Caution, this guy may have some attitude issues. He explained that if the other guys method worked,then I should call him. If I had the guys number I would have called him, that's a no brainer.

Secondly, it seems he just wants to over exaggerate the diagnosis to make it seem like he HAS to do a big job. That's not always the case but the way he presented his explanation was not at all nice. It was alllll bad. And then to top everything off, the call is dropped in mid conversation or he hung up on purpose. he didn't have the descent courtesy to call me back to finish what he was explaining. Either way very unprofessional and tacky. He's out for a quick buck for sure. then when he believed that he might not get my business, he hangs up. He displayed his true self by those actions. Just made me think what else or what if I did business with him what else could have gone wrong.

What a bad experience once more with yelp. DO NOT TRUST THE FIVE STAR RATINGS ! The initial conversation should tell you a lot about the person. This dude sucks.

Previously we had used EJ Plumbing because of their good reviews on Yelp.

Jair did a very good job of replacing our shut-off valve on a weekend. It was one where he had to work with copper piping.

So when we had a clogged kitchen drain we called EJ Plumbing again.

Luis came out and did the more simple job of unclogging our drain - rooting etc. It all looked fine. He did say that it was harder than normal to get the pipes unhooked. He was careful about cleanup - very professional. He also gave us some tips for keeping the sink/disposer running better. It all took about 1/2 hour. We paid and he left.

But when I ran the garbage disposer afterwards a puddle formed under it. A year or two ago we had had the part where the disposer attaches to the drain replaced. That was done by a cheaper company for our home warranty company that we had at that time.

I called EJ Plumbing up immediately and Luis returned within just a few minutes. He found out that that same disposer attachment was loose. So he replaced the entire collar and attachment hardware and verified that it was not leaking. Less than half an hour later it was all done. Again cleaned up well. We were prepared for a bigger add-on bill. But he did not charge us at all - saying that it was not leaking when he came to our place. We were amazed and happy.

They certainly know how to keep our business. Couldn't be more pleased with both Luis and EJ Plumbing.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and a couple of further steps if that didn't work! I had two toilets running, so I went through Yelp reviews and came across this business with highest ratings. It was easy to schedule: same day appointments were available. The plumber (Miguel) showed up on time, fully masked, gloved, with shoe covers. He was very polite and professional; quickly did the assessment and provided with an estimate. It took him less than half hour to replace two valves. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues. I strongly recommend this company.

Marlon is an expert plumber who tells it like it is, and at fair rates.  Wouldn't trust anyone else in the area!

had an issue with our kitchen sink (water was backing up) called United Plumbing set an appointment spoke to April and arranged for someone to come out the next day. Alex showed up on time and was very friendly and professional he explained everything in detail did a great job, overall we are very happy with the work.

Requested a quote towards the end of the day on a Monday. Daniel responded quickly with by far the best estimate which was inclusive of parts and labor including my special request to have a quarter turn spigot and not the cheapo replacement that had been originally installed. And the plumber, Jorge, was here as promised between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m the *next* morning. And while I consider doing this job myself given that this was the original spigot and had been painted and stuck it over by the builder, the quote was so fantastic that it wasn't worth the risk. I'm really glad I made the call because when I initially turned the water main off we detected that it wasn't fully shut off. The water main itself being a quarter turn handle appears to be sticking or leaking internally giving it a quick on off jiggle got it to work but now it's on my list for needing a potential future replacement. Jorge had his mask on on the full approach to my property and when we needed to go through real quick to the water main by the garage quickly slipped on shoe protectors. Professional, affordable, responsive. Again super impressed at the professionalism of Jorge and being properly masked during the pandemic. I have some future work coming down the line including potential renovations and Always Rescue will be at the top of my list for quotes and service. Keep up the great work!

Steve was very nice and did a good job repairing our bathtub drain pipe. I would hire him again.

