I've had to call EJ Plumbing a couple of times since the water heater disaster and have been more than happy with their work. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and woke up to water that had been dripping on the kitchen counter all night long. It took a while (lots of coming back and opening up walls to try to find it) to diagnose where the leak was coming from. When it was finally narrowed down to a shower valve stop, EJ got in touch with Nand Plumbing who came out immediately and ordered the offending part. It's all fixed now and fingers crossed, nothing will go wrong for a while. But if it does, I'll call Manny at EJ Plumbing!

Loved that they all have their masks on. Trieu is very professional and nice. After he unclogged my kitchen sink, he stayed behind cleaned everything and explain to me what's wrong and how to prevent future clogging. Great price and great service.

I have relied on Local Rooter & plumbing for years. My last call to them was for natural gas line pipe leak. This turned out to be a real ordeal and a lot of hard work was done by Alex and Duey. It started when PG&E came to my house and said that they detected a leak. Alex crawled under the house three times and checked all the connections and the joints and could not find a leak.
Duey and Alex then put a pressure gauge on the line and verified that it held pressure and that there was no leak. Alex also had to remove the water heater and cut into the wall to verify that the line in the wall did not have any leaks. I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism and how they handled this challenging job. I highly recommend Local Rooter & Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Todd responded to my Yelp request immediately and was able to arrive at my house in less than 2-hours to snake out my kitchen sink clog.  He worked quite hard to fix it and did so while masked and he removed his shoes before entering the house.  I highly recommend Drain Rooter Services and especially, Todd

We needed to replace a toilet and asked for estimates from a number of plumbing companies.  Sam at United Plumbing was quick in his response and provided an estimate after I sent a couple of photos of the current and the replacement toilet.  Other companies wanted to come to review the situation before providing a quote.  What a waste of my time.  United's price was reasonable and competitive.  Sam was very clear in his online communication with me and even offered me same day service, which we jumped on.

Anton arrived promptly on time, was personable and very quickly replaced the toilet. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was previously. :-)

We will certainly use United Plumbing again in lieu of our previous plumber who did not respond.

I needed a small repaired completed the same day and Always Rescue Plumbing came to the rescue. He was nice and gave me a quote before he showed up. When he arrived, he instructed me to notify everyone in my unit about our repair because I live in a HOA. I would highly recommend this plumber because he is very knowledgeable.

I promise Steve that I will write the review on Yelp but I was not able to until now. My water heater leaked about 6 months ago and I called the plumber that help me previously but he cannot come due to COVID. He referred me to Steve and he was able to come immediately and replaced a new water heater the same day. He also text me to follow up making sure everything is good, highly recommended.

Eddie is great! Our home had a toilet drain issue and it has been ongoing for 4 weeks now. We had different plumbers come in and nobody got the issue fixed. One said, we have to replace the toilet, one said we dont have the right equipment, and one could not even find the issue. Eddie spent 1 hour at our and we have a working toilet again! Thank you so much Eddie!

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

I had a clogged toilet that leaked into my ceiling last night. I called Khan at 10pm when he was closed hoping for an early morning call back. To my surprise he called back 5 minutes later and scheduled me the next morning with a 30 minute arrival window. He showed up on time, was very nice, and explained everything. He had to take off my toilet but got it unclogged and was able to save my toilet.

A side note, I got his information from my parents who used him last week for an emergency water heater replacement. Their experience with him was just as good.

I highly recommend Khan for his professionalism, trustworthiness and reasonable fee. I will use him again for any future needs, but hopefully that won't be for a while.

I called regarding a sudden drain leak in our master bedroom vanity. Edward came within a couple of hours and fixed the leak quickly. He is a very pleasant guy and the price was good. Highly recommended.

I would never recommend this business.    They were called to change valves on my water heater which  was hooked up correctly hot to hot  and cold to cold.    When installing the new valves they reversed the hot and the cold.  

I asked them to fix it and they came up with reasons to not fix their mistake.   For them to not take responsibility means they have no professional integrity.   They make mistakes and they do not feel the necessity to fix those mistakes.   Argumentative and unreliable and very unprofessional.

Two days after Thanksgiving, our pipes got clogged. Messed up the whole house. On a long holiday weekend. During COVID. Vic sent Carlos out and cleaned out the drainpipe the next morning and all was well. They even guaranteed their work.

Two weeks later, it happened again! Both of them came out and checked it out, routed out the pipe (tree roots most likely) and made some recommendations in case it happens again.
