Two words:  honest and dependable!  I had an estimate to repair a shower valve (replacement) and was quoted $525 plus parts.  This was a particular nasty job as the valve system was 66 years old.  This job took much longer to replace, and Giovani stuck to his quote in spite of the fact that this job took about 6 hours more than a normal replacement would have run.  He charged me a normal price for the new shower valve system, not a high markup.  
I highly recommend this guy!  He knows what he is doing, very knowledgeable, and explains everything to your satisfaction. He is an excellent plumber!  I will definitely use him again, and I hope you do also!

They were extremely pleasant and quick. I had an emergency where my water pipe broke. I called them and they were flexible to have someone come out within 2 hours of calling. I was worried about the $150 payment for coming out,  but they were very reasonable about price. I had a different plumber come first for the same job that quoted me 4X the price! I had EJ plumbing come and they were done within 30 minutes. Overall great service.

Trieu and his crew are great.  Texted pictures about the job and he gave me an estimate and a day/time that he can work on it.  Very easy to work with.  Estimate was reasonable and spot on...  no surprises after it was completed.  Work was done well too.  Will use Trieu for future jobs.  Thanks!

We recently had an issue where our hot water heater stopped working.  In the course of having that issue repaired by ANOTHER plumber, some how our two handle shower faucet stopped working.  It had been working perfectly fine previously which left me suspect and unwilling to have that plumber do the work.  I scoured YELP for an alternative and was really happy to find this plumbing service. I call it a service because they not only had great technical expertise to fix the problem but also delivered on excellent customer service - from the timeliness of communication, to holding true to an estimate provided even though there was an opportunity to charge some amount more based on an unforeseen, small hiccup and to Marco stopping by to graciously review the work that had been done by the service person he sent to do the work given my probably overanxious attitude after feeling uneasy after the last plumbing experience with another plumbing company.  Additionally I thought the pricing was fair.  I am pretty darn ecstatic because I feel like we have now found a plumber that we can trust - and we have engaged quite a few plumbers for our home over the years. Yay!

My water heater  pipe broke and water was leaking all over the place. I called Other plumbing services around 12pm all of them said soonest they can come after 5pm and than I called Joe from J&K plumbing and he got here in less than 20 minutes!! What an amazing service and great response time. I would highly recommend Joe and J&K plumbing to everyone. They are reliable, friendly and quick. Needed service right away and they were so responsive! They were able to come same day- on a Sunday! Fee quote was lower than the other 5 places I was looking into.  They were very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend!

Quick and responsive, did a nice job on the fix and after shopping around, was the better cost for the solution they provided on a rusted outdoor water line that required some paver and pipe re-work. Required some sodering, which burned the PVC pipe near it and left some handprints/dirt on the wall near it so it doesn't look as good as it could have turned out, but still happy with the overall fix and worth 4.5 stars out of 5.

We needed a toilet installed with a washlet. Estimates were given over the phone. Appt. was made within two days. Sal came out and did the install with minimal issues. He also gave us an estimate for additional work to consider. Overall, a good experience with accurate pricing.  Recommended.

I am so happy that I made the right choice to call Ed.   We had a rental property and one week after the leasing date the main sewer clogged.  I called city, but water is still backed up even after city took the roots out of the clean out (close to side walk).  With renters in the house unable to use the bathroom, it's a lot of stress on me.   I'm desperately reaching out on yelp.   Ed replied me 6AM in the morning,  picked up my call at 6:30AM,  showed up on time.  We discussed options and eventually I decided to dig the lawns and install a new 2 way clean out so that we can fix this problem for good and save effort for future issues.   Ed run a camera to locate the pipes and had the crew start digging.   4 hours later we have a new clean out and no clog.   Ed then run cameras again on both sides to make sure there is nothing missing.    And very importantly the price is very reasonable.   I could not be more happy that I had picked Ed.   Highly recommended.

Had a clogged line somewhere.  Called and made an appointment for later that afternoon.  She gave hourly rates upfront ($110/hr) and $15 travel charge.  Plumber was later than I'd hoped, but within the window.  He quickly went to work, unclogged the line, and even reinstalled the toilet for me.  Went above and beyond by coming back later after another job to finish the toilet job by caulking it to the floor (he'd had a different color caulk in his truck originally, so he had to stop by OSH).

Updating my review... since 2019 I've had repeated clogged drains due to old galvanized plumbing so I had Fidel Gomez and his team change out our entire drain and supply lines back in 2020. They were very professional and respectful of our COVID precautions at the time as well. They've also been by the help seal a toilet wax ring on the weekend and a shower valve. Most recently, Fidel stopped by to help pinpoint a leak in our tankless water heater (installed by someone else) that was causing a high water bill. He fit us at the end of a very busy day (same day) and didn't even charge me a trip fee. I think I'm now in his cell phone speed dial but that's the kind of customer service you get with this company!

We got a new hot water heater from Wizard in March 2022 and were very pleased with every aspect of their service.  On returning from a trip recently, we did not have hot water.  I did not check the hot water heater or that area myself, just called Wizard since it was under warranty, and Tod came very promptly after I called.  Turns out a circuit breaker had shut off (nothing to do with the hot water heater).  I give two thumbs up and profuse thanks to Wizard for outstanding service.

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

Great plumbing at great prices. I got several quotes for a blockage in my main pipe, and they were almost half the cost of the others. I needed them to climb the roof to access through the vent and they did it for $255.00 with a one year warranty AND they put a camera down the line to see what was at the root of the problem (and showed me). Two of the others quotes said they had to pull up the main bathroom toilet to use a camera. All of the other quotes just to clear the line were about $300 - $400 and the use of a camera was a large additional cost. These are the guys you want to use. Straightforward, honest efficient work at a reasonable price. Anthony also gave me good advice about some of my dated pipe and adding a clean out at the front of the house.

Great job fixing my sink. Refit all my pipes and cleaned out my main exit pipe. Can't say enough about this great no hassle company.
