Giovani and his helper came out yesterday to unclog our toilet. They were courteous and careful in their work. Because our house is old, we don't have clean outs in that area. Giovani ended up going on to the roof to unclog it. He also charged me less than his usual fee to go up on the roof, which was much appreciated. Next time things clog up, we'll give them a call!

EJ Plumbing came to my rescue on Christmas Eve 2013. They saved the day by replacing & hauling the old heater and installing the new one.

Fast forward to February 2017 these guys came to the rescue and helped out with my aunt's rental unit. The heater was installed on the second floor of her investment home. What a pain to service but the crew that came out (Jose, Xavier, and 3 other gentlemen) were great!  While two guys worked on the old water heater upstairs, the others prepped the new one. The crew was careful when working on the property, making sure the floors and the staircase were covered and the walls not damaged when removing and installing the equipment. Both the equipment and service is under warranty. I found the price to be reasonable given the difficulty of the job.

Our swage line was blocked and water flow was very slow, we called Marco and he gave us the best quote we could get, his team showed up on the next Monday, helped replace the entire line for us.

Joe came to the house twice. The first time to fix our cracked shower spout and the second time to fix our main valve. He was absolutely great, super friendly, and did speedy work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing some plumbing work done.

We noticed a slow leak at our front gate today. Found AAA reviews on Yelp and gave them a call. Two men and the owner arrived at our home in 20 minutes and discovered where the leak was coming from, a busted pipe underground. The work was completed and problem solved. They were fast, efficient very nice, polite and hard workers. If there was something they could have done a bit better, it was the clean up. We were a little disappointed that it was not as good as it should have been as my husband had to go over the areas that the workers cleaned. Thank you AAA Plumbing, you're professional and experienced! We won't hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.

Our drains were running slow, so I went on line and did all the DIY fixes, tried all the drain cleaners, and even used water bladders in all the clean outs.  They all worked!  For a short period of time.
So I finally gave in and called a plumber friend, Will and asked for help.  Will got back to me to say unfortunately he did not have the equipment to do main line clean outs.
But as friends do, Will did help out.  Call Santos at Go-mez Sewer and Drain,  he'll do a good job for you.
So I did.  Left a message and Santos returned the call within 10 minutes.  He said he could be at my place in a couple of hours.
Santos was friendly, professional, courteous and on time.  Accessed the problem quickly and did excellent work to get the problem solved.
His prices were fair, reasonable and honest, no where near the over-inflated prices of the so-called big companies.  
I am all for using small independent companies, and Santos with Go-mez Sewer and Drain is a prime example why small businesses work.
It was a pleasure doing business with him and I highly recommend his services.

I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal.   They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it.   When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80.  The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself.  I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business.  (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE:  The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone.  After I called back on a second time n noting the satisfaction guaranteed statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund.  He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

We called Ivan to install a new faucet and garbage disposal in the kitchen.  After hearing we had our hot water off due to a leak he arranged to come out the very next day.  He was right on time and did a fantastic job.  He consulted with me on how the faucet handle should be set as the new one was larger than the old, so was close to the backsplash.  He gave me his idea of how he would do it and it is perfect.   Every thing looks and works perfect.  He was very personable and professional and it was a pleasure having him in our home.  We plan to call Ivan for any future plumbing needs that arise.  I highly recommend Ivan!

After a few days without hot water, I was referred to SPS for a water heater recall. They made an appointment for the same day, the fix was quick and easy and the gentleman that came out was friendly and professional. He even explained to me what the recall fix was and how lighting the pilot is a little different with the new technology. Great experience!

Jose was very professional and prompt in responding. His price was also the fairest out of everyone that I contacted. Jose will be our new plumber in the future. Highly recommend.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! Excellent response time and quick action in replacing the leaking water heater.  The pair of workers were very methodical and thorough, while not rushing either.  The team installed my new heater in under 3 hrs from when I initiated the phone call.  Highly recommend their service.

This is the first time I've called Khan and I had a wonderful experience. I needed help installing a water pressure regulator due to high water pressure. He was able to diagnose, provide an estimate, and complete the project excellently on the same day. Would highly recommend!

On president's day weekend I had a faucet start leaking badly.  We reached out to a company we found a good yelp review, and Rooter Hero responded a short time later.. NOT the actual company we reached out to.  OK.. I guess these guys are the after-hours crew.  

They come to my house and give me an estimate just shy of $1k.  Um.  OK.  What does that include?  No itemization.  They didn't even really look at the faucet to see if it was fixable before providing this estimate.  The estimate itself is completely without itemization.  

My wife pushes back and they immediately reduce it to around $700.  Still no itemization.  Still not a lot of real time spent looking into the actual problem.  

We say hell no, obviously.  This is very predatory.  

I ended up waiting until after the three-day holiday.  Brought in a different company, and $200 worth of faucet tightening (and showing us how to do it) he was on his way, all the time apologizing as it was their minimum service fee.  

So.. AVOID these people.