Just moved into a house and this was our first plumbing service. Taunted by the price I actually did my homework before requesting service for the toilet tank leakage. Edris, from Right pluming came right away and he had the part with him that needed replacement. He actually gave some tips for some common issues that I can I fix without having a professional Plummer which was really really nice :-) Overall, I am happy with the service and the price was not expansive.

Khan is the coolest plumber ever! I contacted him over yelp and got a quick reply. He came over as soon as he could for a Free estimate. $7800 for all copper plumbing for 2 bath home with concrete slab foundation and include labor for water heater installation. The quote is very reasonable. Highly recommended! Will call Khan with any plumbing issues in the future.

Had a blockage (or two) in my sewage lateral a couple weeks ago, almost at the point it reaches the sewage main in the street.  I called Drain Masters, and Edward came out pronto and snaked the clogs out no problem with 125 ft snake.

The previous plumber I called couldn't reach the clog because his snake wasn't long enough, and told me I needed another clean line installed at the front of my house to solve the problem, which would have been about $1000 to install.  Edward called B.S. on that claim, and unjammed my lateral for a good price.

Thanks for the honest business, Edward.  I'll definitely call you for any future plumbing problems I have.

02/21/2012 - Edward stopped by to replace some valves under my bathroom vanity sink.  Was right on time, answered all my questions about my upcoming bathroom renovation, and was very fair with price.  Again, a very professional experience - I will definitely make Edward my go-to guy for my plumbing needs in the future.

Water Quality Plumbing and Marty, the owner, are top-notch plumbers. But, more than that, it's known for its integrity and honesty. Marty was the only one to inspect my water heater and tell me it didn't need to be replaced, despite what my property management company had told me and what other plumbers had corroborated. Marty just earned a customer for life based on the fact that he's not going to upsell or lie about what services are required. But, even if the water heater did need to be replaced, they have good prices. This company is solidly legitimate and not out to make a fast buck. You can trust Marty and his recommendations, and that should give others peace of mind.

Gomez Plumbing is our go to plumber. Honest, reliable, reasonable prices, on time, and an absolute pleasure to work with.  They consistently fix all out plumbing issues the first time.  We will never use any other plumbing company but Gomez Plumbing. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

We called late last night when our toilet and shower started to over flow with poo!! POO!!!! We were less than thrilled. The lady on the other end was super helpful and scheduled repair men to come out ASAP next morning.

They arrived on time and explained everything as they went. Let me ask a ton of stupid questions. Super polite and professional all the way.

They worked endlessly to ride us of a clog in our pipeline that caused the sh!t storm! Quick, efficient, clean work!

There is zero things I can think of that would not make me use these guys or recommend them to everyone I know.

This review is regarding my experience for getting an estimate.

Pro - I called them to schedule a time for someone to come by and give me an estimate on some fixtures replacement. I got the time scheduled the very next day with the typical 2 hour window. Mine was from 4-6 pm.

Cons - it's 5:39 pm and I leave my phone for 3 minutes. Kevin from Bueno called 4 times back to back and left me a message saying he has been trying my phone for the last 45 mins. Really? (See pic). Then when I called him it was clear he didn't want to come. I told him we can FaceTime which he refused and said send me the pics and I will send you an estimate. Which I did right away. That was last Thursday (6 days ago). No estimate. No acknowledgement of the pics. No follow up from Bueno.

When you get work done at the house, communication is key. This business doesn't seem to have that down.

I contacted three highly-rated plumbers on Yelp to replace my rusted main water supply pipes along with the shutoff valves and pressure regulator. Anthony replied promptly to my initial inquiry and multiple followup questions. I like that his bid split out labor and parts as two separate amounts. I decided to go ahead and have Anthony do the work.

Scheduling the job was easy via text. And I couldn't be happier with the final result.

It was so nice to watch Anthony and the other gentleman work efficiently to remove the old original 30 year old pipes and replace it with new pipes, valves and a pressure regulator. They even polished the old cooper pipe to match the new one and now that area is no longer an eye sore in my front yard. Before and after pictures are attached.

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right. I would highly recommend George and his team.  I will be using them for future project. Keep up the great work!
