informed of everything by email and text including quotes, arrival time of plumber, invoice for work.  

After our experience today, we won't be using anyone else except Handy Plumbing Man for our plumbing needs.

Prompt and friendly.  He was up-front about pricing after he looked at the problem.  Very fair pricing and quick.  He used a mask and gloves while working.  I will use them again!

We had them come out to replace (2) kitchen sink valves and install a new kitchen faucet. They were very accommodating and very reasonable in price. They stayed in contact and notified you when the technician was on his way to your location. I would definitely use them again in the future!

I called Always rescue plumbing to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The guy arrived and gave me initial estimate. Once he started working he changed his estimate. Later on he said sink can not be fixed with current tools he had brought and would require bigger snake to remove the clog but that also was not guaranteed and also, he would have to go back to store and get it. Also, it would cost much higher like $600+ dollars. So, from initial $250 estimate to $600 just for going back to store and get bigger snake that he did not bring in the first place! I was not ok as I felt he did not know what he was doing and also, he kept changing price. So, I asked him if he can unclog the sink for time being even if it's not guaranteed as we initially agreed upon. He tried again a bit with same tools he had brought and then after some time he said he could not unclog and to fix the problem would require him to break the wall where kitchen pipes are located and that would roughly cost $3000. what!!!
At the end he charged me labor cost without fixing any issue. When I asked for receipt, he said office is closed and so he would email it to me next day. I am still waiting for the receipt.
Later, in the night, I found the u-pipe under the sink which he had opened for cleaning was not put back together properly and so started leaking.
He created a complete mess under the sink and also, in garage drain with grease and left without cleaning it.

Steve did a nice job - timely arrived and fixed the water leaking issue; installed the bidet. Responsive and of great help. He provided good suggestions for other issues too.

We are remodeling our restroom and ran into a few issues installing a new toilet etc. We were able to secure an appointment right away. Communication was quick and easy. The two gents that came to install our toilet and fix a leaky pipe, were super sufficient, timely and polite. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing services.

The two brothers did a fantastic job that ended up taking all day. Kiet is a busy guy. He could have passed on our job. But he is a man of his word. And they showed up just a few days after I called which is unheard of these days. Also the brothers are very conscientious. So much so, that when they left, all we had to do was wipe down the case and we were scooping ice cream just minutes later. In addition to all that, we trust Kiet and his team. This is the second time All Go has come through for us. We highly recommend them.

No one plans for their water heater to break. It just does and then you start worrying about where to find help and how long it will take to get warm water running again. We quickly searched on yelp for a reliable plumber to help us over the weekend. Like advertised on Yelp, AD was extremely responsive when we contacted him. We exchanged text conversations about the issue and he was fortunately able to come to my house within 30 minutes on a Saturday.

His team came with the necessary equipment and respecting that we wanted to communicate with masks on. They came in a timely manner, fixed my issue within an hour, and it has been working well with no issues since. Payment was exchanged then and there. I am satisfied with the job.

I called these guys based on the rave reviews. However, in my case they stood me up not just once but three times! How can some one run a business who does not value his customers' time? May be these guys do a good job when they do show up but am not going to wait to find out.

Had a issue with a hot water not heating properly. Called the company and had someone come check out the problem. Turns out it was a hard water related calcification issue. The technician flushed the tank out and seems and that fixed it.

The service was prompt, nothing positive or negative to talk about.

What can I say? Santos and his team are the bomb!

A couple of neighbors in our local dist email recommended them so I had them come by to check out a kitchen sink leak. Quickly diagnosed w/o charging and told me to buy whatever faucet I liked and he can come back tomorrow to replace.
Came back the next day and swapped everything out. Even fixed our broken-for-years garbage disposal at no charge!

Came early than scheduled (which is great for me) both times and has great communication.

I have to take the time to leave a positive review for Wizard Plumbing.  These guys are great.  They did a major sewer line project for me and were fair, responsive, professional and hard working.   I appreciate their great service and highly recommend them.  I will call Wizard first for all plumbing needs from now on.

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I had a few plumbing issues piling up at home, and found Northstar Plumbing on Yelp.  

The best things about Northstar Plumbing:
- Anthony and Giovanni were really friendly and easy to talk to.  I was hesitant to call them at first, but when I met them, I felt really comfortable.
- They were honest and patiently explained to me the issues I had in detail.  They also told me about other issues they found that I might need to fix in the future.
- They worked very efficiently
- I could communicate with Anthony through text messaging.  He did a good job getting back to me.
- Even though they give a time window, their 30 minute courtesy call was enough for me to take care of other things and get home in time to greet them.

I will definitely have them back again.

George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)
