Best Faucet Repair in San Jose CA

Had a leak from my tub into my garage. Called one plumber up for a free estimate, and he was in and out in a few moments after quoting me $595 to fix the leak and $200 to assess an odor in another bathroom. He didn't explain anything and I felt uneasy so I called Giovanni up and he came by the next day. After a quick assessment he explains exactly the issue and charged me $90 plus parts ($10) for the drain and troubleshot the odor for free.

Overall awesome guy and service, Giovanni showed up promptly with his partner. Was very professional, took his boots off before coming in, overall courteous and world class.

Lesson learned: if it's important to you that your plumber uses a a classic pickup truck and a fleet of lifted Fords then be prepared to make a few lease payments for him. If you want an honest, knowledgable fair professional, go with Giovanni.

We have used EJ plumbing on two occasions.  Both times, the plumbers that were courteous, professional, arrived within their stated windows.

Their first trip was a straight forward shower drain clog which they addressed efficiently, our shower has been excellent for months since and we couldn't be happier.

In their most recent service, it was for an ambiguous water leak which they offered suggestions for next steps.  Despite it not appearing to be a sink, toilet or shower related plumbing leak they graciously still checked upon request the status of our drain pipes to verify that clogging and debris was not present.  

Would gladly work with EJ plumbing for future repairs.

On time, friendly, knowledgeable, work done quickly, and at a fair price. Will use again if needed.

We have been using Mike for our plumbing needs for years. Skilled, reliable, friendly. Knowledgeable about high-end faucets such as Grohe, KWC, etc.

Joe is amazing!!!! Our water heater broke a couple of weeks ago, and Joe provided us with great work and a great price. THEN this past weekend a water pipe broke in our backyard, and I instantly thought to call Joe again. He came within an hour, and fixed everything. At this point I'm going to keep him on speed dial. He is professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

Our water heater started to leak so we needed a quick replacement. I sent out a request for quotes and United was one of the first to reply and this was on a Holiday. We rapidly agreed on a price and the installation was scheduled for the next day. The men arrived, took out the old and put in the new all in about 90 minutes. They did a very need job and before they left they informed me of the warranties. I definitely recommend them.

We had a sewer line blockage last year and we got always rescue to come fix it with a permit. The owner said he would take care of the entire permit process and we had to pay extra for it, which is fine because we wanted to have it inspected and signed off by the city. After the job was done, the city inspector came to visit at the scheduled time and these guys were a no show. The inspector came to our door and these guys weren't reachable. The inspector left and the inspection Was rescheduled. The subsequent time the inspector came and signed off on the work done till that point. The guys came and wrapped up the work and left but little did we know that another final inspection was required and despite taking our money always rescue plumbing didn't complete the final inspection. Fast forward 6 months later, we started another project and when the contractor went in for a permit, the city said that the sewer permit process was not complete and was never scheduled. At this point the guys from always rescue plumbing were super non responsive. They refused to follow up with the city and gave excuses that they weren't able to reach the city, when every time I called them I was able to get a hold of them. I followed up with the city and The city inspector told me that the city is very strict about these things and the valve was not properly installed as per the city guidelines that was provided to these guys. And I had to relay information over to these guys every single time I spoke to the city. Finally Daniel from always rescue plumbing came over. Scheduled time was between 8-9am but he showed up much later at around 11am. I showed him the document from the city showing him how the valve needs to be installed and what he had done to correct it wouldn't work again. This is where things get worse. He gets super defensive and starts talking really rudely and asks my husband to fix it instead and he says that whatever I ask for is all made up and the city inspector is not going to have any problems. His demeanor was really aggressive as well when I was just patiently asking him to correct the valve as per what was present in the city document. He also said it was my job to check with the city and follow up the last time around to make sure the permit was complete to which I told him that I paid him extra for the permit process so I didn't have to deal with it myself. He finally made some modifications said that's all he could do and stormed off. Who ever is hiring this company, yes the pricing is good, however don't count on these guys to finish up completely. And when you have to get it done with a permit don't count on these guys completing it either. Once you've paid them in full they will wash their hands off and move any incomplete work items as your responsibility and pretend like it wasn't their problem.

Called Steve with a problem on a Sunday afternoon. He came over within an hour and fixed it right away. Very professional and honest pricing.

We have used this company three times this year (for three different incidents) they are responsive, professional and very friendly.   We were very happy with all three jobs and the result and would recommend them to everybody.  

Most definitely the Company to call when you need an honest plumber!

Had a leaked in my water line and in desperate situation on a Sunday. Most of the plumbers needs a few days to stop but Ed and his partner is at my hse within 40 mins. They are responsive, professional and the cost was very reasonable.

Khan. I feel like these reviews are about HIM first and his business second.  However,  nobody will ever care more about the business than the one who owns it. We had a water heater burn out within the first 3 years of owning it and Khan mentioned that this brand seems to have gazillions of issues.  He undertook the complicated process and even called a couple of his employees over from nearby jobs  to use it as a teachable moment for when this comes up again. As a teacher, I recognize the value he demonstrates to train others and help to solve my problem at the same time. He's kind, respectful, informative and even gave me tips on contacting the manufacturer of the unit to let them know it should be recalled.  Khan, thank you.  Your company is the only one I will use and ever recommend.

For the past couple of months our toilet had a slow drain, and despite every effort to plunge it and use gels and the like to get it to drain properly, nothing would work.  This past Saturday we finally called Drain Masters and they showed up within 1/2 hour of the initial call, and within about 5-10 minutes he quickly figured out that the toilet had a problem.  He was able to quickly recommend a new toilet for us, and after researching it online it was definitely one of the better ones out there.  Great service from a knowledgeable person with fair pricing.

My water heater was leaking water from the top. It was discovered after coming back from work at 5 o'clock. Called up Water Quality Plumbing, and told by the receptionist that some technician would call me back soon,

Within 5 minutes Phil called me, and asked for a description of the problem. He then informed me that I need to have the water tank replaced, and checked back with the office to see if it was still under warranty. After confirmed that my water tank still under warranty, he provided  quote for the upgrade and labor cost, which were quite reasonable. Phil was very courteous on the phone. I felt conformable for him to do the job.

Phil arrived at my house at 8:30 pm after finishing the previous job. He was as polite  in person as he was on the phone. After explaining to me the problem which was very informative, he started to work immediately. He took less than 90 minutes to complete the task, which was originally estimated to take two hours.

I am very satisfied with Phil's work, and the my interaction with Phil was very pleasant.  I high recommend Water Quality Plumbing with professional technician like Phil!

Fidel from Gomez Plumbing is AMAZING.
He is professional, very knowledgeable, and has a great personality.

We were in the middle of remodeling two bathrooms and found one of the toilet was making this weird sound and the shower would not drain well. We couldn't figure out why this was happening until Fidel came out and analyzed  the issue.

Long story short, he and his crew replaced the 60+ year old sewer line under the house within a day. Extremely efficient and we do not have the drainage issue anymore.

We were so satisfied with his service that we asked Fidel to install our new tankless water heater. He provided the full service, including hauling away our old water heater, applying for permit to the city, and being there for the inspection.

I cannot recommend him more, best plumber in the area!

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.
