Best Faucet Installation in San Jose CA

I have used Sam a couple of times before, so when our shower backed up again, I called Sam. He came over quickly and he and Giovani worked on the puzzle of why our shower/toilet had backed up. They finally got it cleared!!!  Then Gio cleaned the shower of all the yuck that had backed up! Sam is always professional, friendly and fair. Thanks Sam and Giovani!!!

Jairo did a great job. He was prompt, and when there was a mix-up at the office re: the work order (due to the office staff, not Jairo), he went and got the parts himself locally so that he could take care of the service call today as promised.  Jairo was polite, explained things clearly, and left everything tidy.

I contacted Handy R&P because they had great reviews. Well, here is one more. I was having a problem with odor emanating from our utility sink that is connected to the same drain as our washer. The plumber,Vu, came to our house exactly when he had told us he would. He told us what the problem was and how to fix it easily. He did not want to take any money for his service because he felt he hadn't really done a repair. Now, when have you ever had a repair man refuse to take money. I will definitely use them again. Finding a skilled professional you can trust is like gold. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Very responsive. Had immediate availability to check out a leak from the ceiling and diagnosed the problem quickly after cutting open the drywall in two places.

Marvin did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing a problem with the water auto-shutoff device for our washing machine. He was even able to pull some strings and get the replacement part we needed the same day! A real expert, highly recommended!

We called this one, after high yelp reviews,  in an emergency and he tried to and did rip us off:
free estimate visit was not. Tried to get us to replace whole systems when a simple washer would do the job; etc.

Please do AVOID J&K Plumbing.

Please do describe the symptom and get an exact quote for a specific part repair/replacement before visit. Many of these tradesman just look at the neighborhood, guess house values, owner gullibility and then jack up charges accordingly.

I am also wondering how many of these yelp reviews are genuine!

One of our toilet sink got leak last week (Friday) and I had to call several plumbing companies around and all was busy and  no one could come to fix it last minute . This guys showed up right after we spoke on the phone . My friend used them and he gave me their number to call.  I was expecting to pay a lot but they did it for twice cheaper then I was planning to pay. So far so good and our sink is not leaking anymore , recommended

I called this company (they were the first to actually answer the phone) to get my water heater replaced. I fully expected to have to wait a few days - or more. They said they could have someone there between 11:00 & 1:00 PM (My call was around 9:00 AM) No way! Today? Yes sir. Just send me a picture of the current water heater and I will send a quote. Now I'm thinking there must be a 'catch'. Bargain basement heater? Shoddy work? They won't really show up? But no - they were there by noon, and a new Rheem heater was professionally installed and functioning by 2:00 PM. They also installed new flex connections, AND they hauled away the old heater. Highly recommend!

I don't normally write reviews but I am just really happy about the service that I received from #1 Honest Plumber.  I am so glad that I got another opinion.  When I used my washing machine, water backed up resulting with wet floors.  Spoke with Eddie, the owner, and he was easy to talk with and cared to listen to me and what issues I was having with my washing machine and what other plumbers have already tried to fix the issue.  He came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem and talked me through the entire process.  His charge was reasonable and even texted me to follow up that everything was in working order.  I have a new plumber now for future plumbing service needs.  Thank you Eddie!

Had a leaked in my water line and in desperate situation on a Sunday. Most of the plumbers needs a few days to stop but Ed and his partner is at my hse within 40 mins. They are responsive, professional and the cost was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Khan.
- His quote was reasonable. I got 3 quotes. Two (including Khan) were about the same, but one quote was about $200 more than the rest.
- He responds quickly to texts/questions.
- Gave me a 1 hour window, and came as promised.
- He's honest. I asked him about water pressure. He said it could be the water pressure regulator (I think that's what he called it). That would've been another several hundred dollars. He checked it, and said it was still good. (whew!)
- He came with his team member. I wondered why there were two of them. But they worked together so the job got done faster.

Ed and Dave are super nice and professional! They are the most knowledgeable in this field and I've never encountered a company in my area (I'm in West San Jose) that is both fast in responding phone calls and efficient in the works they do.  They installed a cleanout for me and when there was a minor issue with the cleanout, they came to fix it the problem the same day phone call request was made! I an impressive with their efficiency and kind attitude! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone I know!

I found Water Quality Plumbing on Yelp after moving in to our house last fall and have had to call them out twice since.  Both times I got the same plumber, Oscar and he is very knowledgable, polite, and helpful.  He cleans up after himself, arrives on time and gives us ways to prevent bigger problems in the future.  He always offers advice that does not require his time (my money) and I like that!  He does also let me know if we may have a larger problem coming up but gives other things to try before we get to that point.  I feel like Oscar is always honest and I now have their phone number saved in my phone as our go-to plumber.

I called Vic around 2pm about a toilet tank that was barely filling up. He had me send a photo, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, and as luck would have it, could be over in 30 minutes. Vic was friendly and professional. Between my call to the repair being done was a little more than an hour! Super happy that we now know a great local plumber for any future needs.

During a period of heavy rainfall, I noticed that the underground rain gutter was not properly draining and water was pooling close to the house/foundation. Not knowing where the the clog was, or where the drain ends, I knew I needed help.

I reached out to two plumbing companies, neither of which provide underground drain snaking services. Santos was the third person I spoke with - he was quick to recommend snaking and jetting, and said he could be at our Sunnyvale home in a timely manner. He was very responsive by phone / text.

Once Santos arrived, he worked quickly. In an hour, he had tried both snaking and jetting. Eventually we found the exit point for the water, and he helped remove dirt that had clogged it up. He charged what seemed like a fair price, and I would reach out to him again for future plumbing issues.

Excellent service all around. The technician, Mo, was outstanding. Very thorough, thoughtful - looked into the root cause of issues and fixed several parts we thought we had to get expensive replacements for. Five stars on covid protocol as well.
