Best Drain Installation in San Jose CA

I have used several plumbers throughout the years here at my residence of over 10 years and the reason was because I couldn't really find anyone who I can really depend on for any current and potential plumbing issues.  

After looking at Yelp and seeing SJ D&M garnering 5 stars, I gave them a call and they came and took care of business in a very professional, educational and reasonable manner.  All good in this house now and I feel for the foreseeable future.  Giovani and Sam rock it.  Thanks guys.

Very professional with clear policies. Price is given after diagnosis and before work begins. $150 minimum charge per visit. I was lucky enough to get an immediate appointment when my drain line backed up to the street.

I was always happy with Trieu's work before he hung his own shingle. I left 5 star reviews on his former company's Yelp page. A different plumber from that company installed my tankless water heater, but when I lost pressure and temperature, I reached out to Trieu. He immediately suggested that it likely needed a routine flushing. He told me that it's not cost effective for him to offer that service, but doesn't he come over to my place and show me how to do it myself... on a Sunday!

Trieu tells me that he likes to treat his customer like family. There's your proof. I just had a nice, hot pounding shower. Thanks Trieu!

Same issue as The Plumbing Guys. Free call out but $285 diagnostic for a plumbing leak in the crawlspace. I called and mentioned the issue was in the crawl space but the guys couldn't review it in depth unless the $285 was paid.  I wish they could have told me the fee over the phone so I wouldn't waste their time or mine.

They wanted to remove my ceiling to access the leak. I refused the service/diagnostic. Instead, after I got a friend to watch my newborn, I went down and within 15 minutes found it was the fridge water line, turned off water to the line, and cleaned up the water that had come in. It'll probably take me another hour to replace the line (but need to go visit a Home Depot first). Saved myself $285 and a headache of opening a ceiling and then finding a contractor to put it back together.

I have a home in Richmond, California and a diagnostic (with crawl space access and accessing 3 different leaks) was free with Smart Rooter (3 others quoted under $100 to diagnose). The $285 diagnostic charge is crazy for just looking at the issue.

I need to find a regular plumber down here... This business practice feels sketchy to me. The technicians were kind but the owner's business practice makes me realize I won't be doing business with them any time soon.

Todd is awesome! I called him yesterday about my clogged shower (the water was going down very slowly) that I tried to snake myself but did not work. I asked Todd if he would be able to stop by (today) at 9am and he said sure thing!

Today - Todd showed up a little before 8:30am and I can appreciate someone who is early! He snaked my bathtub and told me what was wrong in the process. After a few mins, he unclogged my shower and my bathtub was working like it should!!

His price is reasonable, he is prompt, very friendly, and he did a great job on helping me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF PLUMBING HELP!

They were very quick to respond and assigned a tech.  When tech called in the morning that he was feeling cold symptoms, they quickly had another tech come onsite same day.

I called J&K plumbing for problem with my hot water, assuming the problem is the water heater. Afterwards it turned out I have water leakage, which was outside of their service coverage.  
They are super nice guys, very prompt on first call, came out to check the issue first thing,
Although they ended up not doing any service, they helped in all possible ways with detecting the problem, suggested possible solutions and then willing to come back to shut down my water. And all of it free of charge.

I would definitely contact them again, and highly recommend to all.

I had a leak in the pipe. I needed to fix it urgently.  The Always Rescue Plumbing reacted very quickly and after 2 hours a plumber arrived. Thanks a lot to Hugo who fixed the pipe and also replaced the water pump, since the basement was flooded because the current pump was not working. Hugo did a great job.

Our water heater went out last Sunday and though many plumbing companies wouldn't come out until the following Monday, Steve was able to come out right away and even gave me a free estimate when other companies wanted to charge a service fee.

He was very helpful in explaining the issues with my water heater and why it needed to be replaced, and on Tuesday he and his team came and took care of everything very quickly!  The process could not have been smoother and I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for an efficient and responsive plumber.

I called Ed on a Monday and he said he'd be able at noon the next day and he showed up on time and did a fantastic job in record time! He took the time and care to explain what the issue was and explained what to do in the future if something arises.

Updated - (changed to 3 star) - Got a call from owner who apologized and explained this is not usual and returned visit fee. Also offered to send some other technician and give discount if we wanted to continue work.
Original - Very expensive, unfriendly. We called them for leak under the kitchen sink. He was prompt but not helpful at all. Even found him arrogant to talk. Even though, we had planned to fix couple of things he mentioned, we just did not feel comfortable for him to do our work. I have feeling they like to do big jobs and not small home repairs. It would be good if they just said that.

I needed a new water heater installed, these guys were the fastest one to respond and to get the job done professionally . I appreciate you giving me discount i will definitely recommend you to everyone i know .
