Sam came out to help with my failing water heater. It's fairly old so I was bracing myself for having to replace the entire unit.  He did an evaluation and determined that the hosing needed replacement and not the water heater itself. He also told me that the new water heaters were not as durable as older models.

I'm still going to have to replace that water heater some day and I'll take my business back to EJ.

Trieu responded right away and it's live voice and within 30 minutes he was able to come over and fix the issues with my kitchen sink being clogged. Also, at the same time I added additional service for my bathroom sink and was able to accommodate on the spot. He is very professional and explained what are my choices and  what works and also very reasonable price.  Great guy and easy to talk and recommended to customers.  I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Every time we flushed a toilet in our house, it would backflow into the shower downstairs. It was disgusting. I called around for an emergency plumber. Marco was super responsive and best of all, available. He was not the cheapest, but I went with him based on his yelp reviews - and I'm very glad I did. He was able to diagnose the problem and tackle it (snake the sewer line). When that diagnosis wasn't the right one (my toilets split pipes and the snake couldn't get into the pipe that was clogged), he gave me a run down of the cost and what it entailed. He was efficient and left the areas he was in clean and disinfected. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and now he's got a lifetime customer. I will be calling Marco for all my plumbing needs. Just had occasion to use J&K Plumbing again and had the exact same supremely positive experience as on the previous occasion. Joe responded quickly, scheduled the appointment for sooner than I had anticipated, and in short order had the problem resolved. Joe and his team are professionals: efficient, capable, and courteous. And they get the job done for a reasonable price. This is an easy review to write; I heartily recommend J&K and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is my second review for Always Rescue Plumbing.   My counter top for the bathroom vanity finally came in.  ARP had already put in the vanity but we had to wait for the sink to come in.  Daniel is the man, he came at 8:30 a.m. to finish the project they had started.  He had another appointment but he promised to be back by 7:00 p.m. that night.  He was good to his word and brought me the right faucet for the new sink.  Not only is  ARP good plumbing service, they are good with their promises.  You will not regret calling them trust me, I called several other plumbing services but no one returned my phone call.

Excellent service and very fair pricing. Khuong replied to my quote request for a shut off valve replacement the same day and completed the job the next day in short order. Then he replaced my bathroom drain with my supplied part the day after that. We texted a few times to set things up. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

True to his business' name, Eddy was extremely honest and straightforward with us.
The issue that we were facing was related to water clogging everywhere in our house, in all 3 of our bathrooms, in the toilets etc and it was clear there was some issue with the drainage. We took quotes from many plumbers and were quoted as high as $400. Some of the plumbers even charged money for diagnosis so if we end up not choosing them we are still paying them for telling us what is wrong! Personally that is a rip off, but Eddy came and diagnosed our problem for FREE! And you know what he told us? That we don't need a plumber, we need to call the city of Santa Clara to deal with the issue since the tree on our property is likely the root cause. So we called the city and they unclogged our sewers for FREE and Eddy gave this advice for FREE !! Unheard of in today's world.

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. Our water heater was 18 yrs old so I decided it's time to replace it. We are having issues with water pressure and stuff. Decided to go with AAA Affordable Plumbing based on all the positive yelp reviews. Thanks to Mr. Khan, our water heater got replaced and our water pressure problems gone. I decided to just hire Mr. Khan based on all the positive reviews. He gave a fair quote over the phone and there were no hidden charges. He would not sell you anything you dont need. Glad I went with them. I didnt even bother to get a quote from another company. Now I know who to call for all my plumbing issues. Thank you Mr. Khan.

The water heater at my townhouse broke around
11pm last Saturday. The next morning I called Mr. Khan to see if he could check it out. He was able to work out his schedule to make sure he could take care of me. The old water heater was unfixable so he replaced it with a 40 gallon unit
by 3:00pm that Sunday! That was unbelievable service. Same day water heater replacement on a Sunday! I am so thankful Mr. Khan replaced the water heater at my home so when I needed to replace the water heater at my rental property I know who to call. He didnt disappoint. Thanks again Mr. Khan.

Well today I called Khan to check on the leak in our house. Unfortunately he sent his brother Remeez. He charged us $450 to open the drywall (about 15 inches x 15 inches) and fix a pipe. I think $450 for 1 hour is not reasonable at all. Most plumber would only charge up to $200 per hour. Please be careful, if you have a leak, don't hire someone right away. I know we all panic. Talk to other people and not just hire someone you hired before. They know they have the advantage and they really take advantage. Most people would charge $125 to find the leak and I don't think it would take $300 to change a pipe.  So anyway, I believe in karma. Good luck to you.

You would not believe this, I told Khan that I am not happy with the charge and feel that it was unfair. He talked to his brother and they gave us a big discount. Today, his brother Remeez dropped of a check to our house in the amount of $150. They refunded us a $150,
and made sure we are happy with the service and the charge. Thank you so much.

Edward of Drain Masters installed a new water heater for us ten years ago.
There have been a few problems with this water heater. We called Edward 
on those occasions but he wanted to charge us just to look at it. So I decided 
to fix them by myself. Luckily it worked out.

We had a home inspection on August 19th, 2022. The inspector said, the 
water heater chimney wasn't installed properly, which can be a safety issue.

We called Edward on August 26th for help. He said, he'll come to fix it in a 
couple days. But he didn't come and didn't call. We called Edward again later.
He said the same thing again and didn't come. Two weeks passed.

We called Edward during the third week. He said he would come in the late 
afternoon on September 9th. But he didn't come and didn't call. We called 
him to check. Then he said he's too busy and the weather is too hot to come.
So we asked, why didn't he tell us that before, so we could save our time? 
Edward abruptly said, There're many plumbers in San Jose! Call around! Bye,
bye! and hung up the phone. We were speechless. Half a month had gone
by in vain.

We have hired other plumbers before but no one acted like Edward. Some 
plumbers were really skilled and courteous. Some of them didn't charge just 
for coming to look.

This is the first time for me writing a complaint. If you want a plumber you 
can rely on over time, I don't think Edward is the right one. To keep your self-esteem healthy, stay away from this man, Edward of Drain Masters.

The owner connected with me to help resolve our long term issue. He says he will honor refund for last tech call. He believes prob may be with tankless water heater installed by builder. He provided a number and go to person for my brand name tankless heater. I appreciated his attention to try and help us  resolved our hot water problems.

Little tip about recirculating pump timers (needed for a tankless only), if pump does not have water running through it say due to a leak or shut off from water main and you don't know to turn off your pump, it will burn out even in a span of 15min! Pump is approx $450-$500 just the part. I hope this helps those who think paying extra for a timer for the luxury of having instant hot water, not worth it. Wish I had known this.

The most important thing about Vic is that returns calls promptly and does what he says he'll do (that alone separates him from many plumbers). In addition to that, he's knowledgeable about plumbing, he explains what he'll be doing and why. He's friendly and professional; he follows all COVID best practices; his rates are reasonable. I'll give him my repeat business!

This is my second review for Gomez Plumbing. I had a leak on my frig and a major leak on my pool fill line. I requested to have Santos do the repairs and as before and he did an excellent job, just can't say enough good things about him. He said he doesn't normally do repairs with pools, but he did fix it and the costs were very reasonable.

If you need some plumbing, call these guys. I highly recommend them.

Great service from Wizard Plumbing. Have been using their services since last year and each time have been a great experience. Shot out to Mootasem, who provide a great service for helping my sewer issues with great feedback to problems I had!

Kevin came to unclog the drain. Right after they left I checked and the drain was still not completely unclogged and I called him  right away. Kevin sent someone to look into it and they were able to completely resolve the issue. Five stars for accountability.
